Positive experience: Bit fiddly to find how to get into, off the main road. Nice interior. Friendly staff, but over 40mins LATE for my 1st appointment with them - not a good 1st impression, sadly.

Fantastic experience: Excellent job by a dentist clinic, it was my first time going for twenty years was a little nervous but the dentist was so caring and friendly. She also kept me informed along the way so that it was affordable and also that there was no pain. I have a dental plan now that I know the cost and can save for. The receptionist’s were very friendly too. The day after and my teeth feel clean and a bit more healthy.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Danna enough! She was absolutely amazing with my 3-year-old. From the moment we arrived, her calm and gentle demeanour put us both at ease. She has a natural way with children, engaging my little one in fun activities while also making sure she felt comfortable and secure. Her patience and understanding truly shone through, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the kids she works with. It's not always easy to find someone who can connect with young children so effortlessly, but Dr Danna does it with grace and warmth. Thank you, Dr Danna, for creating such a positive experience for my child! We can't wait to come back!
Negative experience: Not a good experience. I went for general dental clean and been attainted by Dr Danna. While cleaning it was painful when I mentioned it is painful, I have been told won't be able to clean it for you today and reason i got is to give you anesthesia, i wanted to get it done on that day so I agree to bear a pain. Then she told me owh you have more plaque so I won't be able to do. You might have to book deep clean won't be cover on geneal clean. And finished job unproperly within 3 mins first told me it will take more time to clean my teeth and then in 3 mins max the job was done. I have cleaned my teeth in the past with very focus on cleaning rather then getting money out of by doing unnecessary X rays. And when it comes to do the job seems not interested in doing it. Would never go there again

At our practice, we aim to provide thorough and compassionate care to all our patients. The X-rays taken during your visit were intended to assess cavities between your teeth, evaluate your specific area of concern, and examine your wisdom teeth. These X-rays were provided to you at no out of pocket cost, and you can take them with you for any treatment you pursue elsewhere.
During your appointment, it was determined that you have a condition that requires a specialised clean rather than a general one, as covered by your health fund. Dr. Danna dedicated an hour to your visit, and provided the correct allocated time for the general cleaning, and most of the cleaning was completed before you experienced discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Finally found the perfect dentist for my partner and I. Went in today with an abscess and doctor Jay had a conversation with me about my options and made sure I understood, where usually I get spoken at, then pushed out the door. I chose to have the tooth pulled and Dr Jay did this with grace, checking in with me regularly. I have visited 5 different dental practice over the past 6 years and was unhappy with the service and treatment making me more reluctant to get my teeth fixed. Fantastic experience: Dr Samin looked after me very well. She did 7 fillings in the one day and made the experience really calming for me. As someone who does not enjoy the dentist she made the experience very pleasant. Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Dr Samin at Ava Dental. She was really professional and gentle with my 4yo. She managed to get the fillings done in the chair for my daughter without having to put her through GA. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me a few tips before our initial appointment so that my daughter can be more prepared and cooperative throughout the procedures. Overall, a really good and positive experience for us!

Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth extracted (not fun) however my experience with Dr. Cristina Thevapalan was wonderful. She is very professional and also very caring, as well as her support team. It was a clean and painless process, I was given very clear and easy aftercare instructions, and over all even though is was weird thing to experience I left feeling very supported. It’s not even 24hours later but I have no pain and there is minimal swelling. Thanks Ava Dental team, I appreciate you all.
