I had my last tooth removed and the extraction treatment was completely painless, and I felt absolutely comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Anisha is gentle, professional, and clearly very skilled. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality, pain-free dental care.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars, I would. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic, especially Dr. Mandeep. The service was not only unprofessional but also outright disrespectful and misleading. From the moment I walked in, I felt like money—not patient care—was their only priority. Over the phone, I was quoted a price range of $150–$300, which is why I chose this clinic. However, once in the chair, I was told the extraction would cost $550—which would have been fine had they been transparent over the phone. After trying to explain the misleading information, she lowered it to $350, but I only came with $300, which she reluctantly agreed to. I went ahead with the procedure, thinking it was my best option—because whether you go through with treatment or not, they still get paid. You’re required to pay the $50 consultation fee regardless. After administering the local anaesthetic, both the dentist and assistant left the room, telling me to wait until the area “felt heavy” and numb. About five minutes later, the assistant returned. I had phlegm in my mouth, so I went to the bathroom in the waiting area and saw the dentist casually chatting with a coworker. The disregard for my comfort and time was shocking. When she finally returned, she completed the extraction. Afterward, she told me to take a photo of the tooth, which I did—but when I asked to take the tooth home, she refused. She claimed there was a post-COVID policy that patients couldn’t keep extracted teeth, which had never been mentioned. When I explained the cultural importance of taking the tooth with me, she rolled her eyes and patronizingly said, “Nothing will happen to you.” Only after pleading with her and her assistant—while being subjected to judgmental stares—was I finally allowed to take it. To make matters worse, the aftercare instructions were printed on a piece of paper that had someone else’s Medical details poorly scribbled out in a black marker—a serious privacy breach. After reading previous negative reviews, it’s clear this clinic has a history of not taking accountability for poor experiences. Instead of addressing issues with professionalism, they often shift the blame back onto customers. I fully expect they’ll respond to my review the same way—but I believe people deserve to be warned. This clinic showed a total lack of transparency, professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and basic respect. I left feeling humiliated, deceived, and completely uncared for. Please think twice before going here.

Negative experience: Service was not great! I went to do a deep cleaning of my teeth, but they just did superficial cleaning and charge me $400.00. Not recommended!!

Negative experience: I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience my daughter had at this dental clinic. Upon visiting for a routine teeth cleaning, we discussed and agreed upon a fee of $120 for the service. However, to our surprise, the final charge amounted to $245. Additionally, I am concerned about the excessive number of X-rays that were taken, seemingly unnecessarily. I value transparency and clear communication when it comes to healthcare services, and I feel that our agreed-upon fee was not honored. Furthermore, the extra charges for X-rays, without any justification of their necessity, have left me questioning the integrity of the billing process. On an another occasion, I underwent a cleaning and filling procedure at this clinic, and I regret to report a concerning incident during the process. Unfortunately, the dentist inadvertently drilled into my tongue, resulting in two small holes that took four weeks to heal. When I brought this issue to the dentist's attention, the response was less than satisfactory, with assurances that it would resolve over time. As a patient, enduring four weeks of discomfort was disheartening, and I believe such incidents should not occur in the care of professional dentists. Despite this unfortunate experience, I chose to give this clinic a second chance. However, today's encounter with billing for my daughter's routine tooth cleaning left me with a very negative impression. I have decided not to visit this dental clinic in future. I believe it's crucial to bring such matters to everyone’s attention to ensure the quality of care aligns with the standards expected by patients. I thought of complaining to AHPRA but given them second chance to rectify themselves rather defend themselves.

Negative experience: Dentist (Dr Pragya) was so rough!!! She also berated her dental assistant during my cleaning and was basically yelling at her (she was in training). It was totally unprofessional and made me feel super uncomfortable and awkward. Dr Pragya as not thorough at all. Didn’t ask about my history or anything. Didn’t make me feel welcomed as it was my first time. I was treated like another number. She rushed through the clean. I’ve had pretty extensive dental work (6 years of braces and orthodontics) so I have had my fair share of dentists. This one is by far the rudest dentist I have ever met! Definitely never going back! Awful experience. And nope, not going to recommend you ✌️

Dr Pragya made it easy and stress free for me and extraction was done with utmost care and skills.
