Fantastic experience: Recently I had to change dentists after being with the same practice since I was a kid, which was a very daunting idea. I'm so relieved however that I landed at Elite Dental. Dr Marisa Perera and the entire team have made me feel instantly at ease by creating a precise, calm and friendly atmosphere. Normally I don't look forward to the dentist, but my visits have been a smooth, comfortable and pain-free experience. Highly recommend!

Always put me first and are both so gentle. I always feel so welcome from the moment I walk in! I've had numerous procedures with them and I never feel anything even the anaesthetic. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for about 3-4 years. They have always been great but just got better - they bought a new machine for cleaning teeth. I have super sensitive teeth so it was always a bit tense getting the clean - but they used the new machine - called 'airflow' I believe - and no sensitivity. For me, that's a game-changer. Hence the big shout-out here.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d actually enjoy going to a dentist, or leave a review for one, but Elite Dental is the absolute best. All of the staff are wonderful and it’s obvious that they love working there, which I think says a lot about any business. I’ve had a number of different procedures done and additionally return twice a year for a check up and clean. My private health cover actually includes free check up and cleans at their own dental clinic, but I’ve found that it’s definitely worth paying for the excellent and professional service from the team at Elite Dental. The team provides a level of personalised care that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Also, 10/10 for being able to watch TV while you’re getting your dental work done.

Fantastic experience: I meet elite dental when I had a very serious issue which unfortunately lead to a very invasive serious issue. This was all due to my own doing which was obvious to anyone and I must say that I have been cared for by elite with absolute care and pure professionalism without any judgement placed upon me or my predicament. For me it isn’t over yet but at least I know I have a great team with me through this

Fantastic experience: As a long time patient (many, many years!) who has a bit of anxiety about dental work I cannot recommend Elite Dental enough. I recently had some work done that included gum surgery, which I was nervous about. Jo is really great at explaining options and procedures so you feel you can decide what is right for you. The experience was really quite straightforward and result has literally changed my smile - am very happy. Thanks Jo and Kristy, and all the friendly staff who do make you feel very well cared for. I should have known there was nothing to worry about in your hands!

They Made me feel relaxed, The venue is so clean and sterile and the surgery vey professional. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone, and so central to transport.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing to elite for years and years. Over that time, I’ve had children who also go to elite. I cannot recommend them more highly. From the reception staff to dental hygienists to each and every dentist - I have had nothing but positive experiences and interactions with each person. They are patient, kind and solution focused. My family and I are grateful for making what can be an anxious experience into a gentler one.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr. Angelo Economos and I was extremely happy with both the quality of care, and the patient experience I was provided. I am not a native Australian, and I suffered unexpected and extensive damage to my front teeth. It was a stressful experience, but I feel that I was very fortunate to have walked into this office. Dr. Economos was able to set up a very timely appointment for me where he reconstructed portions of the teeth with bonding at what seems to have been a very fair price. Since returning home, I saw my family dentist, who was stunned at the quality of the bondings and commented that they could barely tell that they had been repaired without close scrutiny. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care for my v painful toothache. I was given a lot of information during the procedures, with clinical reasoning and explanations, so I knew exactly what was happening in my mouth. Very knowledgeable and pain-free. Will def return.

Fantastic experience: I visited West Ryde Elite Dental today on my regular check up and clean appointment. I have been a regular patient at this clinic since 2017. The clinic is very modern and bright. When you arrive you are greeted by the friendly receptionist , and then greeted warmly by the dentist. My dentist, Dr Lee always has a big smile when she greats me. I feel very comfortable when I am being treated. After the treatment Dr Lee always gives me advice on how to look after my teath and overall oral hygiene. I highly recommend Elite Dental and always recommend it to my friends and family

Negative experience: I was told I needed 4 fillings, which would cost quite a lot obviously as it’s a dentist. I saw my family dentist, said no filling required as drilling into the tooth was last resort. I sought a third opinion and got the same response. Clearly just there to make money. Not recommended. Responding to the below response: Yes it was within your clinic. I know how to use google maps, and I compared the name and the location of your clinic on google where I went in person, and they matched, leading to the conclusion it is in fact your clinic. Happy to provide a screen shot of money spent at your clinic for reference.

Fantastic experience: Had a very good experience. Staff were efficient, friendly and gave useful assistance. Only minor feedback is they use Hotdoc to book appointments, but then don’t update the app if there are changes, unlike my GP. For better or worse, I have come to expect that as my source of truth.

Negative experience: A clean and professional practice, but prices way too high for the service! $440 for a filling when I could find the same quality service at dental99 for $150! Health should not be an expense.

They take their time, checkin in regularly and seek feedback. I have been coming here for two years and I am always impressed by their service and care.

Fantastic experience: My 6yrs old son had a filling done recently. He was so ... scared of the needle and didn't want to do it in the beginning, but Dr Joanne was amazing with him and made it a great experience for him! Having Netflix on the ceiling of the room definitely made him forget about the needle and the drill!

Fantastic experience: A Great friendly service with quality staff,I would highly recommended.

Negative experience: I needed a tooth pulled (so I thought) and came in for a consultation. I was convinced to have a root canal instead, which seemed more than reasonable considering I had assumed I would lose the tooth altogether. After 4 appointments and almost $4k I was relieved to not have any more pain and also had a decent looking crown that I was told might last 15 or more years with care. After only 4 months the crown fell off while I was brushing my teeth. All my attempts to book an appointment to glue it back on (calling, emailing, submitting enquiries through the website) were ignored. As I was moving away from Sydney soon, I only had a month or two to get this done. Nobody ever called back or contacted me to book or confirm an appointment. It seemed like they wanted nothing to do with it. Even when I got someone on the phone they assured me they'd call back to book something and never did. Then I moved away and have been living with a $4k hole in my mouth and no support unless I just pay for it all over again somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: After losing a major filling on the morning of my 60th birthday party and finding my usual dentist wasn't available until Monday, I was incredibly grateful to Newtown Elite Dental for fitting me in at short notice. It was quite a big job but the dentist (Zorica) was fantastic, as well as really lovely. I will be forever grateful to Newtown Elite Dental, although I hope I don't need them every significant birthday!

Positive experience: I’ve been their customer for 7yrs now and would not go to any other dental clinic, Kristy is an excellent hygienist and very passionate. She is also patient and understanding. When she cleans your teeth, you won’t feel it (no pain or discomfort) . I’m giving four star just because if you cancel within 48hrs, they have cancellation fee of 100. I just thought 24hrs cancellation is enough☺️

Fantastic experience: Had a deep clean with Belinda. She is amazing, no pain and explained throughout what she was doing. Highly recommend if you are fearful of dentists/pain as the treatment was painless and gentle.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a new dentist, and believe I have found one! Beatrice was so lovely, and the hygienist (I am so sorry, I have forgotten her name) was so beautiful too. The receptionist (Catherine?) was an angel. Central location in the middle of King St - I live ten minutes away, but if you’re travelling by public transport, Newtown station is ten minutes’ walk, and if you’re driving in there’s lots of street parking (caveat being that this IS central Newtown so…) there’s Netflix on the ceiling if you need a distraction too!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. My husband was in severe pain all night and Newtown Elite Dental were able to fit us in first thing in the morning. Fantastic experience: All the staff here is incredible and knowledgeable. Dr Joanne and Kristi have been supportive and life changing. During my initial assessment, they noticed that my airways looked small and ineffective and recommended a sleep study. Following that, I discovered I had apnea and started using a CPAP machine and finally discovered what a restful night of sleep felt like. Without their assessment, I would have continued thinking that my tiredness was only the product of a busy life. Cannot recommend enough.
