Fantastic experience: I have recently moved dental practices to Bespoke Dental and the team - specifically Pete have been nothing but exceptional. I have had some pretty uncomfortable experiences in the past which has made going to the dentist something unenjoyable for me, however, after seeing Pete my perspective on prioritising my dental health has changed. This is because Pete is very professional and knowledgeable, from taking the time to answer all my questions to explaining each step of dental treatment thoroughly, has made me feel well-informed at all times. In addition to all of this, another aspect of Petes care that stood out to me was his calm friendly nature, which was evident in the way he spoke to his dental assistants (Spencer and Rafa), both of which were fantastic. Pete is truly a one of a kind oral hygienist and I have never experienced such well-rounded care before, improving my confidence dramatically. Because of Pete, spencer, Rafa, and Tania I can now finally look forward to going to the dentist!

Negative experience: Didnt do what was asked and werent qualified to fill out the dva paper work. Even when I confirmed the purpose of my visit before hand. I went to Bespoke to help me request an a dental implant for an approved condition and to provide an assessment to Dva. Dva Health has advised they haven't submitted any paperwork for the implant and Dva advised they submitted an incomplete form due not being qualified. On top of that I was charged for the service when they said it would be covered and now they won't refund me. Also no one's responding via email or fixing the problem. I would avoid this place. Never had an issue with a health professional like this.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bespoke’s team for the last decade along with my kids and husband, we normally see Miranda and Pete Upatising, they are both incredibly professional, caring dedicated, patient and honest in super gentle in their work. Pete is amazing with kids, my kids absolutely love their yearly visits with him, he makes them feel comfortable with all the tools he uses, explaining everything that’s going to happen during the visit with lots of patience and he always encourage the kids to ask questions which he answered with all the patience and kindness. She helped me with tooth decay with mercury-free filling. It is aesthetically pleasing, and I am back to normal with my teeth on that side being able to chew again! She also provided comprehensive advice on preventative oral care. Additionally, Pete's thorough teeth cleaning significantly improve my confidence, leaving me feeling as though I had a new set of teeth! All staff are caring and attentive. Fantastic experience: Honestly Miranda is such a good dentist. I arrived in Canberra with toothache from a crown I had done before leaving Adelaide two weeks previously. My niece recommended Bespoke as that is who she goes to ( she lives in Canberra) they were able to see me that day and Miranda is such a greater communicator. The service from Dr. Sageman and all staff here has been so good our family has all switched to attend this clinic as regular patients - even though it means driving over an hour each way to do so... In the words of our young son and daughter (who swapped to Dr. Sageman after a couple of appointments elsewhere that were described as "ok"): "She is soooooo nice!", "I thought I would be scared a bit, but I didn't even feel anything (needle) at all!" and "It is so different/SO GOOD how she speaks to you about what is happening and helps you really feel safe and in control the whole time - I didn't know that was even possible! Dr Peter is a gem—super patient, professional, gentle, and genuine. He consistently takes the time to answer my questions with care, ensuring a thorough check-up that makes me feel well-taken care of. I believe he would be an excellent dentist for kids and anyone anxious about teeth checking. One thing that always surprises me is how punctual each appointment is. I rarely need to wait, and even when I do, it's for a maximum of 5 minutes. It makes me wonder if they intentionally manage their booking system to allow enough time for each appointment. It's a very thoughtful and patient-oriented service. This has been my best dental experience in the past decade, having tried different clinics in town. I am also impressed with the other staff members who are not only friendly but also very professional and organized. The clinic's location in a clean and peaceful city yard, with plenty of parking spots right in front, adds to the overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend this top-notch dental care!

