Negative experience: On my first appointment I was so happy to find a good dentist with a good advise and who's doing a job without pain. She said to me to get an appointment 6 mois after so I've tried but they had no availabilities during 1 year... So, it took me 1 year and half to get a second appointment just for a cleaning and checking. Incredible and crazy situation that I still don't understand. Finally, I get an appointment, the dentist said to me she will just do the cleaning today because I've asked her how much they will charge me. But the payment time they charge me a cleaning and a checking while she didn't check anything. I'm pretty sure they charge me twice because I've got an insurance, so they're happy to charge twice because of the insurance. I'll never come back there but they don't care because it's just about the money and they've got a lot of new customers.

Negative experience: Always seek a second opinion. You may just save yourself thousands.

Fantastic experience: It's always a pleasure going to Riverside Dental, from the moment you are greeted by the wonderful receptionist staff till you leave after your procedure all the staff are very helpful, pleasant, polite and professional. Highly recommend this practice to everyone, thank you

Fantastic experience: After having not going to any dentist for years after some horrifying experiences I've seen Dr Barry several times now and it's always great. Got two teeth pulled today, the first one literally took 5 seconds flat it was done before I knew he'd started! Then the second tooth still only took probably another 15 seconds

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing treatment. All the stuff is extremely professional but at the same time so kind and friendly. Made me feel like im their friend rather than just another patient. It took Dr Barry about 10 seconds to pull my first wisdom tooth, even less for the second one. After that we still had a time for a nice chat about travelling. I would never go see another dentist after this amazing experience. Also have to say the prices are very fair. I had quotes from different clinics which were twice as much. 10/10

Positive experience: Doctors are professional and nice but the lady that helped me at the reception last week was kinda blunt....I was not able to speak well cause of my lips were numb after the treatment and I also had a questions with the bills so I tried to ask her about it and she said 'I don't understand what she is saying ' to her colleague while I'm standing. Frustrating. However, other reception people are nice and helpful!

Negative experience: After 14 years of being customers of this Dental clinic, I have never been more humiliated by a business before, and will never be going back. 2 months ago I booked appointments for myself my husband and son for our usual check ups. We are with HCF and have been for years with no gap payments, so these visits were free except for payments on extra work. We arrived for our appointment today and was advised that 3 months ago they no longer have no gap payments with HCF. This would result in an extra $400 for the visit. With no alternative we had to leave as we did not have the extra to pay for this. They said they were not able to filter out all the HCF clients there to let us know, so HCF clients if you use this dental clinic, I am letting you know!! They seem to have no trouble texting to confirm the appointment, but unable to advise clients of other updates? And ringing me 25mins before the appointment when it takes me 30mins to get there to advise was not helpful either.

After snapping a tooth resulting in making surrounding teeth wobbly, he found the best and most cost effective way to save all teeth and build a new one for the stump. Thought id be walking out minus 2-3 teeth. Brilliant service, friendly and professional. Will certainly be back and highly recommend!

Negative experience: Very disappointed to try Riverside for the first time yesterday. Made and appointment to see the Dentist and the hygienist cancelled it while she was cleaning my teeth. I was in pain and she still insisted on doing the cleaning. Gave me a form for an xray and told me the machine was broken at the dentist. Sent me to QSCAN with the form completed incorrectly. QSCAN wouldn't complete the xray. Whole thing was a disaster and I would never go back. I've heard the dentists are fabulous but their Hygienist and staff REALLY let them down. Have now changed to a better dentist. Oh and parking is a ABSOLUTE nightmare there.

Positive experience: Very timely and efficient practice, they fit you in when you need the work done. Wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: SO YOU DON'T LIKE DENTISTS?? Obviously you have not been to Riverside Dental Nerang! The dentists and staff are not just professional but are informative and friendly. Like many people I have in the past put off going to the dentist out of fear and also the cost of going but from my first visit to Riverside Dental all that changed. At my previous dentist the cost would go up each time I went plus I never knew who I would see as the staff changed regularly. Having been recommended by a work colleague to see Dr Ooi I was shocked at the cost difference and felt genuinely relaxed in his presence. Dr Ooi has such a gentle and caring disposition which flows through in his work. SO if you want an extremely cost effective dental treatment from dentists that are professional and caring......Riverside Dental is for you :-)

Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer since I was 8 years old. I am now 23. These receptionist have been extremely rude to me. They have told me I am not allowed to book an appointment with them again? After 15 years of being a loyal customer, they have left a disgusting taste in my mouth. Super disappointed about the service today...

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction today with Dr. Trisht Rhiannon and she and her dental assisstant were amazing. I have a big fear of the dentist and they were so nice and gentle and made me feel so calm. I would definately recommend this dental surgey to family and friends.

Negative experience: Booked appointment today for 1:45 pm, I was 10 minutes late and when I received call I was in the parking lot but I was told I have to come back at 3:30 pm. So, I came back again at 3:15 pm and waited till 3:50 pm, then I left. I received call again and they said sorry we were running late, do you want appointment for other day. You didn’t wait for 5 minutes but want me to wait 45 minutes. Sorry if your time is valuable so is mine.

Negative experience: The RUDEST most insensitive receptionists I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! If you are unfortunate enough to be on a disability pension and requiring treatment via a gov dental voucher you’ll be guaranteed to be treated like a second class citizen and spoken to down to which is just what you want when your in agony I had to reschedule my appointment a few times due to medical reasons and I was berated like a child. Disgusting!!!! I’d rather suffer and pull the tooth myself. If the first point of contact with a business is so unpleasant I dread to think what the rest of the staff are like!!!

Fantastic experience: I avoided the dentist for about 4 years as I have been too scared. I decided to finally go, and chose to go with Riverside Dental. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr Trish has been so pleasant to deal with. All of the Dental Assistants and other staff have also been super friendly. Will definitely use them as my regular dentist.
