Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional staff. Everytime we have visited, they have always been on time and never recommended any unnecessary work (always a clean and an all good). My daughter even had her orthodontics done through the clinic and they were amazing with her. Highly recommend!!

From the first phone enquiry right through to the end of our appointment. Dr Isabelle was amazing - so calming and professional - honestly if Mary Poppins was ever a dentist, this would be her!! My children love to visit because of the iPads in the waiting area, and the souvenir they receive after treatment. If you are in an emergency situation they try their best to organize booking. I went in for an implant quote, and was pleased I was given a few options by the amazing dentist to not only correct my crooked teeth and fill the gaps of removed teeth, but avoid implants, thus also saving me allot of money and getting better results in the end. After major treatments we always receive a welfare call to check we're okay. Everything is explained in detail and payment options are available. It's always a pleasure to see their lovely smiles.

My teeth are definitely better for each visit and I am very satisfied with all the work done at Helensvale Dental. The staff’s personal reminders and assistance with appointments is extremely helpful. I am turning 66 this month and I have been going to Dr Kim for as long as this surgery has been open. In fact, I followed Dr Kim there from his previous dental clinic. When I move south over the border , I will still drive up to attend Helensvale Dental and to see Dr Kim .