Fantastic experience: It had been a long while since I’d last gone to the dentist, despite knowing I needed to get work done. I’ve always been very anxious in medical settings so going to a dentist was something I avoided for years. However, I’m so glad do decided to come to Bespoke Dental. The staff are always so friendly, and hold conversation with you; and they always remember your name when you walk in again. I’ve also seen Maheen every time I’ve come in, and she’s always very friendly when I make another booking! I’ve now been three times to see Dr. Miranda Sageman, and even on my first visit I felt so much more at ease than anywhere else I’ve ever been. She talks to you and asks about your interests, she has a very calming presence and has always been very kind and patient. She even asks about my interest in art, and asks to see photos of my work. Als, Hannah; who has helped with all three sessions so far is very kind and enjoyable to talk to, I enjoy the friendly conversation between the three of us during the beginning and end of the sessions. They’re all very good at their jobs. Dr. Sageman tells you what she’s doing as she goes so you don’t have any unexpected sensations, you can listen to music while they work, too. You can take breaks when you need them and it’s overall a really positive experience. I’m glad I found a dentist I’m willing to go to now! I won’t have to worry in the future about who and when and what they’re like because I know I’ll always have great care from the team at Bespoke Dental. Fantastic experience: Honestly… 5 stars is not enough for this clinic because they are wonderful!!! I never though I would say this about a dentist, but I had a great experience at Bespoke Dental Clinic. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the clinic itself is clean, modern, and spacious. I had a check up and cleaning with Peter who was very professional, extremely polite, and gentle. He and his assistant Hannah C went above and beyond to put me at ease and make sure my experience was a positive one. The parking situation is a tiny bit tricky so just give yourself enough time to find a spot on the street - there are heaps within a couple minutes walk! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Fantastic experience: The team are lovely, but more than that, experienced. I first moved over to Bespoke following a diagnosis from another Dentist that wanted to have a great deal of expensive work done, I sought out a second opinions from Dr Sageman and her colleagues and they saved me, literally, from having to have it done with another expect procedure, that 2 or so years later is still fine. Every check-up and clean I have had is informative and helpful, preventative and pro-active. Would very highly recommend!! Thank you x

Fantastic experience: I CANNOT RECOMMEND BESPOKE DENTAL ENOUGH!!!!! I have had many bad dentist experiences and this was not one of them! I am positive that if Pete was my dentist when I was little I would've not had a fear of going to the dentist. Both him and Amy made me feel very comfortable and they were very gentle with the procedures. They were both very professional and explained what they were doing each step of the way. They do their x rays in house which is great! Previously Ive been lazy with following up referrals for x rays and such because I left the dentist in pain or I was too uncomfortable to go back. That's not the case here, I have already booked my next appointment and for the first time I'm excited to go to the dentist. If you're in limbo about going to the dentist for whatever reason go to Bespoke!

She was very friendly and was easy to chat to which took the pressure off getting a tooth removed. Janie was also very quick with her work while constantly checking that I was okay. Fantastic experience: I only heard about Bespoke Dental through word-of-mouth from others and, having gone there a few times now, I am really happy to recommend it to others. I have a long-standing anxiety about going to the dentist, but Lily was genuinely outstanding at structuring my early appointments so I could see how anxious I would be during more extensive dental treatments. Although I have absolutely no expertise in dentistry, Lily and Miranda's approach to discussing their thoughts about treatment means I trust the advice I get from both. They also seem to be training hygeniests and junior dentists there, which I usually see as an indicator of quality. I'm trying to think of any caveats that I'd put on my recommendation, but nothing is coming to mind. I am very happy to recommend Bespoke Dental to others.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sageman and her team are true perfectionists in their work as preventative dentists. I have never felt more comfortable coming in for an oral examination or dental check up. The staff are incredibly gentle, calming and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to offer care, advice or support. The team have worked wonders in helping me overcome a significant chunk of "dental anxiety" that I've carried previously from bad experiences, and I am confident that when I come in to Bespoke that I will never feel unsafe. When I consult with the team I feel as though I am really well looked after and that the team actually cares about me as a person, and not just as a means to make money. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend going to BeSpoke dental. I had pretty damaged front teeth, from an injury years ago, and BeSpoke helped me to finally fix my front teeth and give me a smile I was happy to show off. Their customer service is amazing, and I felt incredibly comfortable and confident that they were going to make my teeth look the way I had envisioned. I visited a number of the dentists that work at BeSpoke, during the course of getting work done on my teeth, and had great experiences with all of them. All the staff are extremely friendly, and helpful with any questions I had. Will be continuing to go to BeSpoke for all my future dental needs, and definitely referring people I know to the business

Fantastic experience: Miranda Sageman was my dentist for the last few years I lived in Canberra. I found her to be highly skilled and thorough in her work, and friendly and reassuring in her approach, putting me at ease during my appointments. Thankfully I didn’t need a lot of work done during my time as Dr Sageman’s patient, but on the few occasions where I had a filling done or a chipped tooth repaired and in one case a crown fitted, she took the time to explain procedures and options clearly. Her gentleness and expertise in her work kept pain and discomfort to a minimum. Reception staff were welcoming and attentive, adding to a positive experience at Bespoke Dental.

Fantastic experience: Miranda did a difficult removal of an old implant crown to replace it with a new cantilever crown. I'm also very happy with other work that she has done.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Bespoke Dental are friendly and very welcoming. I had my first visit today with Kate Bliss their oral health therapist and she was wonderful. Kate made me feel welcome and comfortable as it has been a long time since I checked up on my teeth, she is patient and really cares. Even though I was the last patient of the day Kate was full of smiles! Overall I'm really happy with their service, so I highly recommend Bespoke Dental. A big thank you to the team!
