Fantastic experience: My kids had such a great visit last time they visited the team at Moonee. Very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and made both of them feel at ease whilst seeing the dentist. The waiting area catered well for children and the staff were really helpful. The receptionist made every effort to get me an appointment straight away, and I'm glad they did. My kids are looking forward to going back to the dentist, which I never thought we'd say. Strongly recommend!

Everything was very clean and the documents and referrals that were needed were all attended to straight away. The lady at receptionist was very lovely and made sure everything was done quickly. Duncan listened with great patience while I explained what had brought me into the surgery and the outcome I was hoping for. Duncan explained the procedures, the options, the care and treatment that was required to meet my expectations and a comprehensive treatment plan was agreed to. I would highly recommend this dental practice and Dr Duncan Heam.

Positive experience: By wife and i have been patients of the Dental Practice Coffs Coast Dental for many years. Its a professional no nonsense practice that clearly is on top of their game. Recently I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Amy Kim. Her confidence clear command of the review instantly commanded confidence that I was in the best of hands. But there was one characteristic that as a 76 year old patient I really appreciated. Dr. Amy listened ! I have partial dentures and it was well and truly time for a review. Dr. Amy listened as I explained my routine, reflected in her comments that she understood what I was experiencing and took a real interest in ensuring I understood the steps of this review. Clearly I felt great in dealing with a real professional that went that extra mile when dealing with an older patient.....who chose not to wear his hearing aids to the appointment.

Positive experience: It would have been 1 except for the GradeA attention by Lachlan on the 2nd visit. Now,I had a routine checkup and clean booked, was 10min late unavoidably, was treated like a leper and told time was up on the dot of 10(20 mins into the clean)? Yes, “you can come back to finish this in 3 Weeks time”, AND $277!! Never in my life has a professional in any sphere called TIME and deferred for 3 weeks. I had TMJ and there was no checkup conducted nor any recommendation for treatment except for a Botox injection. Really? This is not a treatment, it is a Band-Aid. Sorry Lachlan, that you must suffer the fools, but you are a very good dentist
