Fantastic experience: This local dentist can be found in Springwood Mall (next door to dry cleaners, down the mall near 'Product of Italy') From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted by the friendliest, happy receptionist in such a calm environment. Madhur Kapoor has been my best dentist by far! He is calm and gentle. He explains everything he is going to do before doing it, doesn't lay your chair so far back that you feel you are being tipped upside down, gives you plenty of 'breaks' and won't do any unnecessary work. All while gentle, relaxing music is playing. (Plus there is a TV on wall and roof for distraction if needed) You can tell he is not in it for the money, but purely for the health and well being of your teeth and YOU. I would definitely recommend Kapoor if you or your child is nervous about dentists and you want an almost zen dental experience!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Kapoor and could not be more pleased with the level of care I received. Having had a very difficult experience elsewhere years ago, I was extremely anxious going into this procedure — but Dr. Kapoor was professional, thorough, gentle, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain each step of the treatment, which helped ease my concerns. I especially appreciated that he carefully considered my low body weight when prescribing medication — something many doctors overlook. The management of my pericoronitis and the extraction were planned so well that I only required one course of antibiotics. During the procedure, Dr. Kapoor was patient and ensured the anaesthetic was fully effective before beginning. He also used an intraoral camera to show me images of the extraction site during and after the surgery, which I found very reassuring. The clinic is immaculately maintained, and the team is warm and attentive. Special thanks to Shyla at reception, who followed up with phone calls before and after the surgery to check on my wellbeing. I felt truly cared for every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr. Kapoor and his team to anyone seeking skilled and compassionate dental care.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I broke a tooth on Friday night and found Blue Mountains Dental would be opening at 8am Sat so walked in and asked if they could help. They fit me in straight away and after a short painless experience I left with my tooth fixed. It was the most amazing experience for someone who has been fearful of dentists most of my life. From the first encounter at the reception desk through to follow up appointments the whole experience was professional, super- efficient, calming and friendly. With up to date equipment, explanations are clear and easily understood. Thank you Dr Kapoor....you have now become my regular dentist!

He goes to great lengths to check and make sure each tooth is examined properly and uses a small device that takes photos of each tooth to ensure nothing goes unnoticed. Fantastic experience: I've had many bad experiences as a small child with the dentist, who would use his body weight to pin me in the chair. So he could use the horse tranquillizer sized needle in my mouth. I always ended up putting off going to the dentist for several years at a time until absolutely necessary. I found this place online and after reading other people's reviews thought it sounded like the place I needed to go. Without any hesitation, I totally recommend this dental practice. The staff are so kind and friendly, the premises is very clean, fresh and comfortably soothing. Dr Kapoor has excellent technique for calming the patient, minimising pain and discomfort. Also very kind and understanding about anxiety. I don't feel so scared about going to the dentist now that I know I can come here in the future for all my dental needs. Thankyou Dr Kapoor and staff.

He actually works to avoid any un-necessary treament which is a welcome change but when he does need to, he get on with it and he is really efficient and about as painless as it is possible for dentistry to be. And the prices seem very reasonable. His manner is really nice amd all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I just had a molar extraction with virtually no pain and feeling a lot better for it. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I just wish he had been around 40 years ago. I might have avoided a lot or problems with his sound advice.

There was no wait time at the practice and both the dentist and his assistant were extremely kind, patient and caring, explaining every step of the procedure to me along the way.
