Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at Coastal dental care Robina Village! From the moment we walked into the reception area the team made us feel welcome and at ease. The Dentist was incredibly patient and kind taking the time to explain everything in the kid friendly way and making sure that my child felt safe and comfortable. It’s clear that they truly care about children and their dental health. My child actually looks forward to going to the Dentist now ! That says it all!

Fantastic experience: We have tried many Dental surgeries on the Gold Coast since my children have a phobia of dentists. And Coastal Dental Care are the only ones I will take my family and recommend to others. Every visit, All staff are so kind and welcoming. I don’t know how they find such brilliant dentist but they all have such a way with children to make them feel comfortable and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I first had a full top denture and have returned for work on my bottom teeth. The team here are amazing, from the reception, dental nurse through to the doctor. I couldn't be more pleased.

Negative experience: Been seeing Dr.Rohini for over 4 years at Coastal dental robina town, Every Year two clean up are free with my private insurance. This Year followed Dr Rohini to This branch, they charge me $118 for clean up without inform me in advance. so If you are with private insurance, I recommend go to robina town branch with no gap fee.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with this clinic. I went in after not going to the dentist for YEARS. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist but Dr Rohini Bonthala was so terrific. She blew me away, Hannah was my dental assistant and these two ladies were magical. Saw that I was anxious and did nothing short of amazing when keeping me comfortable as much as I could be. Dr Bonthala has an amazing calming attitude about her that makes you feel at ease and that you’re in the right hands. I could cry happy tears at this clinic. Not to mention the ladies at reception are just as professional, courteous and polite as the two women who treated me. I won’t go anywhere else. 10/10, 5/5. Cannot mention one single fault. I am ABSOLUTELY in the right hands at Coastal Dental Robina.

I have been three times in the last couple of months and Dr Tristan Cuffe (and the amazing dental assistant who’s name is eluding me) have been so gentle, efficient & informative - checkup (the best, most thorough and informative checkup I’ve ever had), clean (oral therapist Hannah was so caring and managed to remove all of my stains like a wizard) and a wisdom tooth extraction (somehow Dr Cuffe managed to make a wisdom tooth extraction one of the best trips to the dentist I’ve had). Fantastic experience: My first visit... I was extremely anxious as I suffer from a massive fear of dentists (phobia).. My dentist (Dr Lin Tram) was so warm and kind and made me feel so welcome.... (My apologies if I have spelt the name incorrectly)... She was lovely.. I feel so much better now and will return for further work in a couple of weeks.

Great job on the suction by her assistant too, I've been to other places were the suction job wasn't the best and it always made me gag. Will be going back again for my next appointment in 6 months.

I got my first fillings ever and was really scared to start with but she was very reassuring and understanding (even though I'm an adult she still understood the dentist could be scary!) she was so gentle and I don't even know what I was worried about, it didn't hurt at all and was super quick. Tash was very kind, friendly and made me laugh. She also put on Brooklyn 99 with the sound which was amazing lol also felt no pain at all throughout the 2 fillings which has never happened before, was comfortable the whole time

Fantastic experience: Seeing I’m over 50s and has had bad dentist experience when very young, they take great care to look after me. I still can’t believe how painless it is today!! Plus being so spoilt watching tv on the ceiling while they’re taking care of my teeth. I just needed a filing as my tooth was worn down a bit. No needles required at all and it felt strange they can drill the rough bit on tooth without any pain. I had problems chewing on one side, hence the need for filling and discovered I had gum inflammation cause a food piece was lodged where I couldn’t reach. Did a very thorough job cleaning there. Looking forward to chewing normally in a few days when inflammation gone (sensitive).
