Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Yeshanta & nurse Gen yesterday for a check up & clean. Very gentle, & Dr Yeshanta explained what she would be doing. Nurse Gen was very good with the sucker, didnt feel like I was drowning. Will highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: After many years of visiting Dental Clinics, I can declare that Smileco @ Coomera is by far the best. Thorough step-by-step explanations and confirmations were provided ensuring confidence in professional dental care. Pain is something you get at the Doctors or Hospital, not at Dentalco ! Following catch-up "filling" replacement, Smileco no has me back on track for regular 6-montjly check-ups. Well done to the professional team at Smileco !

The staff is friendly and professional. Dentist Lovejot Kaur took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure we were comfortable with the treatment plan. My son had a few fillings and a cleaning, and my husband needed a root canal and a crown. The dentist answered all our questions and made sure we understood what was going on. We felt comfortable with the entire process, and the prices were very reasonable. I was a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but Dentist Lovejot Kaur made it easy and stress-free. Fantastic experience: I HATE going to the dentist. Hadn't been for 10+years. Only went because I'd chipped a tooth! However, I found everyone there so friendly and calming that my nerves started to settle down. I was even offered a bottle of water while I waited! Then the dreaded summons came. But, from the beginning to the end of my appointment I was treated with respect and very professional care. The dentist explained things as she went along too which further helped me to actually feel at ease. I also appreciated her honest assessment of what work needed to be done. I WILL return early next year to follow up with further work, and this time I will be quite calm. I really recommend Coomera Smilco Dental to anyone looking for a happy and professional team to take care of their dental health. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit and I couldn't get over how kind the staff were. I have to admit the dentist is definitely not my favourite place but they put me at ease straight away.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the way I’ve been left to feel at 9:30am by the dentist who provided treatment for my daughter weekly, for 7 weeks, is the reason for my review. I found the practise via community pages recommendations as my daughter needed assistance with hole in tooth, unfortunately she needed more work than we thought. Given a quote of $3232,00 I done what i thought was right and sold our car to allow my daughter the treatment she needed. I opened up and explained due to my sons tragic death we are unable to work and being on unsupported visas ( nz ) we have no funding and no income. This wasn’t easy for me but I believe in being upfront and honest. Days leading up to the final appointment I reluctantly rung to query if the amount we would be paying was over the quote. I was right and the practise did credit the account $70. All I asked for was communication if it had changed as that embarrassing moment of not having the payment would be horrendous, knowing we simply couldn’t pay anything above the quote. I was happy enough with acknowledgment and the help to rectify the situation. I arrived this morning and felt incredibly attacked and cornered by the dentist, exposing it was rhe manager I spoke to and apparently my call days before was heated. I litterally sat there in shock as it was not at all heated, it was a calm explanation to how important it is to let clients know if the amount is expected to change. I completely respect and understand things can change but communication is so important. It was mentioned it was only $70, that only $70 is something us as a family don’t have. We are struggling and this was mentioned more than once. I’m so disheartened and so disappointed in this final appointment. To hear this was incrediblely deflating on top of what we are already dealing with as a family. I thank the beautiful dental assistant who’s smile and welcoming made our appointments a lot easier prior to this last one to attend. Please understand questioning that bill wasn’t easy, it was incredibly embarrassing but to be treated like this for being honest.

Fantastic experience: Taken my kids there and I also go there. My youngest had a tooth pulled out (baby tooth) and the dentist was really nice and calm that my boy went through it and said it was not too bad. Used the Medicare children's benefit there for youngest boy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for a few years now since moving to the area, Dr. Yeshanta is amazing, knowledgeable and always asks me if I have questions or if I had problems with my teeth. Also always happy to answer my questions. A massive bonus is that she always seems to remember where I work and what I told her 6 months ago. The assistans are great too, super nice and knowing. Seems like everyone is working great together. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. I love going to the dentist now. Today I left with a massive smile on and thought its finally time to write a review. 5* for knowledge, service, efficiency, kindness, time and more

Fantastic experience: Dr Nishaat is the best and she is very experienced especially with children. I visited this dental clinic before but did not have good experience. I had appointment booked with Dr Nishaat today and she extracted my daughter’s tooth which was very infected within 5-10 minutes. I am very happy with the service and communication. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit here as I’ve just moved from interstate. I was pleasantly surprised. This was the most pain free scale and clean I've ever had! I was then shown actual photos and X-rays for work to be done on my next visit. All the staff, including the dentist made me feel very welcome and cared for. I highly recommend anyone who doesn’t like going to the dentist to give them a try!

Fantastic experience: Most practices I rang didn’t have a specialist available within the Christmas/NewYear holiday period for an emergency extraction of a broken tooth. My regular dentist wasn’t available due to blackouts from a recent storm so I was grateful to find an appointment available at Coomera SmileCo. I felt no pain or discomfort during the extraction. The practice is very clean, well staffed at this time of year and professionally run. Thank you to Mary & team :))

Fantastic experience: Chose to swap to Smileco Dental as they're closer than my previous dentist. I have a history with moderate periodontal gum disease which was being cared for by my previous dentist. The dentist and assistant were very thorough to ensure that my gums and teeth were taken care of during my appointment. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: There's always a bit of trepidation when changing from a service provider you've had for years & years to a new one closer to home. Well I shouldn't have worried. Coomera Smileco have been wonderful! It's an all female dentist which is great for my daughter who has ASD & is very anxious meeting new people. My daughter's new dentist Dr Lovejot Kaur (Dr Love) was just lovely. Very calming & reassuring. My daughter was very happy with her, and is happy to continue going which is always a bonus. Fantastic experience: I was really worried going in to have one of my back teeth removed as it was partially broken and I had a lot of pain and have had some not so good experiences at dentists.. however there was no need.. my dentist was really friendly and explained everything well and I didn’t feel a thing when it was being removed. It was a surprisingly positive experience and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction yesterday which went very smoothly! No pain and the procedure was painless. Staff gave me advice and options which other dentists haven’t. They also didn’t pressure me into making decisions on the spot or forcing me to come back and booking an appointment right there and then.

They let me take breaks when I needed and calmed my nerves along the way. The extraction was quick and recovery was easy.
