Fantastic experience: Went in today as I have some major tooth pain. I was upfront and told them I have very little money in my account and let them know of my anxiety etc. Dr Ni was very informative and friendly and gave me a very calm consultation. My next actual appointment for an extraction is next weekend and dare I say I’m looking forward to it.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for the right place to have your wisdom teeth removed I highly recommend coming to Ellen Stirling Dental. I put off having my wisdom teeth removed for many years due to anxiety and concerns about my health. When I came in this week Dr. Niyanta Lekha walked me through what the removal would involve in great detail. I have had previous consultations at other dentists which wasn't nearly as thorough and well explained as what Dr. Lekha provided. Dr Lekha also made me feel very comfortable during the process, more so than I thought was possible while having wisdom teeth removed. The Netflix above the dentist chair was also 10/10 for taking my mind off what was happening. I barely even felt the needles, and it was over in about 20 minutes. The team was so supportive and I also got a little bag to take home with soup, and pain medication which even my partner didn't receive going to another dentist for wisdom teeth removal. When I came out after the extraction I was met with a lot of support, especially from Leanne, which made the world of difference for me. If you're looking for a dental clinic which goes above and beyond I can very much recommend Ellen Sitrling and Dr. Lekha. It's the little things which make so much difference and transform a once in a lifetime experience like wisdom tooth removal into a memory which you look back on and actually smile! If only every medical service could be as good as what Ellen Stirling provides. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: So happy with Ellen Stirling Dental! I haven’t had the easiest experiences with dentists in the past, so I was always on the search of a dental practice that makes me feel welcome, relaxed and at ease. Negative experience: What a week for this dental practice. Charged a deposit for my daughters appointment although our family was already attending practice. Their receptionist insisted my NIB claim was declined based on me not having cover, paid cash then claimed back after having to request an invoice with proper details on in order to claim. Then, three days later we arrived early for my son's appointment as requested, waited for almost 20 minutes post appointment time (all up about 45min) with two hungry tired children in the waiting room then decided to leave at 4:20pm on a Friday afternoon. They used to have excellent customer service but now it's just a poorly managed practice with lack lustre customer service and a poorly trained receptionist. We won't be using their services again - if they can't respect their clients' time they really shouldn't be insisting on deposits.

I recently had my wisdom teeth pulled out, a few days in I was in alot of pain and I needed to get to a dentist asap, I called them and leanne told me to come in right away! Fantastic experience: I don’t normally leave reviews but the whole team at Ellen Stirling Dental were amazing. I called first thing on Monday morning as I needed an emergency appointment, their lovely receptionist was kind and understanding and she got me in to see a dentist at 11am. The respect, kindness and concern for me over the next 2 appointments was unbelievable. Both dentists I saw and Leanne were just so calm, relaxed and genuinely interested in reducing my pain. Fantastic experience: I have found my forever dentist :) Dr Shah, Leanne and the rest of the team have made my experience wonderful. Initially I just booked for a general check up and clean. I then enquired about invisalign braces and it was the best decision I made. I now have perfect teeth, just in time for my wedding! The venue feels more like a spa than a surgery, with the comforts offered in the fabulous recovery lounge. Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to Ellenbrook I was looking for a new dentist and read a number of reviews for dentists in the area. On Ellen Stirling Dental’s website the reviews were all very positive so I immediately rang the practice and was impressed with the information I was given by the receptionist. My first visit was wonderful too. The waiting room has an ambience which is both welcoming and calming and the staff are warm and friendly. I lived in Scarborough at the time and even now I don’t mind the 25min drive. Every appointment feels like a self care session, as odd as that sounds.
