Not happy with Dental One, who I had been going to, so I researched through my Medibank app, and made an online appointment with Dr Janyne See. Her manner, her professional and yet calm approach, not to mention the attention to detail for my check up & clean. The Receptionist was also polite & welcoming. Thank you Doncaster Supreme Dental!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for ages, Sam and Neda are always a pleasure to see and they’ve provided excellent dental services over the years. Even when they aren’t there, my friend’s mother had a dental emergency and even though this dental practice were fully booked, they called around and helped to find a dentist that was free for the emergency treatment.

He did not recommend unnecessary treatments or procedures which is very refreshing as most dentists I have gone to have done this. The receptionist is also a wonderful woman so kind and lovely!! I was quite nervous before the appointment due to previous experiences where the cleaning felt either aggressive, rough, or superficial. However, Dr. Shin completely changed my perspective. He provided a gentle and thorough cleaning, explaining each step of the process with great detail and care. His professional demeanor, extensive knowledge, and patient communication made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. Dr. Shin answered all my questions clearly and confidently, reflecting his vast experience in the field. The level of service was 10/10, and I couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience. I highly recommend Dr. Jae Shin to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. I will definitely be returning for future visits!

Doctor Edwin was friendly, personable, and funny. He made sure to take regular breaks, and was genuine about asking for breaks when needed. He did this all while doing a great job of cleaning! Overall my experience this evening was calm, non painful, and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jae Shin removed my wisdom teeth and gave me a teeth clean recently, which my previous dentist had referred me to have it removed by a specialist. No pain afterwards and stitches on my teeth were done really well. Dr Jae was very experienced and everything was explained clearly. Would recommend Dr Jae if you were to have wisdom tooth removed or have teeth clean
