I’d especially like to mention Dr. Vinoth, who treats his patients with great care, patience, and professionalism. I was very informed about the condition of my teeth and the best treatment plan needed for them. There was lots of opportunity to share any concerns or questions I had. I was very impressed with the numbing jell provided before my teeth clean and scale... And the fees are very reasonable and affordable... Fantastic experience: Very glad I got a second opinion from Core Dental Berwick regarding a quote for my toddler who needed extensive dental work and the only way to make it as stress free as possible for her was under general anaesthetic. Not only was the quote significantly more reasonably priced, I felt at ease with Dr Sarah Scott who was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We were at the hospital for a couple of hours and once home our toddler was back to her usual self with no issues. We will definitely be booking our future appointments here!

Fantastic experience: My son recently underwent surgery to remove seven baby teeth and two adult teeth due to damage. We scheduled the procedure at Sir John Monash Hospital, and the wait time was about one month. During this time, we completed a couple of X-rays and had a consultation with an orthodontist. On the day of the surgery, we arrived at the hospital at 7 AM and waited for about an hour while preparations were made. The anesthetic took effect in just two minutes, at which point I had to leave the room. The procedure lasted approximately 90 minutes, and my son spent about two hours in recovery from the anesthesia. Once we got home, my son was surprisingly active and immediately started playing with his sister. We managed his pain with Panadol and Nurofen for three days. The sites from the baby teeth healed within two days, while the site for the adult teeth is taking a bit longer. Dr. Susan was highly skilled and approachable, and the entire team at Core Dental was extremely supportive throughout the process. We’re hopeful that his new teeth will come in quickly!

Fantastic experience: This practise has been excellent to deal with. All dentists are knowledgeable and patient, and perform great work. Special shout out to Shontelle whose customer service guiding me through appointments and questions, is second to none.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amy Zhang and Courtney are lovely! I had consultation, x-ray, and a clean today with them and no drama at all! Everything was handled professionally with lots of kindness and care. Dr. Amy explains her observations, issues with my teeth, and the solutions in depth which really shows her expertise and care towards her patients. The cleaning was done smoothly too! I personally hate teeth cleaning as the previous dentist causes some bleeding to my gum in every clean but with Dr. Amy, there was no blood! It was done gently. She made sure I was comfortable and even stops once in awhile to relax my jaw. I never had that with my previous dentists! The dentists I went for never asked me to relax my jaw and just kept going until the end, which honestly uncomfortable most times. So I really appreciate Dr. Amy's gentle gestures and care. Courtney was such a lovely lady! She supported Dr. Amy nicely and gave so much laughter to the room! She made my day brighter with her fun llama facts! She made sure I'm comfortable from beginning to end. It was really nice meeting her! I definitely recommend Dr. Amy and Courtney in Core Dental Berwick!
