He answered all questions, making me feel relaxed and confident in him he and gave good information about expectations of the procedure. It was a great injection, comparatively speaking! Excellent follow up next day where Lois was very caring. All in all as good a dental experience as possible and based on that I would definitely recommend Dentistry at the Cross.

I book regular appointments in advance, but I was relieved when they fit me in within hours for a small emergency. They also have great hi-tec equipment and large distracting TV screens showing beautiful travel scenery - it's practically a spa experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of DatC for nearly 10 years, over this time I have had extensive dental treatment including veneers and crowns and the rebuilding of a couple of teeth. I have replaced all my old Amalgam fillings. I have always received friendly and professional treatment at every appointment, from the warm welcoming simile from Lois through to the business end. The best part is I have rarely felt and pain, these guys are great, I always hated the Dentist but I now actually look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Whilst visiting from the UK I lost a large filling which obviously needed resolving as we were here for a further 6 weeks. Looked at options in the Kings Cross area and decided on Dentistry at the Cross. How pleased I have been with this decision. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the treatment I received from the outset, both from the receptionist through to Dr Kaur, was excellent. Dr Kaur advised what my options were and completed the treatment very professionally and I have been pain free since. Thank you Dr Kaur to you and your staff

At reception, Lois is always amazing. She does all the paperwork without me having to go to my health fund! It's a lovely dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I booked an emergency appointment today after chipping a tooth, they were able to fit me in same day and even call back with an earlier appointment. Lois on reception was extremely friendly and helpful, and Dr Padley couldn’t have been nicer and calmed my nerves instantly. As a visitor to Australia this process was so easy and I could not recommend this practice enough!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Have been going to this place for the last two years. Very happy with the experience I had. I got a root canal implant. Overall would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had a dental cleaning here, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The cleaning was ungentle, with the doctor using sharp instruments carelessly. For the first time in my life, I left with special paste still stuck to my teeth (like a gum), requiring me to clean them again at home. To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly charged an extra $100 for X-rays. This was described as an included option in the treatment, and it’s difficult to find any mention of additional costs on their website. Obviously, when I was offered the X-rays, no one informed me that there would be an extra charge. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that my teeth do look clean in the end. However, I cannot recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had a bridge and crowns that were 28 years old and decided it was time for a smile update. The materials and what is possible has changed so much in that time. Dr Ben Padley made it a great experience for me right from the first consultation through to installing the new teeth. In total we did five crowns and two veneers. I am super happy with the result.

Fantastic experience: As a Kidney/Pancreas transplant recipient I have a severely compromised immune system. Having my teeth cleaned, a broken tooth filled or extracted can lead to a major infection. Dr Jaskaran's approach my treatment options is beyond anything I've experienced. Her work is exceptional and she's one of the nicest people I've met. And let's not forget the team of professionals that support her - also amazing! I can't recommend Dentistry at the Cross highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best dentist. I called them, and they were so friendly over the phone. They helped find an emergency appointment right after I called. There was great kindness at the reception and an extremely professional dentist. Everything was handled quickly. They even prepared a small letter so I could report it to the insurance. All in all, just a really good experience. I can highly recommend the place, and I will definitely come back if needed.

Fantastic experience: I used to see Dr. Padley before moving interstate for 8 years. Back in Sydney I tracked him down to this practice. Without exaggeration he is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered ( and I’m 66): friendly, competent, clear and informative, completely honest about costs and best solutions given my circumstances. This place is a little hard to find ( enter via a hotel foyer) but 5 mins from Kings Cross station. Give it a try, it’s well worth it.
