Fantastic experience: I have been so stressed going to a dentist and Dr Dan and his family and staff are so incredibly kind, caring and welcoming. I felt very cared for and they were aware of my feelings and put me at rest. I will definitely make these lovely people my regular dental visits and highly recommended them. Also the TV on the ceiling is always a great deterrent to any stress. .

Fantastic experience: I was nervous waiting to have my first appointment today but, I am happy I went because everything turned out well and everyone was so nice. Everyone working was accommodating to my anxiety and the appointment went by easier than I expected. I liked how they had a TV with headphones to help relax a little bit better and not focus on the cleaning. I walked away from my appointment today with new knowledge on ways to protect my teeth and feeling confident for the next appointment. I also was nervous about the prices of my appointment however, the cost was reasonable and Marwa (my dentist) broke down the cost for my other check-ups so it isn’t some huge scary payment. During my appointment they gave me many different opportunities to have a break if it was getting too much however, I didn't need to have so many breaks because I felt so comfortable. I would highly recommend going to this dentist!

Fantastic experience: My recent trip to Greenbank Family Dental was , they have a tv on the roof with headphones if your kids need distraction while they attend to your teeth. The hygienist was gentle and the staff were great.

Fantastic experience: MAJOR ANXIETY! Walked in shaking and holding back tears, everyone done whatever they could to help support me and settle my nerves. As I sat in tge chair sobbing and shaking they offered comforts to make as calm as possible. I didn't even get the dentist name but he was so patient and gentle constantly making sure I was not in any pain or needing a break. Fantastic experience: I had a long appointment with my little one, and I must say, this team has been absolutely amazing. The staff are genuinely kind and incredibly helpful. They did a fantastic job with my scale and clean. What really impressed me was that, after the cleaning, the dentist came to check on my teeth and discuss any future plans, which is quite rare. Typically, that would require scheduling another appointment for the next steps. I will definitely be recommending!

Fantastic experience: I often avoid the dentist because I'm worried about judgement and cost, going to unfamiliar places and meeting new people is a challenge for neurodiverse people and especially being on the Autism spectrum. throughout the appointment I was given clear communication of what was expected of me to do. Which prevented misunderstandings and embarrassment. I felt comfortable for my appointment today. I was consistently offered accommodations such as headphones and the chair was very soft and comfortable, which aided in feeling more calm. At the end I was offered to break up the work that needed to be done into 2 appointments.

Dr Dan helps the kids feel at ease enough to sit still and get their teeth checked; a feat on its own! Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist for 20 years because of my absolute fear of dentists, until yesterday. I was in so much pain that I needed to go, and so booked in an emergency appointment with Dr Dan at Greenbank Family Dental because of his amazing reveiws. I was so anxious and upset, but Dr Dan and the staff there made me feel calm and safe, taking their time to talk me through things and always waiting until I was ready. I have to go back next week for more work, but I'm less stressed about it now because I know they will be supportive and kind again. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Update- Each time I go, I'm treated more like a friend than a number. I feel safe and listened to. The work Dr Dan or the other Dr does is always very professional and just great. He also explains whats going on with your teeth in simple terminology, but most importantly explains what he needs to do and why. And best part, it never hurts. Fantastic experience: I am a scaredy cat when it comes to dentists. So with great trepidation and recommendations from two friends I decided to give Dr. Dan a go. He and the rest of his staff were wonderful. They listened to me and simply showed they cared. So much so that I have booked my next six months visit. The TV on the ceiling helps!!!
