Fantastic experience: Janice and the team are so wonderful, I couldn't recommend them more. They slotted me in same day for an emergency appointment. She knew I was incredibly nervous and was so comforting, explaining what she was doing along the way. The following day, I'm finally pain free after 3 months. I also appreciated that she referred me to an oral surgeon because while she could do it herself, she knew it wasn't the right course of action for me and my history. Wonderful care.

Fantastic experience: A1 service and excellent at their jobs. I had to have a crown replaced at short notice - they gave me an appointment on the same day - did an excellent job and were very friendly. Nothing was a problem - great dentist.

Fantastic experience: Recently came in for a teeth clean, and it was by far the most thorough & detailed clean I’ve ever had! The staff were all so helpful in answering questions and Janice was super patient and took great care, making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process & took breaks with me when needed. 10/10 would recommend.

They provided me with all the information I needed to know in terms of a treatment plan especially in my case where I haven't checked up on my dental care in a while. They even have around the clock service with a number you can text if you have last minute queries!

The children had an absolute blast during the show and check up, and even got a surprise visit from the tooth fairy. The children all were made to feel right at home. The dental nurses took the time to explain to each child the steps of the cleaning process and answered all of the educators questions with patience and clarity. Fantastic experience: I had the a peace-filled experience at Bright-on Bay Dental. I had my lower jaw right wisdom tooth extracted (which had been a dark but broken secret). Dentist Janice Lau so was so careful and thorough with me and also my aged mother that my anxiety disappeared.

Fantastic experience: Dr Janice Lau and Dr Ray are both extremely professional, friendly, caring and I recommend them both highly. I have seen Dr Janice Lau for check ups and troubleshooting pain with my wisdom teeth, she was incredibly caring and made sure I was 100% comfortable upon finishing my appointment. I have seen Dr Ray for 2 wisdom teeth extractions. Dr Ray made me feel completely relaxed and safe, I can be pretty fearful of needles! He talked me through the whole process and gave me confidence. The extractions were quick and painless. I was given excellent aftercare, and was treated especially well by Theresa at the front office and in the treatment rooms. Theresa has a lovely friendly face and accommodate all appointments and requests. If you have not visited this practice - please do. You won’t regret it!

She displayed genuine concern and care in saving the natural life of my ageing teeth sitting in my diseased gums by taking the time to explain and reinforce the what, why and how I need to do to achieve this! Lesson sunk in - Daily flossing is crucial! Not occasional! In the chair, together with her assistant they have the perfect distraction plan for a gentle, caring fear free, pain free dental experience!
