Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience with my recent dental procedures. Throughout my life I have been extremely anxious about dental visits and have found the environment of dental clinics quite intimidating. However, Dr. Sabrina Chong provided exceptional care that completely changed my perspective. She made me feel at ease from the outset, took the time to listen to my concerns, and demonstrated genuine compassion throughout the process. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment specifically with Dr. Chong for anyone seeking a professional and empathetic dental practitioner.

I had multiple appointments over the span of two weeks, and they accommodated my schedule as best as possible given the time constraints I had as well as changes in my personal schedule. Highly recommend them, and I appreciate Dr. Michelle Pinto and Nurse Gabby for being so patient with me, I thoroughly enjoyed their company.

Fantastic experience: Dr Michelle is an amazing dentist. She managed to fill up my tricky cavities which were at the back of the molar tooth and even could not be seen easily. She is also kind and cares about the patient. Updates: I also got my Invisalign with Dr Michelle. I am almost done and expecting to finish the treatment at the end of June. I am so happy with the result so far and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

Alex and Analiza went above and beyond to sort out the complicated paperwork etc that I had to have before my heart op today at PoW. Fantastic experience: Dr Michelle is extremely skillful at what she does. She was very gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process. I had come before for a cleaning with another dentist and Dr Michelle noticed stains along my teeth that may not have been taken away the first time or had come back. She got rid of them free of charge and only charged me for some old fillings that needed to be redone. I could not recommend her more to anybody who is apprehensive about getting dental work done. I’ve already booked in a check up with her in six months time!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michelle was excellent, and squeezed me in-between other patients for an emergency root canal. She was quick to put me at ease and alleviate any anxiety that I had about the procedures that I required. She promptly identified all of the ways that she could resolve my symptoms, explaining all of the procedures concisely and clearly. She also went above and beyond to offer potential further care, without compelling me to partake in additional procedures. I was then able to make an informed decision about whether I wanted to straighten my teeth in addition to the root canal that was required. She also ensured that the extra care that I elected to follow up with was the best value option, rather than trying to offer me more expensive options. I am very happy with the outcome, as I am now pain free and have straighter and whiter teeth. (Not that my wife pays enough attention to me to even notice.) Thanks Dr. Michelle and the Team at About Smiles Eastgardens, you are the best!

Fantastic experience: I had two fillings done and was so nervous leading up to it, however Dr Nguyen assured me everything would be fine and I wouldn’t feel a thing. And he was right, anaesthetic free they fixed me up quick and easy! I highly recommend About Smiles and Dr Nguyen for any dental needs. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else! :)

Fantastic experience: I recently decided to take a more serious approach to my dental health and wanted to find a dentist that I would be able to begin a long term relationship with. About Smiles offered just that in Dr Gregory Ngyuen. Greg was incredibly helpful and patient with all of the questions I had and definitely made the usual uncomfortable experience that much more tolerable. Going to the dentist is always an anxious day for me however Greg with his calming nature and friendly advice made my week. If you are seriously considering going down this same path I cannot recommend Dr Greg enough. I look forward to continuing this relationship into the future and being confident I'm getting the best treatment available. 11/10.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Eastgardens clinic yesterday and saw Dr. Greg Nguyen. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year and so I was a little apprehensive before the appointment around there being any concerns with my teeth. He instantly made me feel at ease and dare I say I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience - not something I have always said when speaking about visiting the dentist. I haven't visited a dentist prior to this who explains everything as they go in layman's terms, and so I found it an educational experience where I was able to take away practical tips and more insight as to not only how but why I should look after my teeth to avoid issues in the near future. It even came to my attention that I wasn't using the correct flossing technique (which is quite common apparently), and he was patient in showing me how to do it correctly - again something I hadn't experienced before. Without hesitation I have already booked my next appointment and I will be recommending Dr. Greg to all my family and friends!

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dental practice has been amazing. I was treated by Dr Nguyen and I found him a gentle and caring dentist. I think what I loved the most was how he explained everything to me in great detail and at every step. It just made me very confident in the treatment being given to me. All dental procedures are expensive but he suggested a procedure that ended up saving me time and money which I really appreciated. The rest of the staff are excellent too. So friendly and welcoming. I would recommend coming here without a shadow of a doubt.

Fantastic experience: Just attended our first appointment with Dr Michelle Pinto and we are very satisfied with the care she and her assistant provided. She helped put my five year old at ease during her first dental treatment and she was also so gentle that my daughter didn't even realised she was getting an injection to numb the pain. Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain and feeling really nervous about seeing a dentist for my chipped front tooth, but Dr Pinto put me at ease. She explained to me everything that she was doing and I didn’t feel pain at any moment. I will certainly come back to have the rest of my teeth fixed by her!

Fantastic experience: The staff are extremely friendly...right when you walk through the door they greet you with beautiful smiles! Natalia was very kind, helpful and informative! She explains everything that she is doing which makes it very comfortable as a patient. The machine takes pictures of your teeth which I enjoyed because I am a visual person. She explained each one and then gave me directions of what to do in the future to prevent. Natalia is caring and you can feel that! I had a wonderful experience at About Smiles Dental Centres and I look forward to my next visit! They also played good music which was good vibes :)
