The teams' 'we can do it attitude' is the reason that they are the best dentist group. They are very knowledgable and approachable. The team is very friendly and warm. They are very attentive to your needs, whether it be your mobility or pain threshold. Dr Ruchika cares about her community, she tries to take away barriers so everyone can access her surgery. She knows people don't like going to the dentist so the team really tries to make it a positive experience and is always encouraging and non- judgemental. Negative experience: We took our Eight Year Old for a clean last week. He was very cooperative with the dentist and didn't move. When we left the dentist I decided to have a quick look at my sons teeth and noticed plaque (calculus) behind his bottom front teeth. I immediately called the dental practice and told the dentist whether I could send her pictures. I then received a call later to advise its just the fluoride she put on and it will wear of after consuming food and a brush. The next morning I still noticed those white spots and took more pictures and forwarded an email to springs dental. The following week the dentist called me and said it could be plaque (calculus) or white spots. We both agreed that the best thing was to bring my son back in and check that part. I had to pull him out of school early again. When we arrived the dentist used cold air to dry the spot and a metal object to touch and slide on the spot . She then confirmed to us it was left over plaque. My wife then said to her didn't you clean it properly on our initial visit because she was upset. So we didn't opt for her to scale his teeth again because he just did it the week prior and scaling should be done every six months and not after a week. So we immediately left the clinic very disappointed with left over plaque on his teeth. We changed dental practices mainly because this was closer. When I had taken my son to the previous dental practice we never had this issue.

Being so terrified of the dentist and needing an extraction of a lower wisdom tooth today, Dr Phil is exactly who I needed to take this tooth for me. Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this dental clinic. From the professional greeting on arrival by Mary who was more than helpful. I seen Dr Guneet who was so gental, professional and quick. I had a sore mouth which I had seen a dentist at watergardens shopping centre (PSMILE) who had advised me nothing wrong with teeth I was grinding. After a week of pain I decided to get a second opinion and lucky I did my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted and I had an infection which is why I was in pain. Fantastic experience: Hi everyone I had to get one of back bottom tooth extracted and I suffer from bad anxiety, so you can imagine what I feel going to the dentist. On Monday I finally got my tooth extracted by Dic Phil at Springs Dental Group Caroline Springs, also it wasn't a straightforward extraction as it was an old root canal filling that formed an abscess under tooth which tooth crumbed when pulled out. But Dr Phil was amazing he was so gentle that I didn't feel a thing. Also the whole team at clinic are wonderful people very caring. Fantastic experience: Dr Ruchika is a competent ,excellent and gentle dentist. I am seeing her for about 8 years now for so many dental problems after my chemotherapy and Radiotherapy but my problem was always dealt by her so well. she is very through and competent and reply to all questions ,asked. All my family visit her now and are happy with her. I can happily recommend any one to her clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ruchika is caring and gentle. I used to avoid going to the dentist as I find even a basic clean and scale painful. Fantastic experience: I went somewhere else,or should I say at “my usual dentist”in my area.I dont visit the dentist very often,unless for cleaning or like in this instance, chiped tooth that needed immediate attention. Again , they overcharged me, firstly only for the consult, and let alone for the small filling.I rang the same daySpring Dental Group, as it was here in CS,spoke to Mary, who was so nice, informative, &friendly.Mary advised me to call my previous dentist and request my xrays to be emailed to me,just because I just had that done there, and to bring it along,to avoid additional costs&concerns. I did as I was instructed, and the same day Mary booked me in. It is an ordinary small clinic, nothing too fancy, .on the side of the road, but people there are real people, with a smile on their faces, and they certanly look after you, withouth trying to Rip you off in any way. I saw Dr.Phil, right away he gave me almost half a price less of a quote than the previous dentist, including the consult. Also, he agreed to work on my tooth injection free, by my request no fuss, and just like that not even half an hr. all was was done.The whole time I was 100%pain free. I cant even tell the filling from my actual tooth, Looks great and now hope for the best, to last me a long time.:) Thank you Mary, and Dr.Phil..whenever we need dental intervention done ,we know where to come.
