Fantastic experience: Usually going to the dentist is not a fun experience but I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit at ultra smiles dental! My dentist Dr Alice was friendly and thoroughly explained my dental options. Alice at the front counter was super helpful and lovely. To top it off there is a tv on the ceiling so you can watch the office while getting your teeth cleaned! I’m glad this is my local dentist.

Fantastic experience: One my better Dentist experiences. No pain in a scale and clean, very good explanations with photos and X-rays. Detailed treatment plan and quotes for future treatment. About as good as it gets.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kevin was extremely personable (and funny - I did not know this was a feature in dentists) and immediately put me at ease, in spite of it being a bit longer between dental visits than it probably should have been. He is an excellent communicator and explained what was happening, why, the suggested future treatment, and the alternative options, really clearly. Also, he was in no way condescending and didn't try to hard-sell me on the top-dollar fix, like my previous dentist. In fact, he didn't even think it was necessary, which made me feel even better about electing to patronise this practice over the one a few doors down. And finally, he remembered my husband, who is also a patient, without me even making that connection clear. Even if he looked up patient notes based upon my husband being my emergency contact, it's pretty damn cool that he made that connection and asked after him and gave a shit. The front desk people were awesome, a new staff member was being trained when I visited and it was pretty cute. The trainer was super sharp. Kudos! Best of luck to the trainee! My visit was a super normal, fine, funny at times, anxiety-free thing that happened rather than a battle, a struggle to understand, or a guilt trip. These guys are top quality and I get the impression their strategy is firmly rooted in the returning customer long game.

Fantastic experience: Connecting with a new dental practice can be unnerving and easy to put off. I have been very happy with my dentist of many years, and her care of my teeth and oral health. However, costs and location were becoming complicated so I made the decision to find a local practice. Ultra Smiles in Dulwich Hill was my first step away from my valued practitioner. Chloe was warm, professional and skilled as was her hygienist and front office colleague and I will continue to attend this practice. An appreciated aspect was the no gap payment for the first visit for new clients and the proactive encouragement for regular checks. In an area with many dentists, Ultra Smiles has made their mark!

Fantastic experience: On time appointment, great service and friendly staff. The team took the time to answer my many questions and I never felt rushed. We were provided with options for future treatment and didn’t feel pressured into one option or the other. The kids loved the TV on the ceiling which kept them distracted!

Fantastic experience: WOW! I had an amazing experience at Ultra Smiles Dental with Dr Kevin! I’ve always been terrified of the dentist, but Dr Kevin was incredibly gentle, thoughtful and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. For the first time ever, I didn’t feel any pain and I left the office feeling extremely happy. Dr Kevin took the time to sit down and go over my scans with me afterwards, which really put me at ease. Both Kevin and those assisting him have been so welcoming, calming, understanding and every step has been made easier/pain free (yes!). As a result of heath reasons, I have had extensive dental work done and it was quite nerve wracking!! Until I was in the chair with Kevin. During the visit, he ensured that I mentally and physically ready to endure it all. It has been 4 days now and within this time, Kevin has not only checked in but assisted me with any concern or query I have had within a super timely manner putting myself at ease. With remarkable precision and genuine care, Chloe performed conservative yet transformative procedure(s) to rescue five teeth before leaving the country.. I came in with 4 weeks to go! Her keen eye for detail turned what I feared would be a disheartening situation into a masterpiece, leaving me with a renewed sense of confidence. Throughout the entire process, her gentle approach and kind demeanour made each step fun and reassuring. Fantastic experience: I've visited twice and seen Dr Chloe both times - easily the best dentist I've ever had. She's incredibly communicative, keeping you informed every step of the way and also calmly guiding the nurse, which is super reassuring. She also checks in regularly to ensure you're comfortable, making the experience (in my case, a bit of tooth sensitivity) stress-free. My only slight niggle with this practice is that, during both appointments, there's continually been other staff coming into the room multiple times to rifle through the cupboards for equipment.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those people who are beyond terrified of a dentist trip, which allowed me to avoid a visit in over 15ish years. Needless to say, an unbearable pain led me to book an appointment with this dentist, and oh GOSH, I am thankful,hit the jackpot!! Everyone is SO kind and supportive, I didn't feel judged on my first visit as a crying shaking grown woman, just safe and completely understood. Everything was explained, and unlike most medical professionals, without any hint of being condescending or rushing. Thank you SO much Dr Kevin and all the nurses and beautiful ladies on the desk!! Remember, guys! Visit your dentist regularly! It's really not that bad ( if you go to this one !! )

Positive experience: Followed Kevin from Cabramatta to Marrickville clinic and have good service. Lower rating as I had to reschedule my family’s appointment within 24 hours due to a cough cold developed overnight and didn’t want to get the clinic staff sick, especially considering it’s a dentist treatment. Lady on the phone checked with Kevin and confirmed the cancellation fee. Understand we advised late and paid the $50 per person cancellation. Just sharing the disappointment and sour feeling from Kevin’s decision especially in this environment where Covid etc can hit someone overnight and get sick outside of control. whilst I understand it’s important to cover your cost as you are running a business, I suggest Kevin to consider some grace and care into his processes for his customers. Thanks Kevin, it’s being a good run but travelling for 2 hours round trip for your appointments just don’t feel quite worth it anymore. All the best in your future endeavours.

