Fantastic experience: First visit here today with my 3 year old who has sensory issues and scared of dentists. It was the most positive experience if going to a dentist ever. The receptionist Rebecca was amazing and gave good advice over the phone as well.as after our consultation. I called outside of trading hours so left an email and the next morning they called me and tried to fit me in that day as my daughter was in pain from her teeth with an abscess. The dentist Sarah was amazing with my daughter, very gentle and thorough. She talked us through each step and explained things very well. Couldn't have picked a better place. The service was 10/10. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended dentist for children. My 4 year old daughter was due for a checkup/clean and since moving in the area managed to find Serene Dental online. Enquired for a booking via their website and got a response/call back the next day to confirm. The dental clinic has onsite parking which was great and upon entering the clinic is clean and was greeted straight away by the friendly staff. My daughter saw Dr. Sarah and she was excellent with kids. Very friendly, explained what she is about to do and assured my anxious daughter that she was doing great along the way. Fantastic experience: Sarah treated my child with autism today and she was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and caring with him and made him feel at ease. Sarah made every effort to avoid overstimulating my son and spoke to him so calmly. When he began to become agitated she altered her techniques and equipment to suit his needs. Fantastic experience: This is long overdue but I had an appointment at the end of August with Dr Michael and I have never been so happy! I have been putting off a wisdom tooth operation for years due to fear and funds. In between those years I would visit dentists hoping the would at least treat a filling for the tooth next to it and a bit on the wisdom tooth too. They would not be interested and would be to worried to touch it and said they can’t treat the cavity until I have surgery. This left me hopeless as I knew the cavity was just getting worse. My friend recommended serene dental and immediately upon arriving I just had a good feeling. Dr Michael took the time to listen to me, consult me and give me 2-3 options of what could happen if he was to treat the cavity. I was so excited that I had a Dr willing to do this for me finally and being someone with dentist anxiety I had full confidence in him and just trusted him. It’s was extremely challenging but he done such an amazing job. I was well aware of a few risks or issues I could face as he explained it was extremely deep and he was worried about pain in the next day or so because of that he even had reception give me a curtsy call. I had dull pain that evening and didn’t even need to take Panadol. It’s now December and I have still no pain or throbbing thank god! Just slight sensitivity. I am hopeful that there is no bacteria lingering still. So so happy couldn’t recommend you guys enough and I’m so grateful to dr Michael! You honestly have done something no other dentist had the confidence to do while I’m still waiting for surgery! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! Jessica :)

Fantastic experience: It wasn’t my first visit to Serene Dental in Bexley. Their practice is always clean, organised, punctual with their appointments & their service has always been great, but this time the booked dentist was my childhoods best friends daughter. As much as seeing her practice brought tears to my eyes, I was so proud of her; she was so perfect in her practice mashallah, she’s a great dentist with an angel touch, my children were so comfortable with her. Fantastic experience: I have an irrational fear of dentists and needles. This time, the pain was just too much and I had to go to a dentist for my most feared and hated procedure, an extraction. I randomly picked Serene Dental out of many. The team at Serene Dental made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I set foot in the surgery. I barely noticed my time in the chair, hardly noticed the needle, and survived the extraction. Fantastic experience: My last dentist before serene dental rushed it so bad, I had gone to him coz my gums were bleeding daily. It continued until I came to serene dental, you guys took your time properly. Sarah full needs a pay rise straight out, she told me it’ll take a few weeks for it to stop if I took care of my oral health properly, instead I quit smoking in front of her on the spot, done what she told me to do and in 2 days the bleeding already stopped. She was so focussed and precise with her work, she deserves nothing less than the best in her life. Thank you :)

Just had my teeth cleaned with Hassan today, he kept me informed of every step and possible feelings I could have, that gave me confidence during the whole process. No fear, no pain, he has done a nice and quick job. They can fix your problem with minimal costs, I recommended Serena to my friend, who was asked to do major surgery on her teeth by the other Dentist, and in the end Dr Mohamed fixed her problem nice and simple, saved her thousond dollors.
