Fantastic experience: As someone who has a fear of dentist’s and needed emergency treatment, I am so grateful for North Adelaide Dental Care for getting me in urgently, arranging everything with ease and showing me such care and compassion. Dr Miller made me feel comfortable and was so kind, even checking on me the next day when I was getting an X-ray and making sure things were taken care of ASAP. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best staff / dentists you could ask for every single time I have been there they always put pride and effort in there work dr rawinderpal Singh is an amazing dentist who put in alot of work to all his patients never once stops asking if ur okay or how your feeling during the procedures i have alot of anxiety and stress when it comes to going to the dentist even when its not that bad but every time I go in there he some how makes me smile and laugh, I am feeling amazing and very self confident because of him he has done a very professional and excellent job on my teeth so far and I am looking forward to my next visit, this is why I will always choice north adelaide dental care over any place near me ❤️

Positive experience: Told on the day of appointment ‘no cost’ as it was less than a 5 min discussion, no procedure or examination done. Now being chased for an ‘exam fee’ for an examination I never had performed. Already petrified of dentists and having to organise IV sedation to get seen to and now forking out even more money for things that never happened. Very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Back in 2019 (literally the day COVID shutdowns were announced for dentists and vets!) I had a niggly front tooth and thought no way am I just leaving this to chance...NADC was the only clinic that took my booking at very short notice, and I received a very reassuring check-up and diagnosis from a lovely female dentist whose name I cannot recall. When in 2025 my work location and circumstances meant that I needed to find a dentist closer to work and with a readily accessible schedule, I checked back online with NADC and was pleased to find a Booking Online feature had been added. Recently, I had my first visit back and Dr Rawin and his hygienist were a great team. Dr Rawin made me feel more than welcome, not guilty for leaving it for over a year since my last checkup and was so reassuring. He explains everything meticulously and has a very happy, relaxing manner. The Admin. Team are very friendly and professional and promptly provided me with records' release forms so that any previous X-rays from the past 10 years or so could be sent to the Clinic. I can certainly recommend NADC.

Fantastic experience: Was able to fit me in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and molar on a Sunday on short notice when not many other clinics were open. Dr Eric Hsiano was very quick and didn’t feel much discomfort during the removal and discussed post removal care, also booked in for a following x ray regarding other potential problem areas. Will be going back to get more dental work done in the future. 5/5 stars ⭐️

Over the Easter weekend, my veneer unexpectedly came off on Good Friday, and I was absolutely frantic trying to find someone who could help. I was really hesitant to book an emergency dental appointment, worried it would cost a fortune—but I’m so glad I did. To my surprise, not only was the cost very reasonable, but the service exceeded all my expectations. The procedure was quick and efficient, and Dr. Deon, along with the entire team, was professional, kind, and reassuring. What really stood out was the follow-up call I received afterward—such a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely cared for. Having worked in dental and surgical practices for over 16 years, I can confidently say that this level of care and attention is what many practices aim for but few truly achieve. North Adelaide Dental Care absolutely delivered, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at this clinic during my recent wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Eric and the entire staff were incredibly professional and caring throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, everything was handled with utmost expertise and attention to detail, and so quick.

Negative experience: Dentists are good, but the admin is terrible. I have been a regular patient for 8 years with regular scheduled appointments. The last 3 have had to be rescheduled for one reason or another by the clinic and is usually 2-3 weeks later. I need to reschedule and I get kicked down the list to a date 2 months after my already reschedule date. Not good enough... simply not good enough. Time to find a new dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been completely dental-phobic. Thanks to the wonderful and caring Dr Eric and Jana I had my best dental experience ever. Mostly because they didn’t make fun of me as some previous dentists have. They were so gentle and supportive. Dr Greg is the most dedicated dentist you could meet. My sceptical husband has complete faith in him to manage his complex and time-consuming dental issues. NADC is highly recommended.

Negative experience: i really wish i could do 0 stars for the experience i had with this dentist. i would suggest not going here unless you like to wait over an hour in the waiting room with excruciating tooth pain, just to be told if i want anything done i would have to wait another 2 hours. mind you the dentist i was meant to see came out and let me know that it wont be much longer 2 minutes before i was told by the receptionist it would be another 2 hours. i quite literally have never had a worst experience and they dont care about you!! :) please go to a different dentist

Fantastic experience: My teenage son chipped a tooth a day before NYE and was able to get an appointment that night with Eric. Eric was very caring and made my son feel very comfortable during his visit. The office staff were all super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Negative experience: Literally this cafe centre doesn’t understand the concept of time. They have a patient seated on the waiting room waiting for way to long periods of time without any apologies or even notifying someone instead of coming in early. Irregardless of if the dentist is taking a while. They can see he has another client coming and no courtesy of informing someone. Other than that, the ridiculous prices for a tooth removal, ($250-400) like make it make sense

Negative experience: They changed the appointment on me 3 times and when they found out I was working ,charged me the maximum amount on everything and a extra hundred dollars. Consultancy was meant to be 73 , got changed 80 x-ray 43 ,got charged 50. Had to pay 100 upfront. Was told extraction of tooth 180 to 495. Depending on the difficulty. I was in and out in 20 minutes. My total bill was 680 dollars. So avoid using this dentist.

