Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Ben at the Mid North Coast Dental Centres the other day. I tell you I was so nervous. Dentists are NOT MY THING but Dr Ben was skilful and before I knew it, my teeth were checked, cleaned, polished and Fluoride treated. He even explained why some of my molars were growing in a certain way . Anyway, there's still a wee bit of filling to do. Other than that, I'm glad to know I've got good teeth. Better get anything fixed before decay sets in. Now I am so looking ford to going back! Thank you Dr Ben.

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice on the 3rd May and my experience was very positive. I really hate going to the dentist but the dentist, dental assistant and reception staff were extremely professional and i felt at ease. I even interacted with the owner who is such a lovely person! Fantastic experience: I was truly impressed by the service, especially from Dr. Akash. He personally came out to apologise for the short wait (only 5–10 minutes), which was a thoughtful touch. Throughout the procedure, he was kind, never pushy and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening, making me feel completely at ease. The admin staff were also friendly and welcoming and the location is fantastic. Being able to book a same day appointment is such a bonus and the extended hours are perfect for those who work full-time. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Molham Alboine was wonderful! I have bad anxiety with going to any Dentist however he quickly put me at ease. He is very gentle, thoughtful, humorous, down to earth and very professional. His assistant, Shae, was also a great dental nurse. Reception team also very helpful. Fantastic experience: Have to give a shout-out to Lana at Mid North Coast Dental. Lana is always welcoming and positive, empathetic and offers solutions rather than problems. Lana clearly communicates what is happening and what is required. Lana is the first dentist in a while that I feel comfortable around, and will do her best to provide quality service without racking up costs. Negative experience: I just saw Dr Annabelle Stephenson for the first and last time she was unhelpful and rushed me out the door without listening or helping in anyway. I have some serious medical issues and there was nothing serious about her except her lack of knowledge and experience… back to university she should go. If I could give zero stars I would (!

Before going to Mid North Coast Dental I had the most horrendous experience with another local dentist resulting in fear and anxiety. Fantastic experience: Despite a severe phobia of needles, I was made to feel very calm and didn't feel the needles after applying the gel, and barely felt the extraction of the tooth. Dr Charu Chadel and her assistant were absolutely amazing and very friendly. Certainly cured me of my phobia of dentists/needles. Within 12 hours, no more pain. Felt great. Fantastic experience: MNC Dental are very friendly and professional. They always make clients feel at ease with their warm manner. Reception is always polite, kind and supportive. Edit, one of the dentists/orthodontists is very warm and caring, making my teenage daughter feel very comfortable and at ease with her invisalign treatment. She is also very thorough and skilled in her work. I highly recommend MNC dental centre. Louise
