Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist honestly. Gabby(unsure if that is the correct spelling) was absolutely amazing with my son, I was initially really worried about bringing him to the dentist as he is non-verbal and hasnt been to the dentist before, but Gabby went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable the whole time. She showed him all of the tools so that he knew what was going into his mouth, I couldnt fault her in anyway. All of the other staff was very kind and helpful as well. I will definitely be making this the regular place to go for my kids dental needs, maybe even my own.

Fantastic experience: The anxiety and rush of having to make an appointment in Darwin is at an all time high… with everywhere being booked out. I was in severe pain and desperate. Your Dentist Darwin customer service was on point and so reassuring. When you walk in to their beautiful waiting room, you forget you’re at a dental surgery. Dr. Kamal explained everything so well to me. His kind words, reassurance and positive attitude kept me at ease and knew I was being treated well. Fantastic experience: Dr Rumana has incredible work on my teeth. I had braces for 2 years and was able to get them off in time for my graduation with the perfect straight smile! She made sure my teeth were absolutely perfect before taking off my braces which is exactly what I needed from my dentist, for my teeth to be perfect. It was a pleasure every appointment and I was always welcomed and remembered by staff, it was a very welcoming dentist and comfortable area. Fantastic experience: In my 60 odd years I've lived in all states and territories in Australia and visited more dentists than I care to remember. Until about 3 years ago, when I had an emergency toothache, I hadn't met any dentist that comes close to Dr Rumana Masum. This lady is an exceptional dentist, however her modesty disputes this. Not only did she remove my troublesome tooth, (on which a previous dentist had given me root canal and replaced 4 crowns on this same tooth and still didn't identify the infection at the bottom of the xray), she did the job with minimal pain and discomfort. Since then she has given me a new smile with veneers and is fixing the rest of my teeth with new crowns as I can afford it. I've already told you Rumana is an exceptional dentist. What sets Your Dentist Darwin apart from other dentist businesses is the same day service with the preparation for the crown or veneers in the morning and return in the afternoon to have these fitted. No temporary crown and a 2 week wait with a revisit in between to have the temp reglued - everything with the problem tooth solved in one day! If you can relate to my past experiences then do yourself a favour and visit Rumana & Kamahl.

Fantastic experience: I was left speechless after my recent visits to your dentist Darwin. Dr Kamal is an amazing dentist and an absolute angel of a man. My first appt was an emergency filling which Dr Kamal did with ease and made me feel very comfortable. My next appts were to have my 17 year old worn down stained composite veneers removed and replaced. This was done over the space of 3 appointments, the first being a high tech painless 3D scan appointment and photos to be taken. This appointment was calming, relaxed and I felt genuinely cared for from Dr Kamal. The second appointment was for the smile design approval and X-rays, again I felt all the care that Dr Kamal gave me. The last appointment was on a Saturday to have the procedure completed. Dr Kamal and his assistant did an amazing job and gave me a brand new smile I can be confident with. Dr Kamal made sure I was comfortable and at ease at all times during my appointment and showed me step by step what he was doing so I fully understood. I can not rate Dr Kamal high enough. 5 starts does not seem enough to reflect his professionalism, care and support. Dr Kamal was honest the entire time and upfront with cost BEFORE the treatments were completed. I was not pressured into doing anything at all. As someone with anxiety issues and a hate of going to the dentist, I was more than pleasantly surprised by the way the clinic was set out, the friendly staff and the upmost care. Dr Kamal, I can not thank you enough. You have genuinely changed my life for the better and I am excited to see you again in a few weeks to have some minor work done to complete my entire mouth. I now have teeth I can be proud of. Thank you to Fiona for her beautiful email and phone responses and all the other staff that work alongside Dr Kamal.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to wait to leave a review after having porcelain veneers back in June just incase something happened. I was very nervous about going ahead as you are aware of some horror reviews on the internet. But can say here in September my new smile is fantastic. Just wanted to thank Dr Kamal for his professionalism, honesty & kindness throughout the procedure. Dr Kamal dentist feels like a trip to the beauty salon very comfortable & friendly staff. The Equipment used is very good quality with full scans & 3D printed model of your current teeth to what he can transform to. I had composite veneers from a very young age from chipping my front teeth, which had warn & were not shaped well. Dr Kamal removed the old ones & replaced with new ones & a I added a few more to make look nice. he did a wonderful job & even gave me some free whitening & other goodies to make my other teeth look nicer. Very happy with my new smile. 100% recommend Quality service Absolutely lovely service

