Fantastic experience: Been going to Dr Matthew for a few years now. Wish I knew about him a lot sooner. Such a great dentist. He has fixed many of my fillings that had been poorly done by another dentist. I’ve also done Invisalign through Iconic smiles and had a very complex case but some how, he got my teeth straight. Very gentle and caring. Highly recommend coming here. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Always a good conversation too. Very good dentist to go to if you are scared of needles like I am- he does it so quickly after using a numbing cream and distracts you so you don’t or barely feel it.

Fantastic experience: I had an implant for my front tooth followed by six top veneers. My implant procedure was so complex, that after several appointments with my original dentist, I was advised he didn’t feel confident to proceed and to go elsewhere. I then found Dr Matthew, who agreed it was complex, took charge and got the job done - with no issues and a full recovery. As the implant was for my front tooth, Dr Matthew suggested six top veneers to colour match and also replace my composite bonding, which was in an awful state. This wasn’t easy getting a veneer fitted over an implant, and then selecting a colour for it to all blend in. There were various challenges along the way, but Dr Matthew worked extremely hard and didn’t stop - until he achieved the best possible result, which I’m delighted with Dr Matthew, Kristy and the entire Team are so friendly, professional and patient, who always made me feel welcome and relaxed. The clinic is very modern, extremely hygienic and filled with state of the art equipment. I will definitely use Iconic Smiles again and highly recommend them!

The customer service from Kristy is amazing, the follow up & reminder's of your appointment time, flexible with appointment times. All round such a delight to deal with. All of the Dental assistants are friendly & also have a great knowledge of the industry, so you feel comfortable which is so important. Matthew & his team of Dentist are professional, honest, they give you options if options are available to what you need. If you are not 100% with what they explain they will take the time to explain it another way until you get it. IE; braces or Invisalign? They will guide you through both options. Not many places now take the time with clients to do this. They offer a payment service if you are needing work done but you don't have the budget. All of these services and more. I'm not paid for this review, I'm writing it as I believe whole whole heartedly that if you go there you will see what I'm writing about. Being a small business owner myself - I know how hard it is. Iconic Smiles deserve every accolade they receive. The attention to detail is above & beyond. They actually care which is rare these day. The team is very supportive, professional and talk you through everything. Dr Mark was extremely supportive and ensured to explain every step to ensure I was comfortable. I really couldn’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Post dental care and warranty is non existent. Any follow up care on chips and cracks which is under the warranty period is charged for which should not be. I know many patients who complain about the same lack of service and follow up. Do not recommend.
