Fantastic experience: I had to jump on here and rate Dr. Said Talani and the team at 1300 smiles, 5 stars.. I had 5 separate appointments booked to fix all issues with my teeth, including 3 wisdom extractions, a root canal, and plenty of fillings. From the first appointment, I was made to feel safe, well looked after, and super comfortable. It was such a smooth process. I would recommend Dr. Said to any and all friends and family. Fantastic experience: My partner saw Dr Dieu for the first time today and he was brilliant the best dentist he had ever been to in his 70 years. He will definately be using him for all his future dental needs.

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience. I had my appointment a few weeks ago and explained that I get extremely anxious with the dentist and they assured me over the phone that the dentist would be patient and understanding however I didn’t get that experience. The lady helping him was lovely and understanding however the male dentist was extremely rude and impatient with me. I’ve since booked in with a different dentist and had a much more pleasant experience

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a massive fear of the dentist I strongly recommend 1300 smiles. Today I had an emergency root canal done by Dr Chirag Dave and he was extremely gentle, reassured me of everything that he was doing and made sure to explain what was happening in detail so I knew what to expect. The service was amazing, the staff and drs are extremely kind and reassuring. Highly recommend for anyone who has a fear of dentists like me!

Fantastic experience: Today I was terrified of what was to come I had 6 teeth removed and a new top denture I cant fault my dentist or his assistant.i asked for the gas as well which truely helped all staff where totally professional made me feel at ease I have finally found a dentist that looks after their patients they made something that was a huge worry for me and made it bearable and comfortable thank you so much .

Fantastic experience: I love this dental practice. I'm had bad luck with my teeth. Starting with crooked wisdoms that impacted my molars beneath the gum line to bad dental hygiene practices leading to multiple abscesses and tooth extractions. 9 in total, so I'm pretty experienced with it, unfortunately. I've had 3 teeth pulled at Morayfield smiles. Each time a different dentist but each time an easy, painless experience. I didn't catch the man's name that saw me today but thank you mate. My teeth aren't easy to pull but you did a fantastic job. Legend

Negative experience: Today had fillings with dr Chirag Dave, i do not recommend this place nor this certain dr, he used dirty equipment in my mouth which is disgusting, i walked in there for a filling on my near to front tooth, and walked out with half a tooth missing and filling all over my gums, i do not recommend this place what so ever!!

Negative experience: Using dirty used tools in sons mouth witch Is disgusting and the filling that was done witch just ended up leaving holes I’m not happy with this at all he has many bad reviews Dr chriag wouldn’t recommend unless you want pain and dirty used tools in your mouth

Negative experience: I have my tooth filled with Dr.Chirag last year November because I can feel a bit of sensitivity when I have cold drinks on my wisdom tooth,days after the filling it gets worst it’s like having a sore inflamed tooth so I went back again he redo again but nothing change I couldn’t even eat on that tooth for the third time it’s still there but not as worst as the second so I tried to convince myself maybe I just have a sensitive teeth but I tried to avoid chewing on that repaired area because the pain always gets back most lasted days.So to relieve I try to use my invesalign retainer to avoid pain when drinking.Then they message me for my kids dental appointments cleaning so I have my eldest who’s 15 yrs old,Dr.Chirag advice to get her tooth filled but my daughter has been complaining it became more painful she keeps complaining about the pain even by just drinking water and when I check on it there’s a deep hole been left unfilled she’s not even eating and drinking properly for days.About my 5 year old boy who also had checked that same day last week he advice to get his tooth filled so I said Yes but when I checked today there’s still a hole in his tooth.I don’t understand what Dr.Dave Chirag is doing with all of us.

Positive experience: Unfortunately this review was not 5 stars due to having to wait 40 mins with no communication on delays from reception. Finding out later that they through a goodbye party for my dentist as she is going on maternity leave making her late. It upset me because I have a new born at home that's breastfed and I was already full on anxiety to leave then to have to wait additional time when the team knew what they had planned and failed to at least ask if I could come later was disappointing. I am all for team bonding but please on your on time. My dentist is amazing and very good at her job but the team let her down this time.

