Fantastic experience: I went and saw the brand new owner, Dr Tejas just for a routine check up. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment and takes the time to explain everything very clearly. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend others to book with Dr Tejas and his team :)

Negative experience: You say you guys are open on Saturdays, not open today! What is this? Update your schedule to closed on sat!

Positive experience: I had a couple of teeth out. And it’s almost 2 weeks from extraction and I’m unable to eat. I did go in and ask questions and have been told it’s normal. I’m scared and worried now as this has never happened before. I can’t open my mouth without pain.

Negative experience: Tried booking over the phone for a first time appointment. Asked for the earliest available which I was advised 4 days away. Should have known when I received a confirmation text calling me 'Shirley' that the person I booked with shouldn't have been taking appointments over the phone. Turns out they booked my appointment for the following Wednesday. Then I was told the next available would be Friday for a tooth that I'm paranoid I'm going to lose if I leave it too long. Thankfully got myself booked in with another dentist.

Fantastic experience: They make pain as painless as possible. Update: and still true today as it was a year ago.

Fantastic experience: Some years ago I had a disappointing experience with my previous dentist. (The crown the dentist put on my tooth lasted only 18 months and it had to be removed and replaced again resulting in more money.). Anyway my hairdresser told me about QVC Dental so I changed dentists and never looked back. Dr Omar is a great Dentist who is very good at his profession. He is courteous as well as presentable every time I’ve seen him. I feel totally at ease under his care and I know that he’s going to look after my teeth. My appointment with Dr Lex Chan was so much better than expected, she was calming, easy to talk to, supportive and empathetic. Highly recommended especially for the people who like myself have had bad experiences. She's awesome.

She is a wonder, top notch dentist as my father is a retired awesome, gentle dentist and my mother, who just passed, strove for excellence, kindness, and understanding as a dental assistant and receptionist. I have had many dentists over the years in various countries, but Dr Lee Chen I rate 11/10 ! Negative experience: Complete lack of patient care I paid over $500 for a tooth extract to be done, while the dentist himself was amazing I started to gain a lot of unbearable pain 2 days post my extraction, couldn’t sleep, eat and nothing was helping the pain at all. I called the practice explained how much pain I was in all to be told “I can’t get you an appointment until the 12th” being 5 days away!!! I said due to the circumstances can someone squeeze me in quickly today to help me and check the extraction site which I got told “no sorry there is no appointments today” I said surely someone has time to help and write a script to help with the pain it would take no longer than 2 minutes again the response was “no sorry there is no appointments” So your telling me it is ok to have a patient that got work done at your surgery be in unbearable pain and there was nothing you can do for them?? I find this a total lack of patient care and quite frankly negligent. This made me call another practice who I explained the situation to, they had no appointments available but due to my pain and circumstance squeezed me in to be seen. My extraction site was severely infected and was a dry socket which explained the intense unbearable pain I was in and if this had to be left for the 5 days I was told I couldn’t get an appointment for at your practice I don’t know what would of happened. I ended up having to be completely numbed and a full clean out, site packed and stiches put in which cost me another $200. Severely disappointed with your practice and will not be a returning patient after this.

Fantastic experience: Receptionist both on the phone as well as when I arrived at the practice were very friendly. The dentist saw my on time so I didn’t have to wait for long at all. The dentist who treated me was very gentle and explained things so thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: As always we were greeted by Elizabeth who is always pleasant and remembers you. Dr. Adrian is my wife’s Dentist. I let him know on our first appointment with him that my wife Dee has PTSD and needs reassurance and a gentle hand. It used to be a nightmare for her to go but he has made it a lot easier for her, No hesitation recommending QVC, Baldivis. Best Regards John Dolan

Positive experience: Dentist Adrian was amazing! Very understanding of my anxiety around dentists, and was quick and efficient. Will be back only for him. The receptionist however ruined the experience entirely by not listening to what I was telling her, refused to accept what I had said 3 times, only after 3 times me saying the right thing did she clarify with the dentist, who had in fact made a mistake. No apology from her, just acknowledgement the dentist had made an error. Very poor customer services on her behalf.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience would recommend them to anyone

Negative experience: I was disappointed to only get X-rays taken on the visit last week as I had expected as usual, to get a check up and clean up. No one told me why. My son was with me and he got his X-rays done plus a check up and clean up. To top it off I had purposely taken the day off work as well and I wanted to use private health to pay for it before it resets on January 1st, now my dental credit for 2023 is going to be wasted.

Negative experience: Even though the dentists were always good and professional (but a bit pricy), this place ALWAYS reschedules appointments. Every time I book, I get a call that the appointment has to be rescheduled. Not great for a family of 5! So if you want to always be mucked around and have to wait months to get another appointment , go to this dentist!

Positive experience: my recent visit was, as usual, very good and was fitted in via an on call / cancellation system. However, on the same day my wife's appointment - rebooked after an earlier cancellation some 6 weeks earlier - was also cancelled within 2 hours of the alloted time. QVC has always been very good and I have never been able to fault them. However recently there has been a significant reduction in efficiency and a reduction in the number of dentists available at any one time. The team is excellent, but there needs to be an improvement in "service". my wife has stated she will not be returning and has, in fact rebooked with another surgery

Negative experience: Went to replace a broken veneer. Was told would be 3 appointments. Second appointment I was then told all of a sudden I need a heap of extra work so it ballooned out to 6 appointments even though last year at a different dentist surgery my teeth were found to be fine. The 'temporary' fix for my veneer from first appointment lasted not even a week and the expensive work simply fell off while I was swishing water in my mouth. Seems like a churn and burn practice that'll say anything to get your money. And then do shoddy work. Never again!

Fantastic experience: As a nervous dentist patient, I highly recommend Dr Billy and the lovely team at QVC Baldivis. Dr Billy was compassionate and considerate that I was feeling nervous, walked me through each step beforehand so I knew what was coming and let me take breaks when I needed it. I won't feel as apprehensive next time I go in! Staff were pleasant and it was a calming office space.

Fantastic experience: I made a choice to try QVC as they offered a wider range of professional services on site, offered various payment options and are closer to home. The surgery is accessible, ease of parking, bright, welcoming and a relaxed comfortable reception area. I have had a few procedures, given Dr Billy several issues to deal with. Dr Billy has been amazing. Extremely professional, courteous, ensures comfort, understanding of procedure and choice where possible. I cannot recommend QVC highly enough. I have not been run of the mill, old crown removal and replacement. Extraction, new post and crown, along with standard clean. All procedures done with precision, care, compassion and expertise. The price is so reasonable and if with HBF amazing discount. Highly recommend. Very satisfied highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with Dr Ian. I've never been a fan of dentists but was very happy with the service. Ian is an amazing surgeon who specialises in tricky wisdom teeth. Overall staff were very friendly and I really felt looked after.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ian Ho literally saved my life , I had been having major problems with my two implants for several years with ongoing infections because the implants had dropped down and were Loose but after several visits with Dr Ho he corrected all the previous mistakes and remade me two new teeth which are absolutely perfect now. Dr Ho is also very friendly, very comforting and an exemplary professional I can not recommend him more highly. Thank you.
