Positive experience: It was a good experience overall but was surprised no information about cost was outlined prior to the minor surgery and wasn’t offered an opportunity to financially consent. My advice would be to check in prior if you have a financial ceiling.

Fantastic experience: 한국어가 가능하신 선생님께서 너무나 친절하고 전문적으로 진료와 치료를 해주셨습니다. 멜번 CBD에서 가장 가까운 한인 치과이기도 하고, 너무 좋은 치과의사선생님과 치위생사 선생님이 계신 곳이라 정말 추천합니다! Dr.Lee was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire treatment. This clinic is also the closest Korean dental clinic in Melbourne CBD. I highly recommend it, as both the dentist and the dental hygienist are truly wonderful!

Dr Charles showed me photos and xrays of my teeth and gums and clearly explained the current condition and what I needed to do. I will feel more relaxed when I go back for my next check-up. Fantastic experience: We always come to Dr Charles and Ali. They do a fantastic job and are very friendly and kind. I've been to many dentists. Dr Charles has a strong commitment to quality work, checking carefully and recommending treatment that best suits the situation. For example, I have deep grooves in my teeth and Dr Charles recommended sealing those grooves to prevent plaque buildup and prevent cavities from developing. In addition, Dr Charles was able to identify lips and/or irregular edges in previous dental work, polishing them smooth to ensure the area can be kept clean. Finally, Dr Charles was able to offer an operculectomy as a treatment option to a wisdom tooth which was partially covered by gum that inhibited cleaning. Other dentists had only been able to suggest removal of all wisdom teeth. I appreciated Dr Charles advice and recommendations, and he is always happy to field any questions, with his answers showing careful thought and consideration to treatment recommendations. I travel 1.5 hours to receive treatment here and would recommend Dr Charles to anyone seeking high quality dental care. Thank you Dr Charles, Ali and the team for your care.

Fantastic experience: I had a clean and checkup package with Doctor Charles last week, the package were offered was very reasonable price for only $250. The dentist was super efficient and advised me to get the splint done as I have a problem with grinding. I just received my splint today and looking forward to use it. The practice was very clean and modern and the staff were very polite and thorough. I highly recommend Dr Charles. Fantastic experience: I had a real aversion of going to the dentist but SMILEE dental has made it easier for me to get check ups. Dr Lee is good at explaining what is happening and takes the time to make sure you understand any treatments that may be required. I also feel he is transparent about any costs that may be required for specialist treatments which I appreciate.

Fantastic experience: I had my very 1st appointment at this clinic today and I saw Dr Lee, he prepared my tooth for a crown which will be fitted next week. I was offered the option of repairing the tooth for less but decided myself to get the problem fully dealt with now. The overall cost was reasonable and only 2 appointments neccessary, best of all Dr Lee is highly skilled and my experience was pain free. All round very happy and therefore I 100% reccomend Dr Lee.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Charles in Tecoma in 2018 and have followed him to his new clinic. Charles did my 3 implants and have had no complaints at all. He is very gentle. I would highly recommend Charles for all your dental needs. He is extremely thorough and prioritises work that is necessary. He also has a great sense of humour which helps ease the anxiety of going to the dentist.
