Fantastic experience: Had the best dentist today!! I have really bad gum deasese had an infected tooth, pain so bad I had a migraine YET!! MOST PAINLESS AND QUICKEST EXTRACTION IV EVER HAD AND IM MISSING ALOT OF TEETH

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Kim Henderson here a few years ago and she’s still the best dentist i’ve ever been to. I have moved away unfortunately and 3 years later I am still looking for someone who can come close. Everything was comfortable, she was so friendly and professional. I actually was excited to go to the dentist. I tried to go somewhere else recently and now i’m avoiding the dentist again lol. She set the standard too high

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault Dr Jerome & all at CDC, I had an extraction & immediate dentures placed, I didn't feel a thing! Negative experience: I took it to the ombudsman and Dr Hannah and Coomera dental offered me less than one tooths money back (meaning id be paying more to even just get their mess fixed) elsewhere and in the offer which they named "gesture of goodwill" they stated I needed to remove my reviews online. Once I declined the offer and asked for a full refund of the all the services, they have ignored my emails, which doesn't surprise me since they lied about trying to contact me and no voicemails were ever left if they did try to contact me. Its been almost 4 months of me trying to get them to take responsibility. - Took no ownership of their fault and offered me less than one tooth's worth of fixing and told me I needed to remove my reviews of their horrible service to accept their embarrassing offer. Let this be your warning - if they mess up they won't care.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dentist who is gentle and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and everything is clearly explained, then I’d definitely recommend CDC! I’ve had my fair share of negative dental experiences which have led to a fear of going to the dentist in general. Dr Jerome is easily the best dentist I’ve been to, and all the staff are extremely warm and welcoming. Highly recommend! Particularly for those put off by past experiences.

I struggled with dentist phobia since childhood and luckily we moved from Sydney 5 years ago and Kim has been my dentist since. Really looked after me today with a problem tooth. Thanks from Graeme.

Fantastic experience: This team are absolutely terrific and you can just tell they are all meant to be in this profession and are in a great work environment. I went in with a bad gum infection and they had to take one of my wisdom teeth out - all while I had 3 kids under 5 with me. They were compassionate, professional and genuinely just wanted to solve the situation with minimal distress. The procedure was performed efficiently as possible and their after care instructions and follow up calls are brilliant. Our family will not be going anywhere else, thank you Coomera Dental Centre. Highly Recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two teeth pulled here, and both times were amazing! The customer service is excellent, and their prices are super fair. Dr Vincent even adjusted the cost based on my situation, which made it way more affordable without losing out on quality care. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you are someone who has a fear of dentists like me, then I would definitely recommend Coomera Dental Centre. I recently had a tooth pulled out after putting up with the pain for weeks. Dr Penny and Dr Kim were amazing. Pain relief was applied in stages and was very effective. They understood my fear, were empathetic and caring. Two weeks later I went back again to get my teeth cleaned! No anxiety or fear. I have no hesitation in recommending Coomera Dental Centre.

Negative experience: I wish I could be writing a good review since there are so many good reviews here but I’ve had multiple bad experiences now and I wish I hadn’t used this dentist. Between a hiatial hernia and a really rough HG pregnancy with anemia and low calcium my teeth, hair and nails took an absolute beating and I was ready to get it fixed now that my little one is 4 months old. $4400 to get my fillings done. First two filings and consultation and X-rays was $750, second two fillings were $415. 1. Dr Hannah did all my fillings - the first tooth the color was slightly mismatched but unless you’re really looking and I’m in broad daylight you can’t really tell so I wasn’t too fussed, but a little annoyed since it is a front tooth. 2. My son was sick so I had to reschedule and asked for the next weekend and they scheduled me 2 weeks out, when I showed up they told me it was scheduled for 2 weeks out - I wasn’t happy but anyway nothing I could do as they couldn’t fit me in. 3. Went for my second appt for fillings and the assistant kept banging the tool on my tooth so it chipped - she said she could fix it and she grinded the tooth to straighten it and then had to grind the tooth next to it to straighten it to match- I wasn’t happy as this should have been corrected with a filling not grinding down my teeth making it weaker. Mind you the area where she chipped it was the brand new filling she just did two weeks prior- pretty weak filling. The new filling was horribly mismatched!! It looks like she used an almost black/grey color to fill it (Picture attached) $1164 later and not a single good thing to say. Upon leaving this review I got a call and the first thing they say was “I’m just calling as we saw your review and I noticed you still had future appointments booked so I assume you no longer want these appointments, do you want our manager to call you, I will go ahead and cancel those appointments if you want to switch to a different dental office” Not a single apology or recognition. A few days later my tooth started having issues, gums were bleeding and I was in pain still - I emailed them that I would be escalating this to Ahpra and the attached image is the reply I received - they do not care!

