Fantastic experience: I’ve been hiding my smile for my whole life and have been wanting to get a several things fixed for a very long time. So, I finally bit the bullet and visited Adawn. Dr Angelos Sourial helped me with Invisalign, some work on my gums, composite bonding on some top teeth that were very worn and a bit of whitening too. It has been an incredible experience with Dr Angelos, Roula, the dental assistants and receptionists. A lovely and helpful team. Dr Angelos is highly experienced and very supportive when helping me get the outcome I wanted - really natural and not fake looking teeth. Fantastic experience: Where to even begin. From the first appointment at Adawn (a regular dentist appointment) to my Invisalign, porcelain veneer from a root canal, composite veneers I have had the best experience. I have had a long history with dentists (1x root canal, chipped tooth, fixed wires constantly falling off, multiple rounds of internal bleaching, whitening and braces twice) I’m SO picky with my teeth, from previous orthodontic work that ruined my bite. Dr Angelos and the team talked me through every step and every anxiety I had and I felt very at ease early on. The technology that they have is incredible plus the teams skill is genuinely, a fine art. To be able to blend one porcelain veneer (locally made in Brunswick) 5 composite veneers and leave the rest of my teeth totally natural was impressive. I got to choose every size, shape, colour, plane and Dr Angelos was a perfectionist until I was happy with every little detail. They have a wide variety of payment options and don’t push things you don’t need, or try and upsell - just honest feedback about your teeth. I have recommended the practise to all my friends, from minor dental appointment to major dental work - I won’t go anywhere else. Best money I ever spent, best result and everyone that works there is so thoughtful and kind.

She is very attentive to possible discomfort, provides regular breaks and reassurances throughout her treatments. Fantastic experience: Must be the best dental clinic I have been to! Had gum contouring/crown lengthening done by Dr Angelos Sourial and I truly wish I had done it sooner - the entire process was so easy, from initial consultation/scans to the procedure and follow-up. It was professional, comprehensive, all my many questions were answered and I felt very comfortable the whole way through. Everyone is sooo lovely here!! The actual procedure was painless (had local anaesthetic and Angelos is very gentle!), very little pain post-op and I was back at work the next day. Healing has been super easy. It has made the biggest difference to my smile! Huge thank you to Angelos and the team (including Roula at the front desk!) for taking care of me! Highly recommend!!

Dr Angelos is so warming and helped me achieve my dream smile, my veneers look so natural and I love them so much. I saw Dr Renato 2 weeks before my wedding with wisdom tooth pain, he was so comforting and lovely, he gave me all of the options and we ended up removing it. He was so quick to take it out I didn’t even know the tooth had been removed, I cannot praise him enough! Dr Jesse is also extremely lovely, I had to see him over several appointments and he is warming and friendly. Roula has helped me throughout the whole process and she is an absolute gem. I went to Adawn clinic for a dental implant but couldn't get one right away because I needed to get bone grafting done. Fantastic experience: After being in a lot of pain over night and my regular dentist not being able to see me, Adawn were able to slot me in at a moment's notice after hearing of my predicament. On arrival the staff were lovely and kind showing care above and beyond what I have received anywhere before. The facility is warm and inviting with everything looking state of the art to me. Ms Shah explained and stepped me through everything she was doing in investigating what was going on, showing me X-rays before handing me over to Dr Angelos, and as it turns out I needed a root canal. The next day I received a phone call from the staff to see how I was doing, and that everything was ok. If there were any issues please call them. Adawn's level of care for their clients is something I have never experienced before. In follow up visits Dr Angelos gave me options as to what can be done to prolong the life of my teeth and put a plan together. This is how dental experiences should be. The team at Adawn are exceptional, each team member is an expert and the communication between each of them makes you feel heard and cared for. Dr Angelos (with support from Bri) worked so fast and with such gentle care constantly checking on me and providing breaks so my jaw didn’t get tired. On top of the team the equipment is state of the art and the pain management during my procedure is the best I have ever experienced at any dental appointment. There is another standout - Roula the studios Treatment Coordinator has been wonderful supporting my treatment plan and keeping me motivated. I couldn’t reccomend Adawn more for any of your dentistry needs.