Negative experience: The worst dental experience I have ever had. The only man on this earth that I have paid to hurt me, and hurt me he did, with everything he did. I suffered for at least 2.5 weeks after. He also stuffed the job up and I ended up having to have the tooth pulled out so with that in mind I told them I was on blood thinners and was told "You'll be fine". Am so glad I went to another dentist - who did not hurt at all and he rang my doc re the blood thinners and NO I would NOT be fine. I had to go off them to have the tooth removed. God knows what would have happened if I had it removed there. Terrible experience. Just awful..

Fantastic experience: Been eating with a light bite for 2 years due to pain in a molar. Thought it had to be removed, but all I needed was a filling and 1 day later eating is bliss! Also they got me in within an hour of ringing up.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done years ago elsewhere which made the tooth turn dark grey but Dr Devvrat done an incredible job at getting it back to normal. Can't thank him enough.

Negative experience: Stay away.My partner Tracy has been to this dentist twice in the past few months with a sore tooth.Both occasions the dentist was very rude and told her there was nothing wrong with the tooth.After putting up with a lot of pain she went to a different dentist today.The tooth had a 9mm crack in it and an abcess was forming.Tooth had to be extracted.So after charging $500 for 2 visits for no result we will never ever go back.

Negative experience: A simple check up appointment for my 2 children ages 12 and 13. They were in there for 10 mins each. We had to ask for the dentist to come and speak with us after the appointment to see if there were any findings. Terrible service for $200 per child - over priced

Negative experience: Horrible Experience, extremely unprofessional dentist that had an appointment to see our son and then during the appointment starts discussing another child's dental health and financial position with us. When called out was confused to what child she was even seeing at the time and we had to question if she even knew what she was doing. Her response to been called out was to ban our child from coming back and cut us off to want nothing to do with us in the future quoting "your child is too nervous to be treated here". Most unprofessional and incompetent dentist ever, she just wasted our time and been nasty about the nervousness of a 7yo. Don't waste your time here, zero respect for patient privacy and zero ability to work with children, over all a waste of time. Even the office called us to say don't bring our child back when wanting to confirm an appointment for another of our children....... Confused and unprofessional business

Fantastic experience: I had to have two teeth extracted today and the experience I had today at 1300smiles was exceptional. The dentist I had was Marley and she was so gentle I can't stop raving about how good she was. I've had many extractions over the years she is hands down the best dentist I've had. The staff is always so friendly and helpful there too. It makes a hard time alot easier.

Fantastic experience: Sumaya Allami is amazing! I cannot thank her enough for saving my tooth. She is kind, compassionate and a perfect choice for anyone to have as their Dentist. Her assistant Shelly works so well with Sumaya. What a great team!

Negative experience: Just want to comment on Deborah's recent dental work. I am not really satisfied at the results. She had advised me on the fitting of the dental plate we purchased from you the dentist had then advised her front tooth also needed repair. Wasn't the dental examination supposed to pick that up. It has been one long drama and seems like your surgery was on a money grabbing expedition. That front tooth was blatantly obvious even to a person without dental qualifications. If you pay for a dental examination plus xrays this should have been picked up. Plus we had the hassle of the tooth your dentist could not pull. Needless to say I'm not very happy.

Fantastic experience: Invisalign treatment with Dr Sumaya Allami has been fantastic. I've seen alot of Dentists in my time , I do rate her the best. Kind, caring, friendly and listened to my wants and needs. Most importantly she is extremely gentle. I was kept informed professionally by the girls in reception. Wonderful team of staff at Morayfield. Highly recommended

Negative experience: A very sad and mistreatment of people and their money particularly during a difficult time and age. Make sure you question the dentist about how much and where your money is going to because they will scam you. Don’t fall for this. The doctor made me come back again to fix the issue that he made during the surgery. I needed to come back for two extra visits. The third visit, he was expecting to pay more money and didn’t tell me this until I questioned each of the payments he was charging me for. Even after questioning the payment plan because it didn’t add up or make sense, the dr changed it just to suit what he wanted to charge me. Very sad.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dentist I've been to. Fit me in same day within a couple hours for an emergency extraction. Dentist was super friendly, kept me informed of everything that was happening and why and costs. Follow up call the next day to see how I was, never had that from a dentist before! Happy to have found them.

