Dr Molly took the time to clearly explain all my options and provided me a treatment plan. She is very considerate and kind. Every appointment I had began on time and I can confidently recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Tania from start to finish. The surgery itself was fast and painless, and the recovery period was much better than what I heard other people had as I had very minimal pain during recovery. The team was also very helpful, checking in with me and helping to extend my medical certificate to allow for a bit more healing before I went back to work. If anyone needs a wisdom teeth removal, I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I really like this dental clinic, Anna has been amazing. She has a very calm demeanour and has a gentle approach. I like that she informs me every step of the way what she is doing and she tells me how I can signal to her to stop if needed. I ask a lot of questions and she answers them very clearly. She has made me understand what is happening to my tooth and I have learned a lot from her about my options for the future. I also really like the receptionist, Melissa, she is super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: My father-in-law has been suffering from multiple dental problems over the years but has had only received ad-hoc solutions in dental clinics in China. This week i took him to Dental Care Clinics after one of his molar cracked. Dr Lawrence used his lunch break to see us and spent an hour examined him and explained in great details what problems my father-in-law had, what options we had to have them fixed, and how much it would cost us etc. He wrote three pages of A4 notes for our discussion and allowed me to translate it into Chinese which took twice as much time. My father-in-law was deeply touched by his professionalism and kindness. Melissa, his assistant was also very friendly and helpful in arranging our bookings, processing payments and sending us relevant documents and quotes for future plans. She also cheerfully told us that Dr Lawrence decided to give us a no gap bill for this entire visit! We were thrilled for his generosity on top of such an stress-free experience! My father-in-law is very happy to finally see a chance to have all his dental problems fixed! We look forward to a series of treatment by Dr Lawrence in the near future. High recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient seeing Dr Tania for the past 2 years, and have completely transformed my oral health. I initially needed quite a bit of work done due to years of neglecting my teeth, but Dr Tania made it easy to understand the problems and my options, made completing the needed dental work easy and pain free, and referred me on to a great orthodontist for additional treatment. For my latest appointment they fit me in on the same day for a check and clean with Katarina who did a great job. I'm happy to recommend this clinic and Dr Tania to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Went for an emergency appointment yesterday and as a person who had horrible dental experience in the past I was hesistant to go but when I entered the clinic the FOH Sofia was welcoming and friendly. The entire team at DentalCare work to create a calm and friendly space from the moment you enter. I have seen two dentists here and they have both been incredibly gentle and professional. In particular, Dr Anna has made me feel at ease in the chair by explaining each step of the process and frequently checking in. The dentists here take the time to answer all the questions you have and deliver feedback in an easy to understand manner. When I needed to have a mouth guard adjusted several times (not anyone's fault), Dr Anna was very patient and really wanted to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. While I initially only booked at DentalCare because they were a preferred provider of my health fund, I can say with confidence that I won't be going anywhere else regardless of health fund. Fantastic experience: WONDERFUL SERVICE..... I don't usually write reviews for business's because I find that comments are usually written by bitter people who have nothing else going on in their lives. Because as we all know the internet is made up of hate, porn and kittens. How I know this? That's another story? Who am I? Again another story. I just thought I would write this review because of my awesome experience at Smiles at Waterloo. The staff are so friendly and what hits you straight away when you walk in there (besides a low hanging light which doesn't cater for people who are over 6'4 tall) is its cleanliness. You could literally eat off the floor. Not literally that would be weird and illegal I think in some states. My experiences of Dentists pale in comparison to the professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Sacco and her team. They were friendly, incredibly knowledgable and have a caring side not seen since mother Teresa took her last breath. Other dentists that I have experienced have been pretty bad. I found most of them to be as dodgy as Kerry Packer's former accountant. I remember one dentist used to enjoy smelling cleaning products durning my consultation. Bit weird. On the upside he said I had the best teeth on any pink elephant he has ever seen. Also there are alot of practises which need a full revamp but they don't bother. Apparently having a waiting room which looks and feels like a sauna from 1983 is what people want. BULLDUST (do people still use that word?) Smiles at Waterloo is so clean and modern! So for a truly awesome experience you have to go to Smiles at Waterloo. Professional, clean and very, very caring.

Fantastic experience: Had all 4 wisdom teeth out here. Super easy process with anaesthesia, in and out in less than two hours. A couple of days recovery with not much inflammation and pain at all. Definitely recommend Colm and the friendly team.

Negative experience: In terms of pricing and making it easy for people - be very careful. They are expensive - hundreds of dollars for a clean and check up. And they charge cancellation fees - so they are not kind to you if you cannot make the appointment - just try and make more money out of you. Find a dentist that has no cancellation fees - plenty around. Why should you have to pay fees for not being able to get to an appointment? This makes me think they will do other things once you visit which will cause problems. Response to reply: You can see from the reply that this business is not worth attending and supporting. They are making false allegations and calling consumers liars. They just ignore the problems and label you a competitor without any evidence. The review is genuine based on shopping around for a suitable dentist. Its aim is to inform other consumers so they are not subject to the same poor treatment and expensive fees, including cancellation fees. Please do your research like I did and find dentists with lower fees and no cancellation fees, and dentists who welcome feedback from consumers and learn from it. See responses to other poor reviews here - the same tactic is used, accusing consumers of not telling the truth. It is a shame this business is not listening to consumers and trying to see how it can improve. Threats that you will take legal action against consumers posting a review based on their experience is bullying behaviour and legal advice is that you desist this behaviour immediately and apologize. Response to "2nd reply": It is a shame this business tries to create battles with consumers as they shop around to find a suitable dentist. Businesses who are not willing to listen and learn have a big problem. The information in the review was communicated by the business. It sounds like they are not happy about their own policies and prices. Have a look at other reviews from customers online who have a problem with this business. Legal advice is that this business desist from discouraging consumers to express honest opinion and fair comments through Google reviews.

