Fantastic experience: I recently commenced with Green Door, having had my dental treatment in Sydney for 30 plus years. I was recommended to see Dr Connell by a friend who had benefitted from his expertise for many years, including in his practice in Macquarie St Sydney. The back streets of Moss Vale have first class dentists at Green Door. I have suggested to my wife, she should also consider transferring to Green Door and Dr Connell.

They offer a treatment plan going forward so I can mange and plan the costs of further services and their knowledge is superior. I’d recommend them to anyone. Fantastic experience: I called Green Door if it was possible to have a second opinion on remedy for receeding gums. They fitted me in quickly for a week later and the day after making booking had call there was an opening day after next. I took it. Upon inspection of teeth/gums they advised what they could do and as last appointment for the day (Friday) offered can do there and then. Work was carried out in a proffesional manner with little pain thanks to local jab. Even after.wearing off there was no lasting pain to be felt. Teeth and gums now feel the best in a while after visiting my regular dentist where nothing seemed to progress with the gum issue. Green Door is now my dentist.

Frankly, in my experience to date with previous clinics, unheard off. I have always had anxiety visiting the dentist. Nathan was empathetic, reassuring and gave me options re sedation and the dental treatment plan. He also gave me a detailed costing on each tooth that needed treatment. There were no hidden costs. Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the explanations given as well as the different options offered. The technology used to create almost instant scans and 3d modeling really showed what was needed and how it could be achieved instead of just trusting someone is telling you the right thing. Very impressed!

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to Green Door Dental in Moss Vale for their compassionate and professional care. I have a severe fear of the dentist due to past trauma and had let dental issues go for too long. After several sleepless nights from pain, I called this morning and was booked in for a same-day consultation. The team was incredibly understanding. We decided to proceed without sedation, and the dentist and assistant were patient, constantly checking in and making me feel safe. Even when I had an anxious meltdown, they handled it with grace and kindness. Knowing I need more work done is far less daunting now—I truly feel like I’m in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Green Door Dental surgery for the first time last week. I was extremely happy with the way I was looked after. It was just a 6 monthly check-up, but they were excellent and soon put me at ease. Moving to Moss Vale almost 4 years ago, I was still visiting my dentist who my husband and I had seen for 30 odd years in Lindfield every 6 months. My husband, who unfortunately broke a tooth not long after moving down here, made an appointment at Green Door Dental after seeing many good reviews on Facebook. He was so impressed with the quality of service he received that on his recommendation I decided to finally bite the bullet and make an appointed to visit Green Door Dental Surgery. Fantastic experience: I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at Green Door Dental, and the experience was honestly flawless. I was nervous going in, but the team made me feel calm, comfortable, and really looked after. The whole procedure was straightforward, and amazingly, I had absolutely no pain during or after — not even discomfort which blew me away considering how much people usually talk about the pain and recovery with wisdom teeth removal let alone four of them. I had heard so many good things about Green Door Dental and decided to give them a try, and they truly exceeded my expectations. All the staff are friendly, hygienic and ON TIME!! Fantastic experience: I was dreading the dental implant procedure for so long for absolutely no reason. Dr. O'Connell got the job done so quickly & painlessly. He was already finished before the green whistle wore off. They were also happy to accommodate me with zirconium rather than titanium. I've had nothing but first class care & quality work now from both dentist's & the hygienist over the years. I'm also very familiar with other dentists in Moss Vale. Fantastic experience: Nathan has perfected pain free dentistry. He was ably assisted by Isabel the dental nurse who has a wonderful chair side manner and so interested in and attentive to the proceedings. Another big plus is parking right outside the green door and, for those requiring it ( not me ), wheelchair access.