Fantastic experience: For the longest time my smile has been my biggest insecurities. I don’t know if it was because it’s crooked or because of all the dodgy work that was done back home. I didn’t know the importance of looking after your dental health and if not with Dr Kamal and Dr Rumana it would’ve been too late for me. I’ve learnt how to smile with my mouth close until Dr Rumana suggested I get braces I was really excited never even cross my mind that my teeth will ever be fixed yet here it is. It’s still unbelievable on how amazing it looks. From day 1 she has been so understanding and accomodating without her amazing skills I don’t think any of my issues would’ve been fixed. Fantastic experience: Your Dentist Darwin, Dr Rumana is an absolute legend! I'd been suffering for 4 days with the wisdom tooth from hell and no sleep so was in tears when I called the clinic begging for help when they were fully booked. The team were fantastic and kindly made arrangements to fit me in that afternoon. I'm not good with pain and was anxious but was made to feel at ease and comforted from the moment I stepped in. Half an hour later I'm out with a tooth for under my pillow waiting for the tooth fairy to visit I highly recommend Dr Rumana and her team.

Fantastic experience: On a 21 day cruise to Japan, 1st night out of Brisbane a filling fell out. It was from a tooth that my plate anchors to. I sent emails to all dentists in Darwin that advertised a Saturday service. Your Dentist Darwin was the only one that could provide a time slot. Then the fun began. The ship was called into a Search & Rescue by the coast guard. The docking time changed from 9am t 9:30, to 10, to 10:30, then pm, finally 11am. Through it all YDD, remained positive & managed to fit me in. When I arrived they were excellent, Sam was friendly & positive. Gabbie the dentist, was lovely, thorough, gentle & reassuring. I felt instantly at ease with them both. Thank you Gabbie & Sam for such excellent service & care. They are the dentists you want for your family. Fantastic experience: My wife came off a cruise ship into Darwin on 13 Apr 24 with a missing large filling of a crucial tooth that anchors a plate. Had been texting these guys back and forward with us CONSTANTLY changing the appt time due to cruise ship manoeuvres. They stayed with us and still fitted us in at LUNCH TIME on a SATURDAY. Courteous, professional, caring and friendly, and after 6 changes DEFINITELY went the extra mile. Quite seriously we wished we lived in Darwin and had GABBIE NEWMAN as our family dentist. Fantastic experience: Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist, Dr Kamal made me feel comfortable immediately and listened to my concerns, he empathised with me and offered multiple treatment options and I didn’t feel any pressure to agree to anything I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. I asked about how to resolve the issue of tooth implants or partial denture and you gave me the pros and cons of both. I used to be scared of going to the dentist - yes, I'm an adult -, but I don't get anxious anymore. I did a root canal and a general cleaning. The team is very kind and professional. Thanks for Sam, Bel and of course Dr Kamal. I always drink the tea they offer at the reception and on my last visit (4th one) not only did I receive a free service but also a free box of tea. Fantastic experience: Dr Kamal worked on my teeth last year and I am still so incredibly satisfied with the care and process of it all. I had no idea how much better my smile could be and I am so thankful he took the time to talk me through different options. Positive experience: My husband (83 years old) was charged exorbitantly for a simple dental procedures in your clinic. A simple 15 minute dental works managed to charge my husband $785. When I needed emergency treatment I found Your Dentist on Facebook and contacted them late on a Friday night via messenger. Not only did Dr Kamal get back to me straight away, he also managed to squeeze me in early the next morning so I would be able to catch a flight later that day. The first time I walked into his dental clinic I was a mess - full of anxiety and concerns. But Dr Kamal and his team were simply amazing. Fast forward six months and I've completed a long list of serious dental work - without any anxiety or stress. Couldn't be happier about the way I have been treated and the work that has been done! And for those with a fear of dentists, Dr Kamal is a gem. I have been a patient of Dr Kamal for approximately 6-8 months (and will 100% continue to be a patient for as long as I reside in Darwin). Like many people, going to the dentist can be daunting however, Dr Kamal and his staff made me feel very comfortable with every visit! Dr Kamal genuinely cares about his patients and ensures the most comfortable experience. Fantastic experience: On a recent trip to Darwin I had an accident and seriously knocked my front tooth. I immediately rang Your Dentist. (Luckily choosing their number from the internet) The reception I received was reassuring and I was seen within the hour. Dr Kamal saw me for an hour and a half in his lunch break! I found all the staff to be caring attentive and professional. Dr Kamal explained the entire procedure and even though the accident was stressful I felt reassured and confident in the work he was doing.
