Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment really quick (emergency filling issue). My experience was as good as a trip to the dentist could be in terms of pain and comfort. The dentist and team did a great job checking on me. The final work however is fantastic. The dentist did more than I thought she could in the timeframe and I'm only just realising a few days later the quality of the work. I'm very happy and my confidence is increased (I had to change from my normal dentist which was a stressful experience).

He kind caring approach won me over straight away, she took the time to understand me and make me feel comfortable, not only allow this she was gentle as she could be and even removed some staining from my front veneers which I thought was a crack and freaking out, and at the end of my consult I recieved a little care pack with all the essentials for clean, healthy teeth. Fantastic experience: It's not often a person can say that they had a great experience at the dentist. Well, I did today. The Dental Hygienist who did my clean and polish was the first ever that didn't hurt me. Philanna cleaned and polished my rather grubby teeth to the point that I can't remember ever seeing them cleaner. She was charming and engaging while being able to understand my garbled replys while she worked. Thanks Philanna, I have booked again, see you in six months. Thanks team, excellent job.

I had an extremely sore toothache and I called them, spoke with Zoe and she was able to speak to the team and they were able to fit me in ASAP. Huge thanks to Zoe, Vicki and Dr Kaviya who were able to help me with my issue. We have been going here for years and the staff have always been friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this dentist practice to everyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment yesterday with Rachel, one of their Oral Health Therapists, marking my first checkup since recently retiring from the defence force. I was incredibly impressed by the entire team’s professionalism from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The receptionists were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the OHT was thorough, gentle, and very mindful of my comfort. Their facilities were also spotless and modern. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Time before, after cleaning my teeth, my teeth became sensitive for the first time. So, this time I didn’t feel like having my teeth clean. But this time an Oral Health Therapist, Nhung did a great job. So I haven’t felt any pain at all. Also, last time water was everywhere in my mouth and it made me cough and it was uncomfortable. As it was the first time for me to clean my teeth in Australia, I thought it’s Australia’s way to use lots of water in a mouth. This time it was completely different and comfortable. Fantastic experience: The dentist ‘T. Trinh’ was FANTASTIC. I saw her a year ago but she was so amazing; she didn’t criticise or judge me for the condition of my teeth. Almost 99% of dentists and oral hygienists that I’ve seen, both privately and publicly, have been quite harshly critical and openly insensitive and judgemental I genuinely believe it’s l the top 3 reasons people avoid dentist check ups. Trinh and her assistant were incredibly welcoming, approachable and far from insensitive. I’d suggest educating your oral hygienists and dentists about being less judgemental and just get on with their work and only respond with ‘help’ where it’s asked for. Unsolicited advice, although unintentional, is still very insensitive because of the harsh delivery. Anyway. Thanks Trinh, you’re fantastic and I love your work :)

Positive experience: I have been using Bupa for a while now and have been very happy except I don’t seam to see the same dentist each time they have all been fine so was not worried about the new one who attended to check after the clean. Decided to finally get the crown done that was required. Told the dentist that I have very sensitive gums and he would need to give extra so he would be able to get the job done. Well 2 needles later still not fully numb so he got on with it, having to stop several times the hit by tongue several times with the drill eventually the cap was in place. Left feeling very distraught with a long drive home in pain back for round two the cap should have just flipped off so 2 more needles extra time in the chair whilst he got it out the then the crown was fitted was going to also have another filling fixed up but i said no not happening. I was even more upset than the first visit and the drive home took forever and a phone call to follow up a few days later told him I was still in pain. You had a lot of work done it will settle. Now a week on I am still in pain I don’t feel that I what to call him back but maybe I’ll try a different clinic if it doesn’t settle soon and it also took 2 weeks for my tongue to heal. The front of house staff are fantastic I will not make any comments about the nurse who works with him as she seamed nice but everything got very uneasy on both visits I don’t normally give feedback when asked

Negative experience: A disappointing and unhappy experience. I left feeling chastised and embarrassed. And pushed about treatment… in itself also extremely difficult to book. All appointments need to be booked months ahead and, are often cancelled by BUPA Dental the day before.

I received immediate help with treatments and teeth replacements completed in time before my scheduled travel time away. All staff and dentist are to be complemented on their professionalism. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and it was professional, clean and well maintained. The consultants were courteous and attentive. The consulting rooms after also clean and has what appeared to be new equipment. The overall consult was very thorough and professional. Being a BUPA certified dentist the consult ( hygiene review and clean plus 3 X-rays) we’re all covered by my private health cover, having no additional cost e was a definite plus for me. Will be happy to return for any future hygiene appointments and dental visits.

Negative experience: Had a routine appointment booked in for months now. Received reminder and confirmation messages the week before only to receive a phone call the day before the appointment telling me the dentist is “away” and they need to reschedule. I’m not an unreasonable person so said that was fine. But to then tell me the next available appointment isn’t for another 5 months is ridiculous!! There must be a better way to arrange appointment times.

I had a 6month check up booked in since my last appointment and even though I got 2 reminders last week regarding my appointment this Wednesday I just got a phone call and was told the hygienist no longer works there any more and now I can’t be seen until early next year as they’ve booked up.

Fantastic experience: dentists and nurses are really kind and professional.they are doing their job! but front desk/ receptionist name start with Kim....... really rude.she did not let me in even there is only one person in the lobby.( max 4 people in the lobby as per the covid restrictions)I went inside and after 15 mins I went outside to buy glossaries and then I went inside (without glossaries i put the in the car)but she said "you can't come in when ever you want this is confidential" you need to wait. then she peeked through the door acting like to see the headcount. but she can't see from that door.my daughter was in the other side of that building. even other receptionist is sliently asked why he is not allowed to enter.same person came in and out serveral times.