Positive experience: I had been to these people for years until they gave me a bill over $800 for a temp filling - like really ? So it's good bye and I'll certainly shop around because prices with all of them vary

Fantastic experience: I’m not one to leave a review. I have a phobia of dental procedures to the point that i have actually left other dentists (from the dental chair) through extreme anxiety. The team at north adelaide dental care were able to fit me in the following day the dentist was able to see i was nervous and he instantly reassured me through clear communication what options were available in situations of extreme anxiety. Im glad i stayed in that chair and chose to use sedation methods with the dentists help i was able to over come my fear. I returned yesterday for a treatment plan review (18 months since last removal) and i feel comfortable to use the gas for my procedures as i feel I'm in good hands with the team. I also liked the way he gave me advice on how to look after my oral health better so i don't need to keep coming back once my teeth are cleaned even better i could still finish work because they are open extended hours The prices are fair even more so when given advice to keep my teeth from getting worse (they are not greedy) for the service and professional attitude you get at all times if you are like me and are anxious you must visit for a plan to be put in place. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Having experienced the quite sudden appearance of what turned out to be an abscess on my lower RH wisdom tooth with unmanageable pain I reached out to the North Adelaide Dental Care after hours service, where they got me in within 2 hours and thankfully 15 minutes later the tooth was removed with minimal trauma. Day 3 and I am on the mend with minimal discomfort. I would like to thank Dr Naicker for his valuable service and the two follow up phone calls from his staff, I can definitely recommend he and this practice for the dedicated and professional service they provided.

Positive experience: Friendly and helpful admin staff at the front desk when you are anxious and in pain. I also appreciated the availability of many dentists over long opening hours. Something that other dental clinics do not have. Eric explained my options and allowed me time to make decisions. The procedure on me was quick and flawless. This clinic also provides easy access to specialist endodontists if required. I have advised my work colleagues of this clinic as it is not always easy to access help in an emergency.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars are not enough for the service this clinic provides. i had a very bad experience 15 years ago, after which I never wanted to go back to a dentist. Until yesterday when I couldn't bare the pain from a gum infection. So I decided to see this clinic, told them I have a needle phobia and a bad 1st time experience. Even though the dentist said dont worry you in safe hands I didn't believe him. They took their time, were gentle, always checking if I was ok or if I had any pain and the end result was so amazing. After so many years I got the confidence to talk about dental hygiene and the benefits of seeing a dentist. I can't wait for my next appointment and please if you don't believe me just go for a check up only and see how good they are.

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of dentists after an experience with another dentist some years ago. As a result I have not visited a dentist for some time. However I needed an extraction and Dr Singh and his team were wonderful. They made an extremely stressful situation not just bearable but have gone some way to reducing my fears. Front of house staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Fantastic experience: The girls at the desk were all lovely and very helpful. I saw Dr. Rawinderpal Singh who was accompanied by a hygienist (I think Helen?) and a student and they were absolutely brilliant. I was so nervous and the three of them had me laughing in the end, when i started to freak during the needle someone even very sweetly held my hand but I can’t say thank you to who because I had my eyes closed very quick and painless too. Excellent practice, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had complex dental issues all my life and have been treated by a number of dentists but the team at North Adelaide Dental Care especially Dr Greg Miller have been one of the best. I've sometimes felt over serviced by other dentists but after each exam Dr Miller provided a detailed explanation of any issues that gave me confidence only necessary work would be done. Fantastic experience: By far one of the best dental clinics I have experienced. The staff are exceptional, incredibly helpful, kind and accomodating with such welcoming and lovely energies. Given that I am extremely petrified of the Dentist, I experienced the most thorough and gentle treatment from Dr Eric who treated my dental issues with great outcomes. We will be returning to the clinic and Dr Eric will remain my ongoing dentist moving forward. Living interstate will not inhibit my 6 monthly check ups/required dental work moving forward. Commendation to the practice manager who has done a fabulous job of creating a very well run (and busy) clinic with meticulously selected staff who collectively create a superstar team and practise, and overall great environment.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain with a wisdom tooth that got infected suddenly. The team got me in ASAP, treated the infection and removed the tooth. Since then I’ve continued to use NADC and they’ve been great to deal with

Negative experience: While the dentistry that I have received from Dr Greg Miller has been very good over the last 20 years, I have recently become very disappointed that every time I have an appointment I am left waiting in the waiting room for 3/4 hour or more. It seems to me that Greg is attending to too many people and cramming in emergencies without allowing extra time in his day for these inevitable emergencies. The result is that loyal and regular customers, such as myself, are asked to wait extended periods of time and this has happened to me on the last THREE occasions. I also have a busy life but I do not make people wait for me due to my poor planning. I find this both disrespectful and unprofessional and as a consequence I have decided to change dentists. I also believe it adds unnecessary stress to the reception staff who are having to console annoyed and angry patients who have been left waiting. All that is needed is to allow time in Greg's day for the inevitable emergencies so he can attend to his regular patients on time.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist to North Adelaide Dental Care and thankfully was able to get in on the same day. From the moment I got booked in, welcomed into the practice it was a breeze, I had Dr Rawinderpal Singh. He was amazing. He kept me in the loop, eased my nerves (quite literally) and made sure that I had a smile on my face from time to time, despite the circumstance of my case.. if I ever had to go through anything like that again, I would not even hesitate to see him and the team at North Adelaide Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the team who attended to my cracked tooth Sunday 16th June 2024. I was extremely upset and anxious but they put me at ease and explained everything in a clear comforting manor. A previous dentist from a non related practice diagnosed my pain as receeding gums and I'd been in agony for weeks. It became unbearable and NADC fixed it immediately as an emergency appointment and followed up with me the next day to check I was ok.
