Dental On Errard

Negative experience: I dont recommend going to this dentist I had appointment last week didn't have the tooth taken out of my mouth that I needed take out and also feel like the tools they used there not clean and now have a infection in my mouth because they couldn't remove the tooth I needed removed and also change me $50 known I didn't have anything done and they their very rude and disrespectful as well

Fantastic experience: Dr Ash and Bec were incredible. Im no fan of a dentists trip, but I feel so much better knowing it’s with the team at Dental On Errard. They explain things, make sure you know what’s going on and listen. 10/10 I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Negative experience: Went there about 10 months ago and got my wisdom tooth out, and since getting it out I've had constant swelling of the gum area/face and went back and was told nothing is wrong for 5 months aswell as every time charge me $200+ then went to the doctors and been told there looks to be a damaged nerve in the gland. Simple as it is the most unprofessional dental clinic I've ever been too. Expect to hear further!

Positive experience: Great experience service wise. As far as cost went it was quite expensive - a 20 minute check up and X-ray cost $370 (no dental insurance).

Fantastic experience: Dr Paul always great at his job, down to earth no BS advice and service, doesn't over recommend treatment that isn't required. Always have the dental assistant Ash by his side at my appointments and she has great chairside manner and excellent at her job. Although Iv only been going here for a few years now, Sam also done by metal dentures back many years ago and his service was also great and they have held up very well.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to be a patient at this clinic, just over a year ago I went to them with a tooth that was cracked and broken, there was only about one third of the tooth left. I saw Doctor Jaclyn Ansic, she said I would like to try and save the tooth if you are OK with that. I said I want you to try, she fixed it, that was over a year and a half ago, and it is stilled good. I have had a lot of teeth filed, at the clinic and each dentist I see has been amazing. So you should give them your business because they deserve it:) My husband went to Dental on Errard to get New Dentures, and Leigh Hutchison made them to fit perfectly, and the staff were very friendly. Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Dental on Errard (and have, on multiple occasions!!) Personally, I have had more positive experiences then not, and the one time I did have a concern, the team (including owners) went absolutely above and beyond to support me and rectify my concern. I can not fault them. I have been seeing Jackie for many years, and now my 2 and 5 year olds see her too. They actually get excited about going to see Jackie!! She is incredible. Thank you dental on errard for making a not so fun, but necessary, part of life, an easy and positive experience for me and my family!

Explaining the procedure, giving you time to make decisions leads to better results. Our entire family have moved over now, catering for our kids sports mouth guards and general dentistry. Great team from start to finish.

Positive experience: The best treatment I’ve had for ages. A loose “crown” was rectified with such care, I hardly felt it - I require further work for which a Plan was made and I’ll be very happy to go back - no hesitation ! An added bonus for those with Medibank Private (Extras) Health Cover, they’re a “Members Choice” provider (hooray !)

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been using Dental On Errard for a long time. Why may you ask? Simple. They're professional, courteous and helpful. Cindy and Kasey at the front are just two lovely people, Jaclyn and Donnia and their support staff steered me through some dental infection issues. Jaclyn in particular was most concerning during my cancer treatment days and all the staff at DOE are just great. Full marks due.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. They understood my concerns and questions which made me feel better about having dental work done. Went in with none on the bottom and ugly looking ones up top, came out with a new smile starting with standard dentures to upgrading to clip in ones. All visits were fantastic and comfortable. And I thank them for giving back my smile and confidence. Could they improve, my opinion is a big NO as they are at the top of their game.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Paul was absolutely fantastic as well as the lovely staff.

Negative experience: Went for check and clean. Was made to wait for 20 mins past appointment time ( understand it happens sometimes). Got in and the check and clean was like a bulldozer running in my mouth. Very very rough handling- mouth sides were pulled like they would tear. Been back for 4 hours now and still have a massive headache because of the pressure inserted while cleaning. Was too shocked to complain afterwards. I have been getting checks and cleans for 20 years and never ever had been handled so badly. Dont know about the clinic but wouldnt recommend the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Just had 6 extractions and new dentures fitted. Having a major dental phobia has put me off dentists for years but from the time I walked into the surgery I felt very safe and the staff were very reasurring and made me feel relaxed. Dr Brandeis was so good and kept me feeling relaxed and walked me thru step by step. Big thankyou to her assistant also. Thankyou everyone for helping me overcome my fear of Dentists.

Fantastic experience: You get what you pay for. I recommend this dentist to everyone I know. They have been amazing since I started seeing them; from a check-up and clean to getting my impacted wisdom teeth out. They were the first dentist in my life to realise I was grinding my teeth at night and supported me through a care plan for this and getting two veneers to rectify the teeth that had been worn down. Amazing work. 10/10