Fantastic experience: Receptionist staff were polite and courteous. The dental assistant was great and the dentist was fantastic! A filling without local anaesthetic for the first time and no pain. I don’t hesitate in recommending this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have had a few appoints now with Dr Jigar Patel at the Morayfield clinic and he is very professional, very nice and best of all he has a very nice and funny personality which is great in my books because if your like me and you get quite nervous while you are having teeth pulled, teeth recovered, etc and you try to cope with it by making funny comments, jokes having a Dr like this makes the appoint so much easier and more comfortable and pleasant. He is happy to answer and explain all my questions even the silly ones which is great and gives me piece of mind and I must admit the dentist assistants that have been in there with him on my appoints so far have also been fantastic eg: making sure that I am ok and still a wake during my appoints due to me having my eyes closed during the teeth extractions, etc because they make my appoints so relaxing and I feel so at piece during the appoints. I still have quite a lot of work to be done and still a few more appoints left to go but I can certainly say that I will definitely be going back to this clinic and Dr Jigar Patel in all my future appoints and I am very happy with the work that Dr Jigar Patel has completed so far on my teeth. The lovely ladies at the front counter are also very nice, pleasant and professional to talk to as well and they are very customer orientated as well which also makes it very pleasant, comfortable when I attend my appoints.

Negative experience: The Dentist was nice but I was shocked when she did an X-ray and then pulled my sons tooth out without giving us a quote on the amount it would cost. I was quite surprised when our $150 check up was $529.

Fantastic experience: The ladies booked me in then had a cancellation that was offered to get me in. Dentist was lovely and explained everything she was doing and the price of the procedure and what would happen if it went wrong. I felt comfortable and I have a fear of dentists.

My children have had some dental work done over the past year and I highly praise and recommend all the staff at 1300 smiles morayfield. They were so caring and helpful it gave me the courage to have my first dental appointment in 6 years.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a fear of dentists, particularly in the past 10 years, paranoia of being judged by the state of my teeth. At 1300SMILES (Morayfield's The Hub) everyone from Rebecca and Stacey to the Dentist and her Nurse are completely wonderful and their soothing tones put me so completely at ease. Even though I braced myself for the needles and the drilling, my grip on the arms of the chair ended up being worse than what was happening with my mouth !! So to my astonishment I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you all very much.

Fantastic experience: Im really happy with this dentist surgery, I changed from another dentist due to their lack of explaining of costs and procedures. Dr Nisha is an awesome dentist, she explains everything professionally and answers any questions I have. I'm getting braces and I'm totally not worried or nervous. More excited actually.

Negative experience: My husband went for and extraction and I went for a $249 special and then added a filling. My mouth was extremely tender and bleeding for them to complete the full mouth clean and was still charged the full amount. This was 2 weeks ago and since the dental treatment my mouth is still so sore and swollen. My husband just had an extraction which still is not healed and is also very sore. That was $200 so why did it cost us $800? Think we were ripped off and way over charged for the quality of work !! Dentist was lovely tho

Fantastic experience: I don't normally leave reviews but I had the best experience Dr Anna Jiang I haven't been to a dentist for many years because I am absolutely terrified, but Dr Anna and the dental nurse were so amazing, caring and gentle. And I had a tooth extraction. The price was alot less then I thought, I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing service.

Positive experience: I’ve given 4 stars only because I had a terrible experience a week ago with one Dentis here but today they were great I was very hesitant about returning but the Dentis I had today was amazing and reception staff was even more amazing squeezed me in today because she knew I was in massive amounts of pain and needed dental treatment immediately. Negative experience: I Had a dental voucher. Was treated rudely. Went to a better dentist and was treated properly.

Fantastic experience: I found the practice very professional yet friendly. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The dentist and her assistant worked well together. The dentist would pause on a regular basis to make sure I was doing ok. I felt no pain during the repair of a broken tooth and was pleasantly surprised that the numbing wore of in a couple of hours and I was pain free. Thank you 1300SMILE for making everything so easy.

Negative experience: The staff seem to be competent but the cost is too high. I was in the chair for about 30 mins, had 2 teeth extracted and 1 x-ray and was charged $525, This is why people won't visit the dentist unless they have to.
