I came in about a month ago looking to get my smile straightened out as it’s always been a little insecurity of mine. During our initial consultation, Kosta sat patiently with me and showed me all of the different ways they could perfect a smile. After a thorough cleaning and a very relaxing session of teeth whitening, I returned a week later to complete my composite bonding. I was a little nervous at first but Kosta and the team made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Every interaction was lovely and the atmosphere they have there is very cosy. She was very thorough and explained everything well. Today I had my second treatment done, and it was very good again. The assistants were very helpful too. Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. After reading the 5 star reviews for Ultra Dental, I was impressed and thought I would give them a try. My dentist recently retired so I have been looking for a new professional. I walked in and it seemed nice inside. The reason I write this review is that they pressure you - A LOT. I got a clean done and I could feel him rushing the process and it was VERY painful (I know that cleans can leave teeth sensitive and bleeding is normal to a certain extent - this experience was RIDICULOUSLY SORE I cannot explain how bad the pain was). I was recommended to complete some further treatments, but when I responded with "I'll think about it, thank you" politely, it just felt like they were judging me and it made me VERY uncomfortable. Would not recommend, I am shocked that other people have had a great experience here, I was hoping for the same too. As a note: don't try to claim that you cannot find my name on the system as of course I am not using my real name.

Positive experience: Update: Kosta reached out to me to correct this issue. He has redone both of my fillings and they have improved about 90% pain wise, so I'm happy enough with this result. He has gone above and beyond to try to resolve the issue and has done everything possible to the best of his ability. I can see he takes a lot of pride in the work he does and has a lot of integrity when it comes to his business and the level of service he provides. He was upfront and honest with the previous issue and I wish I'd seen him the first time. I do like supporting small and local businesses and Kosta has restored my trust to continue to do so. I highly recommend Kosta for his exceptional dental work and care. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience at Ultra Dental. I thought I’d try them based on only good reviews I’d seen on Google, however that wasn’t my experience. After my second general check up in the past year with them, I was told two of my fillings were showing cracks and needed to be replaced by Dr Sabina. Dr Sabina redid them however they were hurting immediately after and continued to for the next week (they weren’t hurting before I went to the dentist). They asked me to come back in to have them adjusted, said they might be too high and so I did. However, a month on they’re both still giving me pain. I was offered to come back for a third time, however after spending $550 already and having gone in twice, I declined. I didn’t feel like I had any faith in them considering it was such an easy procedure that clearly hadn’t been done correctly. I’ve had many fillings before, and not once have they ever hurt after being replaced. I’m very disappointed in this service plus the fact I’ll now have to see a new dentist and pay again to try and have these corrected. I really hope this is a one off and no one else experiences what I have.

Fantastic experience: Kosta at Ultra Dental was amazing with my 7yr old son. He worked with him like magic, no tears, no hesitation, smiles and cheekiness and we did a proper filling!! I was left speechless! Previoulsy we had arround 7-8 failed dentist attempts and were forced to extract a baby tooth under general anaesthetic. I wish we knew Kosta 2yrs ago. The entire team was amazing can not thank them enough!!!

He was able to clean and keep my wisdom tooth in unlike so many other “dentist” told me that it needed to be taken out. After 2 days, the pain had completely gone away. I received a warm, friendly, happy welcome from Georgia, Natalie & Crystal when I walked in, Dr Sabiha and Natalie were so lovely and put me at ease. Dr Sabiha was very friendly, thorough, took her time to clean my teeth beautifully, explained everything to me clearly, provided great advice and discussed a treatment plan. The clinic is modern, clean and you can even watch Netflix on the screen above during your treatment! I highly recommend Ultra Dental and Dr Sabiha and have already started telling people about my wonderful experience!

I was anxious for my appointment as I’ve had problems with my sensitive and bleeding gums, particularly since falling pregnant. However, Kosta and Stephanie made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. They had a warm and friendly approach without judgment, and really took the time to explain everything to me which I really appreciated. After a good clean my teeth and gums feel good as new. And you wouldn’t believe it, no more bleeding gums when brushing and flossing. I honestly feel like a new person! They fixed me haha I will definitely be returning with my child as well. The surgery is very clean, welcoming and child friendly with a colouring desk, so thoughtful. Thank you to the Ultra Dental team for the excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sabiha Bhayat & Ultra Dental San Souci are an amazing dental surgery and must go to for all your dental needs. I have been seeing Dr Sabiha for more than 10 years and she is absolutely amazing and I have no fear ever going to the dentist! She has given me new veneers for my front 2 teeth that have changed my life and my smile for the better. I am much more confident now and happy to show my teeth. She has done multiple wisdom teeth removal which did not even hurt one bit, countless check ups, cleans and also fillings when I have needed them! I would happily recommend Dr Sabiha for any dental work you may need and rest assured you are in very capable and safe hands ☺️

He unfortunately needed a filling, and we were initially told by another dentist that he needed to see a specialist and possible anaesthetic (in hospital) due to his ‘non-compliance’. Kosta fixed his cavity, while Leo giggled most of the way through his consult. He keeps asking when he can go back to the dentist as he had so much fun! Thank you so much!

I had chipped a tooth couple of nights ago and as I live close by the next morning I popped into the clinic to see if I can make an appointment to see Costa. As it happened Costa was at the reception I spoke to him about it and asked about an appointment he said that he was free now and he could squeeze me in. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this place enough. The most caring, gentle and wonderful team of dentists I’ve ever met. They’re all so sweet that they actually make you EXCITED to go to the dentist! Plus, I love the TV on the ceiling. I lie back and watch Netflix while I get my teeth sorted
