Fantastic experience: After going to support my partner with her own appointment, I was so impressed by their manner and how accommodating they were for my (prior to sitting down) nervous partner, I decided to hop in the chair myself and I must say; this is by far the best and safest dentist experience I've ever encountered. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Jessy, and she is incredible! Very approachable, friendly, and communicates perfectly. I'm very glad that we came here, and we will absolutely be returning.

She was absolutely brilliant, gave me a few options and the pain has been dealt with. Fantastic experience: Tiana has been looking after my teeth for several years. All the staff are professional, friendly and very gentle. They are keen on prevention - dental hygiene and a device to minimise teeth grinding. Easy to get to right on Bridge Road tram stop in Richmond. Also parking in the area.

Negative experience: This dentist has drilled and ruined my natural teeth, totally unnecessary don’t get a filling just because they say you need one after a scan, decay can be reversed naturally. Also at the end she says I’m going to need a root canal??This reminds me why I haven’t been to the dentist in so long, nothing has changed it’s all about the money and drilling and extracting. I trusted and this is what I got in return and now I will have problems with my teeth they worked on, I went there to get better came out worse, Merry Christmas.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is clean, the staffs are friendly and professional. They care about the patient. Accepting major Health insurance . I will be back to visit them.

Negative experience: I had 4 fillings completed by milestone dental. After the first appointment the dentist told me she hadn’t done one of them correctly and needed me to return to re do it. After having the first filling redone I have since had 3 fillings fall out all on separate occasions. I have had fillings completed in the past and never experienced this before. They have replaced two of them for free however once the third fell out I did not want to return to this dentist given I don’t believe any of the fillings completed have been done correctly. They are refusing to reimburse me for any of the original work so that I am able to go elsewhere to get the work done properly. I have not only had to take time away from work to have all these issues fixed but have been in a lot of pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, I have had to take matters further and raised a formal complaint with the regulatory body.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Milestone for about 2.5 years now. The first time I went, I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years and was quite nervous. Soon after I arrived that washed away! I now go there for routine check ups and cleans. The Milestone dental team are always super kind and attentive and they have made the dentist experience one that I am no longer afraid of.