Dr Vincent was very kind, explained steps as he was working and was so gentle with procedures that I actually found myself feeling extremely relaxed! The dental assistants were so thoughtful and gentle throughout both of my appointments. Going back the second time was like catching up with friends! Dr Vincent was honest about what I needed without trying to add in extra services. I’ve recommended this practice to so many people now and even my 8yo nephew (who is scared of going to the dentist) has asked me to take him to see Dr Vincent after hearing of my experience

Fantastic experience: After being sceptical having my impacted wisdom tooth removed I finally went ahead with it. Was prepared for the worst and she had it out in what felt like 10 minutes. Longest part was waiting for numbing. It was not what I expected at all. Completly pain free, mild discomfort healing, all my questions were awnsered and I followed up with questions throughout the week for reassurance. Whole team were amazing. I will return for any further dental. Thank you guys ❤️

I have a major phobia and needed ALOT of work done, i originally went to see Dr Valda for a second opinion, from the first initial phone call the whole team has been so lovely and welcoming. Dr Valda has been so patient and understanding of my needs. She has made a personalised plan to suit me and is so patient when I'm there.. shoutout to the assistants and reception staff aswell. This smile makeover journey is tough but I'm so glad I chose them to do it with! I recommend CDC to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Service . As a person with massive Dental phobia I found the while experience a really positive one . After experiencing extreme Dental pain the practice managed to give me a same day emergency appointment. I needed a slightly more complex extraction and my mind was put at rest by their great manner and way of explaining what Was going on . Fantastic experience: What an absolute comfort attending this dental clinic. From the moment i walked in and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment i was ushered into the chair, i was comforted the whole way and put at ease. The dentist was warm and friendly and explained every detail of the procdure along the way. Well worth the visit. I have now found my new dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely afraid of the dentist and well going in for a tooth extraction Dr Vincent Nguyen was such a patient and caring dentist he constantly spoke to me about what he would be doing and checked to see if I was comfortable and coping. Although I am still terrified at the thought of going to the dentist this truely was one of the best dentist I have ever been too.

Fantastic experience: Kudos to both Emma and Dr Vincent, they were both absolutely amazing. I haven’t gone to the dentist in quite a while so was a bit confused booking my appointment, but Emma was so welcoming and helped with suggesting what was best for me and alternatives. Her customer service skills are absolutely amazing, she seems like the absolute sweetest. Dr Vincent was very empathetic and made sure I was comfortable, and attended to any concerns I had. I was also grateful for the advice he gave towards my oral hygiene for the future and what future appointments I should have (per my request). The clinic itself was also just so well looked after and clean, which is mirrored in their work. Couldn’t have gone to a better place. If you’re a bit wary of dentists or haven’t been in a while, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s quick, clean, comfortable and affordable.

She extracted my front tooth today and the whole process was super pleasant, it was smooth and fast with no issues. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend Dr Kim highly enough. I had major anxiety going to the dentist and used to not be able to get through a minor visit. She is so kind and patient, not to mention incredibly thorough and takes things as slow as you need. All of the staff who are assisting are absolutely lovely as well. He was very reassuring and ensured I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. Barely any post op pain and no swelling to speak of. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists so when I was told I could eat my impacted wisdom teeth out in the chair I was skeptical. I have just my 2 teeth removed and the longest part of extraction was getting numb from the needles! No pain and the team made me feel extremely comfortable with my super anxious state. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Coomera Dental Centre I’ve overcome my extreme fear of dentists! After not going to the dentist in 10 years, this was a huge huge step for me! From the caring phone call before the visit, to during the visit all the staff there were just so lovely! Dr Vincent, Emma and his assistant were simply amazing! He made sure I was comfortable and calmed me down (I was mid panic attack) before even getting in the chair and from there he explained everything he was doing and took frequent breaks for me to make sure I was okay! I’m actually looking forward to my next checkup which is something I never ever thought I’d be able to say!! Thank you once again! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr Vincent, his assistants and all of the ladies in this office are absolutely wonderful! The comfort level, knowledge and friendly nature of everyone is amazing! I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but they made me feel at ease and walked me through everything bit by bit. They are reasonable priced and do not over charge and when I had an issue after an extraction (my body healing not because of anything they did) they got me back in quickly helped fix it and followed up with care calls to ensure I was ok would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great dentist to go here.

Vincent was the one who tested my teeth, and he was brilliant. No question was too silly for him, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: This place is an amazing dentistry. Dr Valda is amazing, and her team are so friendly and professional they make you feel right at home. I take my kids here aswell, my daughter had root canal done and she made her feel very comfortable, she is so calm and caring with them all. If you are looking for a Dentist I highly recommend her.

Terrified of needles & 2yrs was serious pain with a wiggly tooth on the bottom back jaw under impression being wisdom tooth only to find out that it was a 12yr old molar. Dr Valda goes above & beyond looking after her patients & making them feel comfortable & secure. Dr Valda removed my tooth & was amazing. So recently just experienced so much pain & once again in need of Dr Valda experience again this time top back tooth.. Turns out to be a wisdom tooth as being in severe pain the night before (I would prefer childbirth). Dr Valda knowing that I'm fearful of needles was very caring & patient. It was a unbelievable pain-free wisdom tooth extraction experience. Made my husband’s NYE pain-free (happy wife, happy life), too! The team was really thorough, explaining everything they were doing, made you feel at ease. the practice itself is new and inviting - a different experience - a great one! Now our dentist of choice!
