Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist but Redbank Plains Dental Clinic makes the experience so much easier and pleasant. Dr Lakh is very gentle and explains every step along the way, the entire staff are very friendly and professional I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending this practice since 1989 when Dr Angeli previously owned it, saw a lot of changes when he sold the practice to the now owners who modernised the clinic including price increases which was comparable to other modern clinics so that was understandable. Recently have seen Dr Shiromani and very happy with her professional expertise and would highly recommend her.

Negative experience: Defenitley not a place recommended had a root canal done 3-4 months ago have been trying to get in to get it extracted they keep bringing me in and only giving me the numbing needle not listening to my needs I’m on Medicare and should be bulk billed I’m under 18 and there still trying to charge me pocket money I find that very unfair and very frustrating as I’m 6 weeks along and I tried calling they ignored my calls my face is now severely swollen and I had to go to the er wouldn’t recommend if your really needing someone to take your teeth out they screw around to much only want your money 50$ just to book an appointment apparently

Negative experience: The most disgusting place. Called to get my daughter in for her appointment for fillings and the receptionist had explained that the dentist didnt think my daughter could handle it, meanwhile she'd already had treatment at this clinic years before, because we'd been attending for a few years. I explained how it's extremely unprofessional for him to judge a child and what they could handle within meeting them for 3 minutes. I explained to the receptionist that i would be coming down later that day to speak to the dentist, to which she changed her wording to 'that was my opinion' so she confirmed that was what the dentist had said but then later changed and said she said it. So ive been lied to, which she admitted and then proceeded to book us in asking for gas, i said okay and then she booked us in, to which i asked is there any certain dentist or days you do the gas and she said yes only two days of the week but had booked us in a day without that dentist or room that did the gas. appointment was made and then a few days later i was contacted by another admin saying my appointment was cancelled, fair enough. id had enough anyway but then later trying to share experience in the reviews i had noticed they found me on facebook and have blocked me. just disgusting, especially because this was involving a child.

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I’ve had. I first went to Redbank Plains Dental back in August last year after needing to see a dentist urgently. My usual dentist wasn’t available so I decided to try this dental surgery instead based on their available opening times. The ladies at reception were helpful and friendly and were able to slot me in even though they were busy. Dr David is a fantastic dentist. He was very professional and thorough at explaining things which helped put my mind at ease. He’s also very gentle at every visit I’ve been, which is at least half a dozen times now. I’ve started bringing my other family members here who have also had a positive experience. Best of all are their prices. The difference compared to the previous dentist is astounding. I can safely say it’s half of what I was paying for at my previous dentist. If you’re looking for excellent service, experienced dentists and value for money, visit Redbank Plains Dental.

Fantastic experience: The team was able to book me in last minute due to a cancellation, and I had the opportunity to see Dr. Tan and Dr. Sani on the same day. The level of professionalism and care I experienced was exceptional. Dr. Tan walked me through each step of the procedure, which made me feel at ease. I'm now free from tooth pain! I've already booked in for my next appointment.

She booked me to see a lovely dentist Marian, (hope I have right spelling) Well I haven’t been to a dentist in many years , but Marian was so so kind ,understanding my nerves and offered me breaks and despite my tooth being a broken infected mess she managed to to get it out with no issues . Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Redbank Plains Dental. This year have had a number of visits between myself and my daughter and everyone is great. In particular, Dr Kanako Solomon. Dr Kanako Solomon put my daughter at ease on all her visits and my daughter has adjusted much better to being in the dental chair. I hadn’t been to dentist myself in 5 years after an awful experience at the dentist just across the road. But after my daughter’s great experience I gave them a go. Turned out I needed some new fillings and old ones replaced. So I booked in for few weeks later for the work. But in the time between my 1st and 2nd visit I had a long hospital stay and diagnosis which currently causes me challenges while being under artificial lights. I disclosed this ahead of my appointment as I had to bring & use some of my own accommodations to manage this. And I expressed my nervousness. But it wasn’t a worry at all for Dr Kanako Solomon and Infact she and the dental assistant went above and beyond during my hour long appt. Making sure the room AC was staying cool enough, explaining next steps and overall easing my anxieties. And never once was I made to feel uncomfortable about my sharing the health challenge which now affects all my appointments. I’m grateful and thankful to Dr Kanako Solomon.

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault this dentist, very welcoming team of receptionist and Dr Shiro is so gentle. I was scared having my first filling due to the dreaded needle but Dr shiro uses a vibrating massage device which means you can barely feel the needle.

My Dentist, Dr lisa is such an amazing women. She ended up having to perform a root canal on my tooth. Very professional and understanding. Explained the whole procedure while putting me at ease. Never did I once feel any discomfort throughout the entire procedure. Infact I think I've had check ups from other dentist that were more painful. Well done team

Love her amazing work she did a couple of extractions on me over a week ago and even though I don’t like needles everything went very smoothly with her professionalism. My son is very anxious at the dentist and had to get his last three baby removed in preparation for braces. He saw Dr. Chen Chen today. She was so wonderful with him. Fantastic experience: I have been to Redbank Plains Dental for a tooth ache today, saw Dr Lisa. She was so lovely, reassuring and patient with me, explaining all my options. I ended up going for a root canal, experienced some discomfort after the procedure once I was home, I called them and they made an appointment for me that evening to check on things, they make time for you and make you feel important and well looked after. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. THANKS GUYS! You’re brilliant :)
