Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a tooth repaired and a crown fitted that I was advised was a necessary procedure. The staff were amazing, Aaron was the most amazing dentist I have ever met. He has a very calming and caring personality as does his assistant, who I've forgotten her name, sorry. Seeing a dentist is expensive now, I have no idea what is fair but I did struggle to understand why it has increased (in 12 months) since I had a similar procedure, at my dentist where I used to live. The costs of providing a service is no doubt high, quality and qualified staff, cutting edge technology would not come cheap, neither would insurance, rent, etc which all add up. I may well have paid a fair price. But I am truly grateful to have Aaron look after me yesterday.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous about an upcoming procedure, however was put at ease from the moment I stepped in the door. The admin staff, always friendly and nothing is too hard or a drama. I love their easy going attitude while staying professional at the same time. This day, while waiting for the appointment, the last of the day, the ladies made me feel very comfortable and talking, to keep my mind off it. Then the appointment time was here and I was taken in to the room and made to feel relaxed and then Dr Parshant came in. They were both very kind, gentle and encouraging, then taking the time at the end of a long day to explain what had been done and asked if there was anything else that was concerning me. Fantastic experience: Painless. Extremely happy with dental procedure. I'm very frightened of needles and had to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Dr Delgado explained and showed xrays so that I easily understood everything. He gave me a little pain killer first before the big needle so I felt no pain and removed all roots without gum tearing. Highly recommend Dr Felipe Delgado. Awesome.

Negative experience: The promise of a free consult is a lie. I was charged for my consultation. I shouldn't have paid and when I requested a refund based on the misleading advertising, they refused. The desk attendees told me the free offer was only for a certain type of consult but this should be clearly stated. I am looking to spend several thousand dollars on dental work but false advertising over a mere $69 fee (which I have no problem paying) does not lead me to trust this business.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our free consultation offer is specifically for Invisalign treatments and is limited to 15 minutes. During your visit, you spent approximately 30 minutes with the dentist, which exceeds the scope of the free consultation on both accounts.

We are happy to discuss any concerns you may have, but please understand that charges do apply for consultations outside the scope of the free Invisalign consultation. Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency root canal treatment, I was seen by Dr Aaron and he started my treatment immediately. The procedure went smoothly. He was very thorough when explaining the process, I felt very comfortable with going ahead with the procedure. I was also seen by Emily the OHT for a clean appointment she is great at what she does. This is the best dental practice in town. I highly recommend them for your next dental visit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental clinic, dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and other staff. Fresh and clean clinic. Staff always look professional all well. And get the job done. You are told what needs to be done, you decide! Prices would be comparable to other surgeries as well. My next appointment is a 6 months time ... Everyone here is so polite and friendly.Everything is explained in depth, answers any questions you have and have no problems helping you understand the answer. The entire team is a very respectful and awesome bunch. Happy Smiles also give back to their community in which they generously donated to our Hockey Fundraising to get us to South Africa for Australian Masters World Cup. Fantastic experience: The experience of having my tooth crowned was brilliant compared to last time when I needed to have mouth casts completed and sent to Sydney. Today was approximately 2 hrs compared to a couple of weeks and an additional temporary crown.
