Positive experience: Wasn’t impressed with this clinic at all unfortunately. Dentist wasn’t very thorough and honestly felt like he rushed through my appt so he could get to lunch. Teeth don’t even feel like they have been cleaned properly. Then at the end of the appt when I was about to walk out tried to throw in that I should come back to have some xrays done as I might need some fillings. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t return. What a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Dr John is an exceptional human, he provides so much dedication and time and is extremely patient. Iv been around so many medical professionals and he really is a stand out with exceptional skills in dentistry highly recommended.

Negative experience: John Kotaidis was suppose to repair a filling and review my teeth after the filling had fallen out! As it was under warranty and the administration staff was kind enough to reorganise at Smiles from another dentist there and smiles was not being paid again. He did absolutely NOTHING!! Just told me to ‘floss’ again and let me leave without repairing my filling which he said had cracked off. His personality and manner was also completely inappropriate. I would avoid this dentist at all costs. He clearly does not care at all about people’s teeth only what he gets paid.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown done by Dr John, it was completed yesterday. It fits like a glove. I have never experienced such an informative dentist! He explained what was happening, every step of the way, even down to what grade of gold the crown would be made of. He has such a professional and kind manner and treats his staff with such high respect. I have another appointment for another crown to be done next month. Highly, highly recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: The dentist seemed to be good, but the admin staff were haphazard. One appt was rescheduled without a phone call asking if the new time suitable and with only a text message the day before the original booking. I understand the circumstances that required the reschedule, but the implementation of the rebook8ng was woeful. Today we were around the corner when they tried to reschedule again. Different circumstances but the timing was rubbish. No offer of recompense for stuffing us around.

My dentist is John Kodotis (spelt his name wrong for sure!), and he is a lovely man, always listens AND hears me when discussing my treatment or concerns, and always does a great and professional job. Also, the receptionist Danny is so lovely, she too listens and hears and knows “her stuff”, and that making you confident that you will be looked after in a competent and profession way, and makes your visit as pleasant as it can be.

I put the health of my teeth down to regular check ups and the caring support of the staff at this clinic. I couldn't recommend the service and support from Daryl and his team higher .. Fantastic experience: I received the most expert care in my very complicated situation! After being screwed over by another dentist who was using me to fuel his business, I was thankfully referred to Dr Shorab by a friend. He saved my teeth and despite being a dental specialist, it cost me less to see him than my regular dentist! If you have any complications, this is the guy who will fix it! There is no one comparable to his level of experience and expertise.

Negative experience: Absolutely poor dentistry. would not reccommend to anyone.
