Negative experience: I visited this clinic for a routine check-up and cleaning at the beginning of April. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and practically an angel in human form. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist wasn’t as positive. During my visit to my regular dentist today, I was surprised to hear the comment, “Your teeth need cleaning.” When I mentioned I had just had them cleaned last month, she raised her eyebrows so high I thought they might escape her face. As the check-up continued, she discovered three cavities—one of them critical. Naturally, this made me wonder: did the previous dentist even perform a proper check-up, or just wave the tools around for dramatic effect? Needless to say, I’m quite disappointed and concerned about the quality of care I received during my last visit.

Negative experience: I was initially very happy with my initial consultation and treatments at this Dentist. However I decided to get Invisalign as one of my front teeth had dropped out of alignment due to gum disease. It was very expensive, $2000+ just to re-align 1 tooth ! I went ahead, & was told it would take maybe 3-4 mths. After 6 mths my dropped tooth was still not flush with the other one. When I questioned Dr Pia as to why it was taking so long & that I wasn't happy with the result, she became aggressive and loud, yelling at me that I couldn't say what I was insinuating. I was shocked and told her to drop her voice & that as a patient, she must speak to me that way. Saying that I couldn't say that I was unhappy with the result l. I told her to stop raising her voice at me & quietly explained that I was not happy with the Invisalign results. Final result - she filed down the other tooth so that the tooth that was supposed to be moved up with Invisalign but didn't end up flush, was aligned with the ok tooth. End result - a total waste of money! - my once perfect teeth are still not perfect & I will never go back to this dental practice! Buyer beware!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome. I was concerned after not visiting a dentist for 10 years that there would be some issues in my mouth. I had a teeth clean and then came back a week later for some feelings to be redone and I have had the loveliest experience with the staff there. Also very impressed by their excellence in what they do because they wanted to make sure that they polished my teeth correctly and and and smoothed down the fillings to the perfect levels. They've got a new lifelong customer in me.

After almost 2 years and many appointments, I am very happy with my procedure and how they have treated me. Everyone there is very kind and the dental is very organised. Never had any issues with my bookings nor during my Invisalign program. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great local dentist.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is Dr Pia. She is always very gentled and and patient when cleaning my teeth. I recently had braces on, which makes it even more difficult to clean my teeth properly. I am so glad Dr Pia was able to remove all the stain on my teeth/braces, including plaques in hard to reach spaces. Now I reclaimed my sparkly white teeth again, thanks for Dr Pia ! :)

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Dr Pia by my specialist. Pia is just incredible, her dexterity and precision is so on point that my teeth feel brand new, the fillings and crowns are completely seamless. I jokingly gave her a 99% pain free rating as the anaesthetic is possibly the only slight pain. Even that is sometimes pain free. There are no cheap ways around dentistry so paying for an immaculate job and pain free is a no brainer and far better than getting a cheap hatch job. Stop wasting your money and go see Dr Pia, will be the best decision you've made for your teeth, promise.

Negative experience: The experience I had with Docklands Dental Studio is getting worse. I had a great experience during my first visit and decided to go back for a second time, but I regret it now. The recent visit made me never want to go back again! I had my teeth cleaned by an English dentist named Ashley, and I explained the concern I had about the colored calculus due to recent eating of black beans and black sesame. The dentist said she would clean them all, but to my surprise, when I got home and looked in the mirror, she only cleaned the teeth facing outward and didn't even bother to clean the back side of the teeth. Furthermore, the reception promised to send out the tax receipt by email, but I never received one from my first visit. I am so disappointed. I will never be back and will not recommend it.

Negative experience: I had a booking with Dr Comrie a few weeks back. She told me I have a cracked tooth. I can either have the filling replaced to stop the pain or have a crome to cover the tooth. The procedure of removing the existing filling and replacing a new filling is drilling and scraping which obviously would damage the cracked tooth even further. She did not inform me about this. Before the drilling and scraping, the tooth was only a little sensitive to drinking cold water. After replacing the new filling I am now in constant pain. The pain is so unbearable, it is affecting my sleep, my work, can’t eat etc. I am afraid to go back to see them and have totally lost trust in them. Everyday I am in constant pain, I am afraid even to see other dentist. Dr Comrie had made my life hell . Last night I have shivers and fever from the pain. Thank you for the excuses. Just to clarify, I did not have any pain before Dr Comrie drilled and scraped the existing filling out of my tooth to replace a new filling . The tooth was only sensitive to cold liquids. Which the severe pain I need to see another dentist asap. She was so thorough, did an x-ray, 3 cold test( just to be sure) which Dr Comrie didn’t bother doing. Was it because it was my tooth and not hers. The city dentist explain every step of her thorough examination to me , she was Focus on me all the way though( Dr Comrie was writing an email or letter to someone during my session with her. Do you see that professional?) After the city dentist assessment , it is most likely a Canal nerve issue or the filling put in by my previous dentist( Dr Comrie). The filling was too high therefore there’s pressure on the nerve when I bite or when the top tooth touches the new filling tooth. The city dentist removed the top part of the filling that Dr Comrie put in so there’s no pressure on the nerve when the top tooth touched It has been over 36 hours since the reduced of the filling, the tooth is still sensitive but there is NO pain .Now I can sleep, eat , go to work and have my life back. To you ,you might think Dr Comrie might be doing her best for me ,but I don’t feel and see it the same. I want in to Dockland dentist Studio have a slight sensitive tooth issue fix but can out with severe tooth pain. This is all genuine, no bulls. Paul.