Negative experience: I made an appointment here and unfortunately something came up and i was forced to cancel 2.5hrs before the appointment. I understand this isn't ideal, however i was scolded on the phone by the receptionist. She was very condescending and rude. I was going to re-schedule for later that same day, but decided during the call that i wouldn't be re-booking at all. I have worked in customer service for 8 years, and you're doing it wrong hun! lol ** UPDATE DECEMBER 2023 I just got a response from them 5 years later. Another example of their customer service skills. I take full responsibility for the late cancellation (and apologised that same day), but the way I was spoken to on the phone was disgusting and completely unacceptable.

I have never seen or experienced such brilliant work before. The studio has all areas of dental needs covered, and the staff in these areas are just as amazing as Dr. Angelo’s. I am forever grateful for all the wonderful work that all staff have done and continue to do for me at Adawn Denal studio.

Fantastic experience: I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST but Adawn has slowly reshaped my opinion, very much thanks to Angelos and his exceptional team. I am an extremely nervous patient, mainly because I hate needles and found this clinic whilst initially looking for sleep dentistry options. I met Angelos who offered the 'green whistle' and I have to say it does work and it has helped me overcome my fear of getting a filling, root canal and a cap done. Never in my life would I have considered getting any of this work done and I still feel nervous about getting needles but the green whistle and Angelo's calm but objective nature always helps get me through that process. One particular occasion I had to come here for emergency work dealing with tooth pain and I really appreciated Angelo's level of care, empathy and follow ups which helped me continue on with my work the next days. My teeth are not the best and what would have been an extraction for other dentists, Angelos was able to save mine and do the required work on a few visits to help keep the tooth which I very much appreciated. They have the modern equipment which does the 3d scanning of your mouth, that's quite fun to look at The rooms are clean and modern with a tv with streaming options on the ceiling. Transport to the place is easy via the no. 96 tram.

Fantastic experience: Angelos is a fantastic dentist, he is very knowledgeable and has a great level of care for his patients. The receptionists are lovely people and are very kind and helpful. Anglos dental assistant is also lovely and showed a high level of care for me too. I highly recommend you use there services

I have always been a little uneasy when being worked on at any dental clinic. However, at Adawn they’ve been super supportive and understanding… and naturally do a fantastic job !! Fantastic experience: The most amazing staff ever! One of the beautiful nurses Roula happened to come into my work and mentioned the incredible Dr. Angelos. I went onto the Adawn Instagram page and was absolutely blown away, the results speak for themselves. Dr.Angelos firstly is an absolute gentlemen and so patient. He listened to my concerns and explained everything so simply yet detailed whilst being very professional and honest. My teeth look so natural and I feel even more confident. The team made the journey so easy that within short notice they fit me into their tight schedule so I could have my dream smile before my holiday! Thank you to every single one of you at Adawn! Cannot wait to return in the future and I feel like I have a mini family over there!!! Ps. The prices are VERY reasonable for such a talented dentist.

Fantastic experience: The team at Adawn have been spectacular, going above and beyond to ensure 5 star service. A special thanks to Dr Angelos, what an absolute superstar. I went in to meet with Dr Angelos regarding some cosmetic concerns with my smile. Angelo’s was clear and concise In his approach. After a successful Invisalign campaign, and porcelain veneers, I have never been happier. Thank you Dr Angelos, I have received many of compliments on my new smile, the natural look of the teeth and their appearance. 11/10 - Dr Angelos is more than just a dentist, this guy is a magician! Negative experience: Angelos has a very bad attitude, he don’t know to talk properly with his clients.. please don’t go to him. They also tell the 1st consultation is free. And when we go there thy will ask us to take an X-ray and then charges an 150$ Extra. Please don’t fall for their words..