Fantastic experience: I generally jump around a bit with dentists, partly to get other opinions, partly because I've never really been that amazed. However I had an appointment with Dr Lawrence Burke and I think I could stay here forever if I could. It was a perfectly balanced session, he was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to give me the information I needed in a way that I understood and am now motivated to make the changes I need to in my dental care routine. An added bonus -- when he cleaned my teeth I experienced no pain.

Being a medical professional myself, I can have high standards. Dr. Anna is professional, thorough and highly skilled, she puts you at ease from the moment you sit in her chair. The most difficult and painful part of my filling procedure was keeping my mouth open, pain free otherwise. I've struggled to find a regular dentist in the past and I won't be going elsewhere. 10/10

Her instructions and explanation were really clear and easy to follow. The office staff (think her name was Georgia?) was really nice and informative as well!

Negative experience: Undertrained staff! I had a cracked teeth when first time visit this clinic. The doctor suggested it's naturally grown which was wrong diagnostic. After a year this teeth is very painful. During this time I visited 3 times for cleaning and mentioned the pain. The hygienist thought it's the gum and not call for doctors when he's unsure. Now the teeth is totally broken in half and I need to take it out and have an implant. After I complained to them, the owner of the business Dr Comb was willing to see me. He offered about 30-40% discount if I do the teeth extraction and implant here and nothing can be offered if I do this elsewhere. I honestly couldn't be bothered to involve with them again, so I didn't take the offer. God knows whether they can do well after they say it's naturally grown cracked teeth which is seriously wrong diagnostic. In general, the people work here are not properly trained. They took unnecessary X Rays on me (two times in a row). You cannot book with the hygienist you want. I booked with a lady but turns out a guy from bankstown came cover for her.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Just had 4 wisdom teeth removed and while I wouldn't describe the process as enjoyable, It was as close to it as it probably could be. Everything explained clearly and simply before hand, the operation was quick and painless (under IV sedation) there was no swelling and very little post op pain that couldn't be managed with the prescribed painkillers or Nurofen. I have even received a call every few days from the nurses after checking on my condition. If you need to have this work done I can highly recommend DentalCare and Dr Galvin.

Fantastic experience: Truly a great overall experience for my kids and I. From booking in with the receptionists to the dentists and dental assistants, the entire Practice is friendly, personable, professional and caring. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Every time I go to this dentist & ask just for a clean , I end of walking out paying for an X-ray that I never asked for . Also not only by doing that they get you to book your next appointment & the funniest thing is they charge you $75 booking fee . This is an absolute joke so meaning if I cancel my booking there’s goes my $75. I call this rubbery in a day light .

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about having my wisdom teeth taken out, especially because I was awake for it, but had a fantastic experience with Dr Colm Galvin and the team, as well as the receptionist Charlie. Dr Colm was incredibly friendly and informative. He gave me a good understanding of what was happening throughout the process and what to expect, and the procedure itself was incredibly quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone anxious about visiting a dentist.

As a patient with a severe phobia of all things dental, I have been treated with compassion and understanding and am very confident in the recommended treatments. Fantastic experience: Amazing service ! I booked with these guys as they are preferred providers with my health fund. Did a online booking, got a confirmation email confirming booking. Turned up on the day of booking, Spoke with the nice lady at the front desk, Super clean and tidy office. All wearing masks and practicing social distancing etc, Filled in the required forms, then into the room for my scale clean checkup, I seen Brett ( who is super funny and cool ) unsure of his last name, Was really really easy to deal with, gave me lots of info and was very gentle. During my consult we discussed options for implants / Bridge etc, After my appointment, everything was done, I'm happy, he's happy. Went to front desk to pay......... Swipes card...... secretly prays...... My health fund card declined. Not their fault, my DAMN health fund strikes again!!! I pay in cash get a receipt and submit claim to health fund and we live happily every. Will be defs making these guys my regular! Thanks for being awesome !!

Fantastic experience: Great services! I took the wisdom teeth removal surgery here to take off three at one time, no pain at all during the surgery and I came back for the post treatments a couple of days later when I was told on the right track for recovery. Doctors and receptions are all with nice attitude. Couldn’t expect anything more!

Fantastic experience: If there was a 6 star rating, I would have rated you that!!! I’ve been DREADING a dentist visit for the last 18 months after being told (by a different dentist) I needed 2 expensive fillings, but ideally 4. Turns out that was rubbish. Not just that, but Dr Brett solved a different, long standing problem in a cheaper, pain free, longer term way resulting in the confidence boost I needed. Shocked at how fantastic my visit was, and so much cheaper with much better results. Professional, informative & trustworthy I actually like my dentist again!!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding practice! Never going to another dentist again. Had my wisdom teeth extracted here late last week. After hearing horror stories from friends about the pain of having them removed, I was horrified. However, Dr Galvin and Dr Borger were outstanding! Almost no pain afterwards and I was back to 100% in just a few days. Everything from their customer care leading up to the surgery and their follow-ups have been terrific. Could not recommend a better dentist.

Fantastic experience: I only go to see Dr. Galvin & team as they're the best Dental practitioners around. Since originally switching to DentalCare in Stanmore and now in Waterloo I've only positives to say on the experience, service and the clinic itself. Procedures that previously caused sensitivity are handled amazingly and don't cause any discomfort at all. The staff are impeccable and the new practice is pristine. I can't recommend DentalCare Waterloo enough!
