Fantastic experience: Got my teeth cleaned and was able to get hard stains removed! The dentist was very thorough and she did a great job with my fillings. The whole process was stress free and painless. Will definitely be back for my regular check up.

Negative experience: WARNING! Do NOT pay to get teeth whitening done here! I paid $500 to get in house whitening and the girl who did it was lazy and incompetent. She did not do the job properly or adequately. Kept leaving the room to do other things and coming back 20-30 minutes later when should have been done sooner between intervals and only used the ultraviolet light ONCE! for TWO seconds. Was just a blatant scam and theft of my money. Was planning to get root canals and crowns here initially and spend thousands of dollars, but after this scam and theft of my money, I took all my business to a more reputable practice. AVOID

Fantastic experience: Went in for a check-up, the reception staff made me feel welcome, Dentist was very thorough would recommend to anyone. Ordered the teeth whitening kit only took 4 days to receive, works very well.

Fantastic experience: Receptionists are lovely, went above to fit me in for a a consult and extraction within a week of an emergency appointment. Extraction has gone great, minimal bruising and swelling thanks to the great Dentists! Also pricing is extremely reasonable as someone with no insurance!

Fantastic experience: I cannot compliment and recommend Hillier Road Dental Clinic enough. From my initial phone call and follow up phone calls, through to the wonderfully kind and reassuring dentist, who removed my wisdom tooth. The receptionists went out of their way to get me an appointment as soon as possible and to reassure me after checking x-rays that it was safe for the procedure to take place at their clinic. I was cared for extremely well from beginning to end. The dentist was so knowledgeable and showed such kindness. I was so pleased to be able to get this procedure done locally, rather than having to go to the City. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Not sure anyone loves going to the dentist however I will say my best dental experience is at Hillier Road Dental. Always professional, hygienic, friendly and accommodating but most importantly they care about my needs and don't pressure my decisions. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

A particular mention for Sam the receptionist for her level of care i am a fainter and she looked after me to avoid this from happening she was kind and understanding of my anxiety. Fantastic experience: I switched dental clinics on recommendation and I'm very pleased. Not only was the reception staff member Zoe incredibly helpful and welcoming. Dr Steven Sam was fantastic. I was most impressed that instead of resorting to extreme measures like my previous dentist he offered solutions that were affordable, sensible and would provide me with the care I required for my teeth without having to loose any. I left feeling that the clinic trully cared about their patients. Highly recommend this clinic based of my experience.

Negative experience: My wife had a faulty plate that broke due to the dentist removing a part of the plate. Subsequently it broke and they not only charged full price to repair it but also charged a delivery fee to send off and repair Just an update My wife got a replacement plate from another local dentist. It cost 1/3 of the price we paid for the first faulty plate. It fits way better and she finds it more comfortable. He also said if it needs any adjustments or repairs they will be free of charge as he stands behind his product. The guy who replaced it was trying not to laugh at the build quality and the price of the first one.

Fantastic experience: I would like to make a special mention of the wonderful receptionist Tiffany who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions regarding having my wisdom teeth removed, a procedure that I have a lot of anxiety surrounding. Tiffany spent a great deal of time with me on the phone and was incredibly caring, whilst also managing to still be transparent and upfront with me in a gentle manner. I had spent all morning ringing around dentist clinics, and out of the many I had rang, Tiffany provided me with outstanding service.. so much so that I wanted to book in at this clinic with this dentist purely due to how at ease Tiffany had made me feel by going so above and beyond for me. Thank you Tiffany for answering all of my questions. The world needs more caring and bright people like you in it!

Absolutely lovely dentist and assistant, spoke calmly and honestly of any dental problems and how to fix. Receptionist/waiting area quiet and cool on a hot day. Happy with the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have never left a dental appointment feeling as relaxed and at ease as I did this morning. My daughter needed a check-up, and with our past history of fighting and needing to be bribed to go and have things done, I was expecting a bad time. However, what happened this morning was the complete opposite. The staff were amazing, the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. At 7 years old, the dentist can be scary, but she was treated with great care and respect. She was spoken to in a manner that she fully understood what was happening. She actually enjoyed being there. It was so easy to feel calm and relaxed in the treatment room. Everything was explained to both my daughter and I clearly, I can not thank the team enough for this mornings appointment. I was dreading having to take my daughter to the dentist, but this morning, changed all of that. She is already planning what she is going to do after her next appointment in 6 months' time. If you need a dentist for your or your kids and you want great care from a great understanding team, then this is the place to go. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that this dental clinic has the most amazing, caring and compassionate staff. They really do go out of their way to provide you with the best care. The staff are very friendly and approachable and professional people who will do their best to support you on your dental journey. I'm so glad that I began my dental journey with them. I've regained my confidence and it's in large part to their warm service.

