Fantastic experience: I am always greeted as though I am a family member returning home. The whole team are just fantastic and so supportive and welcoming. I was able to have dental implants just yesterday with the team and right now my smile looks absolutely beautiful. I am in recovery mode at the moment but the service given to me was so helpful and simple to follow. It’s not only the before plan but also the aftercare plan and following instructions that are laid out plain and simple. Right now I am heavily medicated to help get me back on track to a fast recovery and I just got off the phone with Dentistry on Solent checking up on me to see if I’m ok. The whole team care that I’m feeling okay and not suffering. Will assist when I ask questions and provide additional paperwork like a letter to my employer verifying I am on medication and to be placed on light duties for the week. I must add that Simmi on the front desk also was very helpful in helping me access my super to help pay for the services. She was able to give me step by step instructions on how to go about it. There are companies out there who will assist you at a fee. But I decided to do it myself and followed her instructions. Once the funds came through and double checked it was indeed the right account I was able to then make an appointment for my dental surgery. Most of all the facilities have everything ready on site. Eg scanner machine to take X-ray of your mouth. Convenient and reliable. My medication is starting to kick in again and make me sleepy. However, I just wanted to write a review on how happy I am to be looked after by Dr Rai and her wonderful staff. They were all very professional. I was comfortable in the chair and a couple of times I had to be reminded to open my mouth as I was drifting off to sleep a bit. That’s how relaxed I was. The office looks fantastic and the equipment is amazing. Please do not hesitate to visit the team and Dr Rai at dentistry on Solent. You will not be disappointed. I am really happy that I listened to my son - who recommended his dentist and I went with them after reviewing other dentists and friend’s referrals. I picked the best dental company. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sejal Rai of Dentistry on Solent was a referral to me in 2019 and I haven't looked back since. The affable doctor makes you feel comfortable on the chair and that's a big plus considering how dentist chairs can be quite panic inducing. Negative experience: Earlier this week I went to clinic for my filling at the beginning of the treatment she gave me two opinions which I choosed one opinion very clearly however at the end of the treatment she told me that she had given me the treatment that I didn't choose.
