The team at One Dental has watched my children grow up. My son, now 5 years old, has been seeing Dr. Brendan Lim since he was 3. Dr. Lim has been fun, gentle, and patient in helping him get used to dental check-ups and cleaning. Thanks to this, my son now looks forward to his regular six-month visits without any fear. Dr. Lim always takes the time to chat with me and my kids, making every appointment comfortable, professional, and engaging. Fantastic experience: Outstanding care by Dr Serena Li. I had a split tooth and she went above and beyond in my care. I had a root canal done previously and despite my white coat fever when it comes to Dentists, she was kind enough to talk me through the procedure, was patient and gentle. Highly recommended for nervous dental patients! The follow up courtesy call to check on my progress was also highly appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I managed to get an urgent appointment at short notice at One Dental Rossmoyne with Dr Alvin Vo (after trying about 6 other dental surgeries with no success) after experiencing throbbing pain with one of my bottom molars and living on Panadol Rapid throughout the weekend. Dr Vo, (with the help of his nurse whose name I forgot to take down) sucessfully extracted my crown and root which were found to be infected. I found Dr Vo to be a gentle, soft-spoken and professional dental surgeon and was so very grateful that I got him to do the job!!! Both Dr Vo and One Dental Rossmoyne are highly recommended!! MANY THANKS!!

Negative experience: I had a frustrating experience at this dental clinic. Even though I had an appointment, I ended up waiting over 50 minutes past my scheduled time. This was the first time it happened, but it’s disappointing to see a lack of respect for patients' time. Hopefully, this is a one-off issue, but long waits like this are not acceptable. I expected better organisation and punctuality from a professional clinic.

Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do teeth cleaning and (Dr. Soheila) did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. Fantastic experience: I took my 101 year old mother (in a wheelchair) from a nursing home to see Dr Brendon. Every staff member we interacted with from the front reception to Dr Brendon and his dental assistant Semina were so kind, patient and gentle with mum. Mum has mobility problems and a hearing deficit. Dr Brendon patiently spoke clearly and loudly enough so mum could hear his instructions. Mum had pain from an ill fitting lower denture and left feeling a lot more comfortable. Thank you to everyone at One Dental.

Fantastic experience: My filling from my 2 front incisors fell off half way between my check ups. At a recent check up, my dentist filled up my front teeth again and advised on cutting up my food so as not to cause the filling to fall off in future. Another option in future was to have my front teeth crowned. After the check up, I was pleasantly surprised as there was no charge . I just hope that the filling does not fall out again. Fantastic experience: I made an appointment to see Dr Alvin Vo as I had a very bad tooth ache. Heidi managed to get me in very urgently which I was forever grateful for and I saw Dr Alvin who was so lovely and gentle. I explained everything that was required with my treatment plan and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. I tend to get very nervous at dentists but I must say as soon as I walked in I felt very relaxed as the clinic had such a lovely feel about it and all the staff were so kind. They even gave a follow up call to check how I was going after my appointment. 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: I was attended by Dr Brendan Lim and found him one of the best dentists I've ever had, if not the best. He explained patiently and clearly to me what needs to be done. When checking and cleaning, he did not rush, let me have more "breaks" compared to others and also frequently ask if I was ok. Definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: I rang the surgery today, to confirm a Sat appointment that I made six months ago. I was really disappointed to find out that not only is the surgery is closed on Sat, but that no alternative appointment has been booked. The receptionist was apologetic but could not provide an explanation of what happened. I am a long term patient and have always booked my appointments six months in advance at the surgery, immediately after my examinations. Unfortunately since Dr. Anna left I have had several dental and hygenist appointments cancelled, without notice.
