Fantastic experience: I put up with a toothache for over a week as a dental practice is not my preferred hangout. But the pain won and I had an appointment with Dr Atul to have the tooth removed. What a gentleman! No judging, just a true professional. I've even made a second appointment (that I intend to keep!)

Negative experience: Went in for a filling on the Friday, the next day I couldn’t open my mouth and my face was extremely swollen and bruised. I was in a lot of pain all weekend and unable to eat. Called Monday and when I went in I felt like I was fobbed off, told that it’s just a rare side effect and the Anesthetic must have gone into the muscle, not that I was ever told this was a side effect that could incur. Was given antibiotics that makes me think he could see more but didn’t want to admit anything. Paid $500 for pain

I have seen Dr Joe and yesterday I seen for the first time Dr Nick both Dentist’s have been brilliant for me as a nervous patient. Very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable and were extremely professional warm and welcoming as are all the staff @ Campbelltown GDC. I Highly recommend to anyone but especially if you’re a nervous patient, this is the place to go

Fantastic experience: I went for my annual Dental Checkup by Dentist Dr Atul at this Surgery. As usual it was a "painless" experience right from booking my appointment over the phone, to being received by the very friendly reception staff on my arrival. I was expecting the usual delay associated with seeing a dentist, but was pleasantly surprised to be seen on time. Dr Atul kept me informed of everything that was happening during the procedure and his very capable assistant, Chrissy ensured that everything ran like clockwork. I would definitely recommend Gentle Dental Care at Campbelltown for their excellent Customer Service, professionalism and Care in dealing with anything Dental. Thank you Gentle Dental Care.

Joe always does a wonderful job of explaining exactly what needs to be done and always does a great job of taking care of my teeth. I have sensitive teeth and find it had to relax at the dentist so happy gas is my friend. Steph is the hygienist I see and she does a great job too. The staff on the desk are always friendly. Keely is always lovely and friendly. I don’t know all the names of the staff but I have never encountered anyone who hasn’t provided great customer service. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely fabulous! Very professional from start to finish. Steph the hygienist was very thorough, kind and very gentle. She kept me informed of what she was doing throughout the whole process and gave me a home care pack which was a great touch. I've come home feeling fabulous with no pain as opposed to previous experiences elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome. Like many, I do not like dentists. These guys make you feel very comfortable and have a great understanding for your feelings and do everything to assist and make you calm and relaxed. Highly recommend these guys for any dental treatments required.

Negative experience: DON'T come here if your afraid of NEEDLES....I had a women dentist here give me needles with out numbing gel first and she had me sitting in the chair for over 30 mins coming back every 10 mins to give me another needle. Sounds like a horror movie. It was and she still could not get the area numb she needs more training. Also come here if you want to pay double what other dentist charge and still get 3rd rate treatment and care. Not to mention I got a crown done here in gold that had to be ripped out 3 yrs later due to infection from not being done properly and that was done by what they call there best dentist nic who just laughed about it. like it was a big joke. Me spending thousands on dodgy work. I can not recommend this place but pacific smiles in narellan is really good. You get treated like a human there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a lovely experience at Gentle Dental Care Campbeltown practice. Dr Nick has been my family dentist for over a decade. It was on my first visit when he restored my tooth with such absolute perfection that I not only have him as my dentist but for my family and friends as well. His dexterity and skills are exceptional. He always takes his time to explain everything clearly. My mum needed a few appointments lately and on every visit Dr. Nick showed genuine concern, care and dedication for my mum's well-being. Thank you so much Dr Nick for all your care.

Fantastic experience: I am one the many that have a fear of dentists from previous experiences at other dentists. At Gentle Dental Care Campbelltown before my latest visit I have had teeth cleaned, a filling and a crown with almost zero pain. At my latest visit I had five teeth removed and a plate fitted. Once again almost zero pain during the procedure and more then 24 hours later I have not had the need to take any pain relief at all. 100% satisfied.

Negative experience: I had a horrendous experience here with Roshi Thekkekara. I came in with pain to one of my wisdom teeth which had a recent cap placed on it. I told her I was scared of the dentist and for her to be gentle, hence the reason I went here: gentle dental. When she was putting the chair down she wasn’t explaining anything to me and just poking and prodding. Then she said she wanted to do a sensitive test on the teeth and began tapping. I told her to stop because I was feeling uneasy. She was tapping the teeth and asked if they hurt. I told her that the tooth she is tapping on is a implant and I don’t feel pain in that one. She became defensive and said ‘I know I am a dentist and been experienced for x year’. I told her I’m sorry if offended her but I didn’t think she knew. She then told me usually teeth next to the implant can have pain but I told her there is no tooth next to the implant (it’s at the back of my mouth). The chair was put back up and she told me that if she can’t check the teeth and do the sensitive test then she can’t help me. I told her that ive suffered from dental anxiety for many years. Then I told her the whole reason I came here was because it’s gentle dental and that I’ve been there before and anyone else I met was more understanding. I just continued and she said fine and basically just continuing doing whatever she was doing and not telling me ahead of time what she was doing. So sentive test, tapping teeth, picking at teeth etc. I know she had to do these tests but she isn’t gentle at all and I don’t know why she’s working at this dental practice. She sent me off for an xray and told me that she’d have to replace the cap with a root canal and the quote was $6000. I was shocked for one tooth and I told her the cap is basically new. I went back a week later and saw another dentist who was very thorough and explained each step and very knowledgeable. His quote was almost 60% cheaper than the $6000 I was quoted the week before. I paid the xray and consultation fee but felt sadden with my experience here. If I wanted to be treated poorly would’ve gone to the cheapest place in the west. I have been here 2-3 times in the past and never had a problem with any of the staff members, the receptionist, dental hygienist, anaesthesiologist or dentist. Roshni, is highly inexperience, defensive and has no emotional control whatsoever. Unfortunately I won’t come back to this practice. It’s left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve even considered lodging a medical complaint against her conduct.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Gentle Dental at Campbelltown since 2016. The Dentist has always been a source of anxiety for me, but I've needed work done that could not go untreated. I was thankful to get Joe for my first GD appt, he is very calming, talks you through the work and lets you take breaks. The first time, he gave me headphones so I could listen to music to calm me down - now he'll play whatever you want on Spotify during the appt. Joe is a magnificent dentist and has helped me through some rough procedures.

Natalie and the dentists at Gentle Dental Campbelltown are able to answer all questions asked and they all make you feel comfortable and confident in their care provided . I thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Have been a regular patient of Gentle dentle both at Liverpool and Campbelltown for well over 10 years. I've always trusted the stuff they do for me and my care is there priority. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I'm happy with the care I get both pre-and post visits. An Implant through Covid a couple of root canals and potentially a second implant. I wouldn't trust anyone else ...they've got me for life.

Negative experience: Can't even get a call back Called today in excruciating pain and asked to have a tooth removed as an emergency by a female dentist. Reception said she's would ask the dentist as soon as she finishes with the current patient. This was 3.5 hours ago. No call back. I tried calling back myself and it just went to their voicemail. Obviously they don't care if their patients are in pain even if they have an guaranteed emergency service..

Fantastic experience: This was my 5 year olds first “real” dental experience and Dr Harry was so amazing and patient with him. We managed to get all his treatments done and my son was taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend especially for young children. Dr Harry is an exceptional dentist.
