Fantastic experience: I had putting off going to the dentist for 20 years due to being completely afraid but I finally had some teeth issues that couldn’t be ignored so after some research 32 Pearls seemed like a good choice. They were so kind and understanding from the beginning. They went at my pace that I was comfortable at and let me take breaks when I needed to as well. The work performed was incredible. I will be going be going back as a regular now.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental surgery. I took my son there for his first ever dental visit at 3 years old. The dentist was patient and calm. My son had a wonderful first experience and at the end there was a fun ‘spin wheel’ where the little ones can win a prize for being good little people. Excellent dentist!!!! Highly recommend!!!

I have been to many dentists in my life but this is by far the best practice I have been to. Dr Gosavi is very lovely and makes you feel very welcome. Extremely trustworthy! Negative experience: I had visited for general checkup in November 2022. She mentioned that i have got couple of cavities, she suggested to go for filling. Filling dint even lasted for 5 months. I had to do the refilling again. I dont recommend her at all.

Fantastic experience: Came in with my mum to get her teeth checked, the staff were lovely, friendly and just all-round so nice. I've gone to other dentist before where they seemed to just talk around you and it made you feel a bit uneasy, but here the armosphere was open and welcoming and the staff talked with you and just made you feel like you were in good hands

Fantastic experience: I am really pleased that I visited this dental clinic. Dr Bhavita was very thorough in her treatment. I dont have an health insurance and I can say their prices are reasonable. Dr Bhavita was gentle throughout the treatment and explained me in details and provided comfort during the treatment. She helped me to overcome my anxiety. She did my tooth extraction and I can say it was painless during the process. I definitely recommend Dr Bhavita. The ambience of the clinic is really pleasent and the staff is really happy and jolly and they welcome you with a smile.

Negative experience: I had my first visit to this dentist back in December 2022, and it was a great experience. My family and I were attended to promptly and received exceptional care. However, my second visit, which happened on a Saturday for a 12 PM appointment, didn't go as smoothly. Anticipating the need for additional forms, I arrived 20 minutes early. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would still be seen at 12 PM. Meanwhile, I noticed someone already in the dental chair, engaged in conversation with the dentist. It wasn't until 12 PM that I heard them begin working on the patient. Around 12:05 PM, a staff member came out and informed me that there would be an additional 15-minute delay, which I reluctantly accepted. Unfortunately, by 12:30 PM, there was no one at the reception area, and no one came out to update me on the wait time. Feeling uncertain about the situation, I made the decision to leave since I couldn't determine if there was another dentist available or if anyone was manning the reception. Once I reached home, I called the clinic to inform them that I had left and expressed my dissatisfaction with the experience. Later, I received a call from another staff member who explained that there was a complicated procedure taking place, and they were unable to attend to me as planned. This call came at 12:53 PM, while they were still occupied with the patient. The person I spoke with was genuinely apologetic and even offered compensation. However, despite their efforts, I have decided not to return to this clinic. Overall, I believe the clinic is generally good, and this incident was an unfortunate occurrence. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively as I am not someone who readily provides negative reviews, as evident in my past feedback.
