Fantastic experience: As most people , I do not like the dentist . After visiting the New Lambton Family Dental today I feel much better about going back. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. Because it was my first visit with them they explain everything they were going to do and how it would benefit me . Thank you Dr Maria Paez and Kylie for making my experience a lot easier .

Fantastic experience: We have been in Newcastle for a few years but still use Sydney doctors and dentists until we have strong recommendations. My wife visited New Lambton dental and was impressed. Not to be outdone, I booked in for a check up. I can only say that I am Impressed and will now only be going there. The whole practice is so modern and the people were so professional in every way. I can only highly recommend that people should use the practice for all dental requirements.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I have ever been to in over 40 years. Almost five years ago I went there to address serious dental issues from years of neglect. They saved many teeth I thought would be removed and updated my fillings. Dr Paez and the hygienists educated me on how to properly maintain my teeth and since the original work I haven't needed any other work done.

I needed an urgent appointment and when I phoned yesterday the receptionist was extremely helpful and was able to give me an appointment today. As a nervous patient I felt very much at ease as the staff were all friendly and Dr Maria was reassuring and took the time to explain every step of what she was doing. Overall, a very satisfied customer.

Fantastic experience: They deserve the 5 stars! I have seen 2 other dentists for the same issue I presented with today. Dr Paez has been the first one to understand the medical issue I was presenting with without me having to explain it, and the first to talk out her assessment and my options with me. She asked for my preferences for treatment and explained the pros and cons of each so I could choose. She explained the next steps if the first line treatments don’t work. All of the staff are relaxed, helpful and kind and clearly have a lovely work support culture. :)

Positive experience: Dr Maria was fantastic, her team fit me in last minute for pain in my jaw and a broken tooth and the whole experience was smooth and carefully explained to me. The admin team did an absolutely fantastic job fitting me in last minute and explained the process really well. The receptionists on the desk were very friendly and helpful and provided me future quotes for ongoing work and made the whole process very easy.

Fantastic experience: We have always had good things to say about New Lambton Dental, but this week they went above and beyond when my daughter broke her tooth. They talked my husband through what to do over the phone, squeezed my daughter in for a rush appointment, and were wonderful with her while they fixed her tooth.

After being slack and not seeing a dentist for some time, I finally did the right thing and went to Maria. I’ve since had a number of fillings and a crown and am looking after my teeth much better. Always excellent care and service received from Maria and all her staff plus a lovely vibe in the practice too. These days, I’m the one recommending her to family and friends! I relocated to Newcastle a few years back, and had avoided finding a dentist for the longest time due to anxiety from awful experiences with dental ‘professionals’ in the past. I read great things about Maria and her team and 100% agree with them! I saw Maria initially, now Bec does my checks and cleans and they are both so wonderful and understanding of my anxiety. My dental health is great again after my break from seeing a dentist, and I’m now comfortable with going as well as raising concerns knowing they’ll be met with empathy and care should any work need to be done.
