Negative experience: Absolutely appalling experience with HealthPoint Dental. Three weeks ago my husband had 2 extractions and 11 fillings done here. Within days, he was in severe pain and became concerned about dry socket and poor healing. Over the next three weeks, the dentist saw him for three separate check-ups, held a verbal consult over the phone, and repeatedly dismissed his concerns, assuring him there was nothing wrong with the procedure. Despite their reassurances, my husband remained in agony, taking strong pain medications daily - Lyrica, Nuremol, Endone, and Panadeine Forte - with no relief. Today, he sought a second opinion from another dentist and was told he has had dry socket since the beginning and that multiple fillings have already failed and need to be redone. The lack of care, proper diagnosis, and quality of work from HealthPoint Dental is completely unacceptable, and we will never return. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting their dental health to this clinic. Ridiculously expensive too.

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic you can visit , honestly I booked an emergency for wisdom tooth extraction after I seen other dentist and told me complex case , I seen dr Rand shahab and she managed to pull it same day with no pain , during treatment she is very nice keep asking if I feel or not , aftercare as well , review in one week no infection , place very clean and nice, easy parking in front clinic , reasonable prices , her assistant very nice , I really appreciate your help and definitely comes back

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family in Liverpool and happened to be due for a check-up and clean. Dr. Rand was extremely thorough, and I really appreciated how she used a camera to show and explain any concerns visually. It made the whole process clear and reassuring. The visit was very pleasant, and coming from Orange, where dental visits can be quite expensive, I found her prices very reasonable. I also loved how easy it was to park and walk in, super convenient! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Have taken my 2 children here a handful of times already and the dentists here specifically Dr. Rand and her assistant have been absolutely fantastic, they are so calm and understanding with my children even when they have acted up as they were scared. They made sure to keep both my children calm and relaxed and were in no way rushy. Today my daughter sat down for a filling which was done so well, looks amazing. Negative experience: Filled my teeth while claiming I had cavities when I did not. Took an X-ray showing no cavities and still proceeded. Pricey as well. Filled 2, claimed I had 5 while it was just a wisdom tooth. Please do not get your teeth ruined here. :)
