Negative experience: Terrible experience they put gel in and 2 seconds later put needle in and I was shaking in pain n Zu the Dentist wouldn't stop .I was shaking n crying and said she has another needle...I said stop n put more gel on OMG traumatised never again ...was a tooth front tooth extraction and gave me the tooth what a terrible experience

We’re really sorry to hear that your extraction wasn’t a comfortable experience. We completely understand that dental treatments—especially extractions—can be stressful, and we always aim to make the process as smooth as possible.When you came in under the Emergency Dental Voucher Scheme, your front tooth was severely infected and decoronated, which unfortunately can make numbing more difficult. To fully anesthetize an infected front tooth, it’s standard practice to give both a buccal and palatal injection.
After the first injection, the dentist waited 15 minutes for the numbing gel to take effect before administering the palatal infiltration to ensure you were as comfortable as possible.We know extractions aren’t pleasant, and we truly sympathise with your experience. Unfortunately, when an infection is quite advanced, it creates acidic conditions in the tissues, which can make it harder for local anaesthetic to work effectively. This is why we always encourage early prevention and routine check-ups, so we can catch issues before they reach this stage.If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Fantastic experience: Great service from start to finish. Went in to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed as well as another wisdom tooth removed. Process was pain free the entire time. Took a total of 40minutes from start to finish and their prices without insurance are still great. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and returning myself for routine dental care going forward. Thanks Dr Ku

Fantastic experience: Not often in life, you’ll stumble across a health care professional that is a cut above the rest. Dr William Kong is an absolute asset to Smile Design. He explained at length and in simple terms (communicated superbly) what the procedure was, the risks and likely outcomes. I went to him for a second opinion and im very glad I did. Fantastic experience: Visiting the dentist is not really something I enjoy. Dr Will is kind, patient, understanding and constantly checks in to see you are managing the procedure well. He has clear communication skills and works efficiently with great care. He makes you feel at ease and well cared for.

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life! Will not be going back. Traumatic tooth extraction and care factor post extraction was zero! My partner just had a bad experience there this week so I would not recommend this dental practice at all. UPDATE: in response I am referring to my extraction and sorry my bad experience warranted more then a piece of paper!!!!
Hi Lara, sorry that your partner had such an experience at our clinic. After he had the extraction we provided comprehensive post op instructions and pain relief script, which is standard post op extraction care for most of our patients. We also booked a review appointment and mentioned more treatment maybe required for his other teeth but he mentioned to our dentist he will consider it later
