Fantastic experience: I was able to get a prompt emergency appointment through the public system with Dr Ankit Srivastava today after another local dental clinic failed to resolve my issue. I suffer from very severe anxiety and Dr Ankit made me feel at ease. He is very professional, friendly, has a warm and comforting chair-side manner as well as displaying excellent attention to detail. I never felt rushed and my husband and I were both given detailed step by step explanations through the procedure. Dr Ankit's expertise is second to none and I would 100% put my trust in him again for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this dental clinic highly enough. I’m terrified of dental treatment and needed a tooth repair done whilst travelling. Going to a new dentist was scary. But the reception staff were so kind and caring, putting me at ease. The dental assistants were so supportive during the treatment and Dr Roberts made the process easy. He explained everything at each step and it was a pain free experience. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks a million guys.

Negative experience: Felt rushed, a split tooth was treated with a quick grind and a partial refill of an old filling, told a cap was needed and sent on my way.

Positive experience: Whilst a trip to the dentist is rarely enjoyable, I was impressed by a number of things. I attended due to a infected tooth which had been painful for several days. An appointment was made over the phone, and I was personally greeted by name as I walked into reception. There wasn't a long wait before I was seen. X-rays were taken and the dentist politely explained the need to extract the tooth. I was notified clearly about each step. It was quickly removed. At the end of the procedure , I was given a small packet of extra gauze and pain medication, which I was able to take directly after to get immediate relief from the pain. Well done.

I recently had a crown with Dr Martin doing the surgery. I can honestly say it was quite amazing to have a crown completed in just one visit from start to finish. Everything was explained along the way and it was such a relief. The equipment is up to date and the time taken to do this procedure was minimal. I would thoroughly recommend the practice for anyone needing a procedure to be done. Well done to this great team!

Positive experience: I have been extremely happy with Hunter Family Dental. They are caring, supportive and Dr Luc is a professional with deep knowledge. In fact, I have no hesitation in recommending the whole team. Elizabeth has been my hygienist and Luc my dentist. I needed dental work done due to some gum recession and damaged older crowns. They successfully installed a new crown, quickly, accurately and successfully. I'm impressed that they make them in the surgery which means less time to complete everything.