From the start, Courtney provided excellent service, taking the time to thoroughly explain the process before we met with the doctor. Dr. Kevin was incredibly thorough during the procedure and took great care in patiently walking myself and my son (first ever dental visit) through each step. He also provided helpful tips on how to keep my son's baby teeth clean, which we really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Kevin Nguyen a few years ago and haven’t looked back. He’s extremely thorough and attentive, and I always leave knowing he’s given me the best care, maintenance and advice for my overall dental health. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Kevin was great with my son’s visit for a general checkup. He took the time to explain how to brush and floss as it seems my son was doing it wrong! The practice is very clean with modern technologies, from the TV you can watch while in the dental chair (which means going to the dentist now isn’t so bad!), to the camera to get a closer look at your teeth. Friendly staff, didn’t have to wait long. My son always hated going to the dentist but Kevin and the team has somehow made the visit more pleasant! The cleaning and check up didn’t hurt him like his previous dentist. So we have finally found a good dentist we can keep long term!

Kevin did a great job making sure I was comfortable and not experiencing sensitivity throughout the clean. As I was a new patient, Kevin was very thorough with photos, x rays and general history. Fantastic experience: I want to share my experience after attending Ultra Smiles. Being someone that Is extremely afraid of Dentists (due to previous experiences), I could not fault this clinic from the initial arrival at reception to the care Dr. Kevin Nyguyen has provided. I had been so traumatised by dentists even a check and clean would raise my anxiety and Dr Kevin was more than understanding, provided a very thorough consultation but also explained in terms people without dentistry training would understand what might be some options to consider. He didn't force nor try to sell anything and was all about the client experience. He even went above and beyond schedule time, to ensured I was comfortable. I must also give credit to the receptionist (Fiona), as rather than just booking me in for another visit and leaving it at that, asked if I wanted to check in advance what i would get back from my health fund. This is going above and beyond service in my opinion. Thank you to the staff and service you have provided.

Fantastic experience: My highly anxious daughter had a great visit. Reception staff kind and welcoming (offering tea and coffee) and Kevin was patient and gentle (TV on the ceiling and a blanket for a cold kiddo). Cannot recommend highly enough, especially to anyone with dental anxiety.

During the check up, he will sit down with you and answer any questions you have and walk you through the teeth examination process. He treats you more than just a patient - you can tell that he genuinely cares about your dental experience and is passionate about what he does. Fantastic experience: My experience with Ultra Smiles was great. I had a very bad tooth infection and was in alot of pain, I called out the blue with out a booking, lucky for me Kevin said he will see me with in 20mts. I git there we had a quick chat and got straight into it. Big tooth, big infection, he pulled it out, no bleeding, no stitching and he made sure I suffer no pain. Very happy and grateful. Fantastic experience: Ultrasmiles was recommended to me by a friend. I went to see Tamara who looked at my issue holistically - it was impressive! After looking at my teeth and running scans, she deduced that it wasn’t a toothache I had, but a sinus infection from the flu the other week, that caused lymph nodes to be blocked and feel like a toothache. I’ll be coming back here for my general dental and getting my husband to come for his as well!

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A gold class dental experience. This dental surgery is next level! I recently visited Ultra Smiles Dental in Dulwich Hill. On arrival the friendly receptionist welcomes you by offering you a drink. The waiting area is decorated with plants, ambient music & a video screen displaying serene waterfalls to help calm the nerves. Dr Kevin is so friendly and explained every procedure to help me relax. I had a wisdom tooth extracted which surprisingly didn’t hurt at all. I had to double check if he’d removed it (that’s how smoothly he operates) I expected the bill to be much more but I was pleasantly surprised, yet again. 3 days later Dr Kevin calls me to check the healing process… What a sweetheart! who does that?!!! I highly recommend this dental surgery to anyone who likes being treated with care and respect.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience! Dr Kevin is a truly people s person. He really wants to meet you first. He is friendly and very kind. He makes sure you feel absolutely comfortable and enjoys the time with you. He is patient and fun. Secondly, he is an excellent professional because he will do his best to safe your teeth! Also because he works very smoothly so you do not feel pain. He explains with understandable vocabulary what the issue is and provides lots treatment options . He lets you decide and also is very considerate when it comes to payment to make sure we can all have access to his services regardless of our income or economic situation. All this is what makes a good Professional. He is a lovely human being.

Fantastic experience: Recommended to see Dr Tamara by my sister who is a patient of hers. Was very happy with the service provided by Dr Tamara. Just as my sister had mentioned, she was gentle, patient and very thorough with her examination and clean. She also took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had. The female receptionist was welcoming and friendly! Will be recommending this clinic to family and friends

Fantastic experience: Kevin does excellent work, is always kind, patient, and ready to discuss the details of what needs to be done. We've always felt cared for here. Can pay off large bills over time through the app Humm, I'd advise investigating that in advance as it can be fiddly to pay with.