Fantastic experience: Being my first visit to a dentist for many years, I was a bit anxious, but not for long, as the reception staff and the dentist (Sabrina) put me right at ease with their friendly manner. Fantastic experience: I regularly use Hillier road dental for check-ups and cleans. Highly recommend Sabrina, she's informative and always makes me feel comfortable, I have pretty terrible past experiences with dentists. She goes above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Every single time I have an appointment they will call me multiple times that morning to see if I can come in earlier. I work 9-5, I can't come in earlier hence why I booked the time I did. This has happened for every single booking I've had and is just very annoying. My last appointment I just needed 5 mins for the dentist to fix my floss after a filling and I waited 55 mins. They didn't even have any chairs left in the waiting room, I sat on the receptionists chair. Another lady sat on the floor. They literally called me that morning to see if I could come in earlier, if they knew they were that late they should have rescheduled me instead of wasting my time. Dentist was decent and friendly but I just don't want to deal with this place anymore.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting this dentist and I had 2 badly broken teeth, 1 flush with the gum line which I thought would definitely require surgery. Within 30 minutes both teeth were out with no pain or fuss and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: If you are like me and get anxious at the thought of having to goto the dentist, then you must try Hillier Road Dental! The staff are wonderful. They are easy to speak to and deal with and we’re very accommodating for my last minute booking for a tooth ache. Dr Siliva is amazing and is great at explaining what needs to be done and did not lecture! It was such a refreshing experience! She did a fantastic job! Safe to say I have found my new regular dentist now and am looking forward to my next checkup. The owner should be proud of the staff working for the clinic :)

Fantastic experience: After an accident last Friday where I broke 3 teeth, my husband called Hillier Rd Dental Clinic. I was a bit battered, bruised and anxious about missing teeth. The reception staff managed to get me in to see the dentist and reassured me that everything would be ok. I was treated with the utmost care & patience. I left with a very positive outcome after the wonderful dentist spent 3 hours working to restore my teeth! I cannot thank all the amazing staff enough! I highly recommend this dental clinic. I have severe dental anxiety and Dr Carmina was extremely patient and gentle, making me feel as much at ease as possible. The equipment at this clinic is superior compared to me previous, which helped me feel a lot more comfortable (and impressed). As they are a Bupa Platinum preferred dental clinic, the cost is significantly more affordable as well! So happy I made the change :D

Fantastic experience: From my experience I rated this practice overall from 2 visits. I received in-depth explanations of proposed treatment and then post treatment after care. All staff were very courteous and capable. Plus as I'm a Medibank Extras member the gap I paid was very affordable

Positive experience: I had a pretty traumatic experience at the dentist made worse by the agony I was in with a tooth infection. I feel as though I couldn't and wouldn't have gotten through it if it wasn't for the dental assistant Grace. During the appointment and at every appointment since then, Grace has provided me with ongoing support, encouragement, kindness and confidence. She held my hand even though I squeezed it like It was a dried up orange and I was trying to get the last drop of juice out of it. She was sympathetic, empathetic and understanding even when I was holding her back late from going home when things didn't go as planned! She called me to see if I was ok after an unpleasant and unplanned procedure and seemed like she genuinely cared and continues to care about my progress. After a painful and expensive process, I am really happy with the results so far which the dentists I have had are to be credited for but I wanted to express my gratitude and acknowledge Grace as an amazing support person and person in general.

They are a very professional, My wisdom Tooth was beyond in tolerable, Hillier dental got me in as fast as they could and with in day off talking to them i was at the practice getting my tooth extracted, i was really suffering with anxiety around getting my tooth out!! The administration girls are incredibly passionate about delevering the best possible care. Countless calls i did to the practice expressing my anxiety around getting my tooth removed, the girls ALWAYS reassured me that everything would be okay!! The oral Dentist was incredible, Throughout the procedure i never once felt one bit off discomfort!! I did not even cry in pain nothing!! If in the future i need extractions done this is the place
