Fantastic experience: After not feeling comfortable with anyone who makes dentures back home, we made the 7-hour trip to see Sam to get my denture made, a trip that I'd make again in a heartbeat! Both Sam & Helen were lovely, the second that you walk through the door they make you feel comfortable, listen to any concerns that you have and make you feel supported right through the denture process. I had reservations about what id look like with a denture but Sam absolutely nailed it, I didnt have a "before" teeth extraction photo for Sam as ive never been one to smile with teeth showing (until now) so all Sam had to go off was what my partner and I told him my teeth used to look like & he got it spot on! For anyone contemplating driving a long distance to see Sam, pick up the phone and book in, you wont regret it! Thank you so much Sam & Helen, not just for giving me a new smile & restoring my confidence but for also going the extra mile to make sure that we could get everything done over a few days, I truly appreciate it. Fantastic experience: Sam and Helen run a very friendly and professional denture care business and I would highly recommend them for any type of denture care needs you may require. I came in with a cosmetic plastic retainer which was uncomfortable and not so practical for everyday wear. I walked out a week later with a Valplast denture that was custom fitted to my mouth, very comfortable to wear and looked just like my natural teeth. When a patient loses a tooth which needs to be added onto their current denture, this type of repair requires precision as the part of your denture that touches the soft tissues in your mouth is resurfaced to make it fit more securely and comfortably. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Denture Clinic for over 15yrs. Sam is a 5 star dental prothetist who was highly recommended by a friend. The clinic is spotlessly clean and has very moden rooms. Receptionist, Helen is a delight to deal with and very helpful and kind. Although i am required to travel over 200km, return appointments with the clinic,i find the distance negligible when you end up with great dentures!

Fantastic experience: I have just been issued with a new lower-jaw denture from Neutral Bay Denture Care Clinic. It is an excellent fit and after a couple of days, it's comfortable and feels unlikely to need adjusting! This replaces my previous denture from Sam which had many years of hard service with adjustments and additions as my natural teeth suffered aging issues over time. Sam and Helen have a fabulous, customer-focussed denture business. Every care is taken to ensure the best advice, careful preparation and a perfect fit. Sam explains fully every aspect of function, fit, wear and cleaning a denture for long service. Helen ensures you are fully satisfied with the financials and any fund rebate for the finished denture at very reasonable cost. These people are a great pleasure to deal with! I strongly recommend the Neutral Bay Denture Care Clinic.

It is important for us to spend time with the patient and go through the different types of dental prosthesis and what is suitable for them. The beauty of the "Valplast Flexible Partial Denture" is, should you unfortunately lose another natural tooth, we can easily add another tooth onto the same denture. No need to make a new one!

Fantastic experience: Having had no idea the process about dentures or if it was even an option for my mothers situation, I found this clinic and booked in a consultation due to the highly rated reviews. As soon as we met with Sam, we were treated with respect, compassion. Sam explained the process and what was possible. For my mum whose worst nightmare was having teeth problems in life, Sam and Helen made the experience that much more positive. The decision to opt for a full upper denture was not an easy decision for my mother, it’s a life altering procedure but we were in good hands with Sam. The end result looks realistic, proportionate, comfortable and most importantly, substantially improved my mother’s quality of life. Fantastic experience: Two weeks until Christmas and my partial denture broke, I was in a a panic but fortunately called Helen at Neutral Bay Denture Care Clinic and she was incredibly warm, friendly and understanding. I was able to go in the following morning at 9.30am and had my partial back by 2.30pm. Gordon did a great job though I noticed my bite was not quite right, I spoke to Helen and went back the following day to see Sam who made a couple of small adjustments and it was done. Very friendly team, reasonably priced and I have every intention of going back there to get a new partial in the New Year. I would recommend the team at Neutral Bay Denture Care Clinic without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous going to my first appointment. When I first met Sam he had a very calming nature. I was greeted by the most wonderful lady at reception. When he talked with me, I could tell he was very professional and very experienced, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I felt I was in the best place I could be. Fantastic experience: a few months ago, Mum was suffering with denture problem after one of the tooth holds the hook was removed. we've seen a few others, they tried a few things, but it didn't work, we finally found and saw Sam at Neutral Bay Clinic, problem resolved so quick, I don't know what magic he did, but Mum pain is gone.
