Fantastic experience: I’ve had many many appointments with many dentists in the past few years I’ve always walked out very disappointed. As we know most dentists are all about quantity, they just do what they gotta do, quickly, to make money and move on to the next patient. But that is not the case with Dr Joseph. Since day one, Dr Joseph went out of his way to do things the proper way when I was telling him my self that I was happy with the results he was telling me that he wasn’t and be would get the lab to redo my smile to make it look even better. Those minor adjustments wouldn’t matter to any other dentist as they were still perfect and didn’t need any revisions, but Dr Joseph has to make things “just perfect”. Dr Joseph is patient and understanding whilst being very informative with great service and care combined with great prices I cannot recommend smile station just enough. I was a difficult customer and my case was a bit difficult as previously another dentist done my Hollywood smile but messed it up and at that time I suffered mentally and lost my confidence, until I was referred to Dr Joseph. Absolutely the best dentistry to go to! Furthermore, Dr Michael was great too he’s such a gentleman and he’s thorough at what he does too. Very friendly and honest staff, starting from Sandra (receptionist) all the way to Christine and everyone else. I recommend everyone to go to this dental clinic with their eyes closed! Fantastic experience: Amazing work. Doctor Joseph Hajj has been taking care of my teeth for the past 3 years of having braces. Great experience. From Sandra always caring and welcoming, they have made me feel comfortable and are always there to help with any concerns. I had also experienced a small surgery which i was treated with great care and made me feel comfortable . Sandra called everyday to check up if everything was going good post surgery. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. . The results of my teeth are amazing and i am very happy with my smile. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Most unprofessional dentist I have walked in to, my first appointment they were running 1 hour behind without notifying their patient. It’s the horrible service for me. Not being accurate and sticking to there words. Overall was a shocking experience & such an unpleasant customer service they provided from day one. Absolutely unacceptable service.
